Beyond the lawsuits, I wonder if there is any news on INVT and its partners on their status with IoT tech. Anyone got any info?
this seems suspicious. why the uptick on such ho hum news?
Argh the most frustrating thing for me is not being able to take advantage of this price. Other investments have me held down.
what u think they up to?
this may mean a settlement is in the future but Apple doesn't want to advertise the amount to the public.
Man I need some education. What do you think they (MMs) are planning? sorry if it is obvious but if someone can put me in the know it would be much appreciated.
My only theory is that they are accumulating shares on the cheap since they are banking us investors won't be patient enough for the many cases to be resolved. Then afterwards unload for a hefty price.
Short answer: Yes!
So what happens when the SEC finishes the BP reign of terr(or)ible PRs?
Does the whole company go under? Does it get auctioned off to a buyer?
Also what happens to SHs?
Amen Panzer!
HEMP could run if it was helmed by a more competent business man.
Why would there be a TA gag order if it is just business as usual? That had to be done for a reason. All we had prior to the stop was a bs PR saying he was gonna buy back some shares later on. But who knows what he is up to. You don't set up a smokescreen if it is normal business.
What BP needs to do is explain the TA gag order. That stop sign is not a good look.
just a heads up though. Not a basher just frustrated with a lack of info and some issues of perceived mismanagement in regards to HEMP inc. Ideally BP has an ace up his sleeves and rewards SHs for their continued patience.
yeah big tobacco doesnt play. Feels like HEMP is not poised to benefit from a direct investment by big tobacco. Imagine them looking at all the PRs and absolutely ripping on BP. They would probably be like and we thought we were crooked.
This is a long game for sure due to these lawsuits. I figured Apple would offer a settlement to end this matter and move on. Dont know bout the other guys. I think the other two HTC and ZTE might see political pressure to settle after Trump's we will protect this house speech.
I was hoping for some new product updates to pass the time but just got another lawsuit against a major GPS company. So it has been like watching nails grow. Here is to the future. Stay strong stay long
That is weird. Colorado has a surplus of hemp. wonder how the deal went down? Pennies to the dollar? Or a legit sale?
Also, hemp beer sounds really cool.
Hemp has a ton of uses for sure. So I am generally optimistic on HEMP. What I am not so keen on is the lackluster PR piece before this TA gag order. I get businesses need capital but there needs to better disclosure on what's going on financially. I didn't expect the process to be easy but I also didn't expect it to be this much of a mess. So now we have skeptics against diehards. All can be forgiven if BP is like look i took some missteps but we got a legitimate way forward with the money generated. But without that all his missteps look very deceitful.
bammm! I wish BP would stop treating us like idiots. 2.5 million AH sale slap. That TA gag order is such a dick move. How diluted has this thing gone?
there does need to be a broader market for hemp for sure. If using hemp products are cheaper or better in doing a cleanup then there is a chance. Probably would take a lot of time to establish HEMP (made in the USA) products. Spill be gone or whatever it is called is a stepping stone. So far it has only successfully allowed Bruce to suck up SH's money.
makes sense! Telling you right now if I win the Powerball I'd buy the company from him. But since that ain't happening any chance someone is looking to get this company off his hands.
are we buying BP Porsches or is he turning any of that back to biz
the hits keep coming!
Yah! excited to see how things shape up in the next few weeks!
I do love the idea of America growing hemp. I did give BP some slack. Fighting legislation is a hard task. Getting infrastructure in place where previously there was none also hard. I just cannot stand the lies or the twisting of truth. If he came out and said my bad I took some missteps but I got a new legitimate way ahead. I would respect that more. But ambushing all news hemp just seems shady.
yeah im starting to realize the cold hard truth. I thought hemp could trend up but now i see why most investors avoided hemp. There is no established market to support these claims made by BP. I dont know whether BP is scheming or legitimately building the capital to jumpstart the market. He needs to put out real news because the PRs he puts out are just silly at this point.
It is so polarizing in here.
I really like both point of views.
I get that there isnt a real viable market for American Hemp. Hemp growers are working towards it they just havent gotten there yet. Each state that approves of hemp is a good step towards that. The feds are just the final legislative roadblock. Now the industries using hemp need to get their hands on high quality American made hemp that is just as viable as foreign made hemp. But I don't think America is there yet. But the infrastructure is being built.
BP needs to be more forthright. Hemp Inc is poised to be big in the hemp market but they are not the only players. I thought the decorticator was a huge victory but it I dont even know if it is working much less useful. CBD extracted from hemp is still being disputed as useful. I dont mind being on the cusp of a hemp breakout but we arent there yet it seems for another couple of years.
let's go INVT make them lawyers work! lets see some progress this Feb!
Amen! Sounds like a legit plan. LADR does look impressive.
for all this waiting this stock is fun. got the main cases which are strong. tracking the other companies they are partnered with is cool too (go GTXO!). too bad the macro investing climate took a slight downward trend; washington politics seem to affect that with all this weird news. Overall though Im learning alot from yall do im thankful for that. Hopefully no dilution in the future and we get rewarded with a company that gets back on track.
I wish there was a hemp index to follow. I would like to see how much hemp is grown and how much demand there is. Wonder how much the hemp market would have to improve for hemp to be profitable. Inclandestine buyers dont provide me any comfort the market is expanding.
i do believe INVT has great potential. They just filed another lawsuit to protect their exclusive rights to GTXO patents. Or I should say this one is solely theirs to fight and subsequently prosper from. I am thinking with the current administration in Washington patent holders will win over companies like ZTE and HTC. Apple is the tougher nut to crack but the payoff will be sweeter.
Man this does have me thinking:
Is Bruce an inept business man and doesnt know the ship is sinking?
Is he really a shrewd business man and needs this money to take the company to the next level?
Is he a straight crook amd doing shareholders dirty?
Or some combination of those?
Him being a con makes me think he is trying to do the right things: fight the stupid laws regarding hemp and cannibus; provide jobs; use the money he is raking in from SHs for the business; and then reward us all down the road.
geez 97% no wonder ppl on here are mad. Sounds like BP better get something going. So is this the final death throes or can something actually materialize.
A r/s does seem probable. It would have to be something like 200 to 1. I wouldnt mind though if it does attract more investors. All of that is moot if the company doesnt get legitimate revenue.
that 5.5 million share purchase.
Does this mass buy indicate that better times are ahead?
the wait is long but the payoff will be worth it.
well Bruce I have gone from cautiously optimistic to enthusiastic. Forgive my stoner comments and send this stock up.
Dont know the reasoning but the case against Apple is being motioned by INVT to move to the North Cali district. Delays the litigation process a bit. now im going have to pay more attention to how they are doing with patent monetization. anyone got any news?
man Bruce needs someone legit to run the business end of this potentially grand enterprise. This feels worse then watching stoners build IKEA furniture.
Nothing new on product progress. But INVT is still showing a lot of fight still i.e. getting more money to operate. Slim possibility for a lawsuit settlement in Feb just because Apple likes to duke these things out. At least the courts have ruled against Apple in the past so the lawsuit is promising. Also Fortress is taking charge on that case.
