How much there will be institutional ownership after the late offers including warrants?
Is it enough for selling the whole company?
IPCI has four ANDAS approved, but the other five have been waiting for approval for several years.
Why is this? I suppose all nine drugs have been made using same techniques. All have old active ingredient as active component as ANDAs should.
With common sense one would think if the technique works fine in four different products, it should work with almost all others too.
What keeps IPCI from getting the approval? Can it be about the products or is there some other reason. Is the real reason protectionism? Or maybe even racism. Or is it lack of "brown envelopes"?
