GZFX: you are cleared for take-off. All systems have been checked, and the sky is clear and the winds are very light. There is nothing holding us back. I hope you all feel the excitement!
Mike
Hey Tina. LOL! I'm looking forward to the next few weeks, it should be really exciting. I'm expecting 4 PR's in the next 3 weeks.
Mike
jrod: I agree. Also, one of the good things about BMI is that he doesn't over-post like some here do!
Here's hoping my prediction of a PR after the bell today comes true
Mike
No, my comments were just my opinion, sorry.
Mike
This will be a 10-bagger within 18 months. Sometimes it just takes patience. This contract is real, and you will all see that in the coming months.
Mike
This is going to be a really fun month This is only the beginning!
The volume says it all!!
Mike
Xanadu: Ok, sounds good.
Thanks,
Mike
Xanadu, put me down for 3/13, 4:05 PM, $0.0222
Can someone please forward it to me at YankeMike@aol.com
Thanks!
Mike
Simba: Thanks, keep up the good work. Looks like we're gearing up for the CC roll-out.
Mike
Xanadu: Sounds good buddy. We just need some more patience
Mike
Xanadu: I don't know, but I think many do know about the potential with the AAFES deal, CC, and the website, etc. I think MANY investors do read the message boards.
I just don't believe that it's simple mathematics.....dilute the stock by a factor of 3, so the share price should be 1/3rd of what it was trading at before the news. The share price was already way off the recent 2.5 cent high.
Also, many are looking out 6 months into the future. IF the CC deal turns into a national roll-out, these prices are a steal!!
I guess we'll just have to wait and see how it all unfolds.
I'm not happy about the dilution either though!!!!!
I'm no expert on these matters, but I just don't see how one can assume that another 700 million shares was added in January.
Mike
Xanadu: You seem to be very surprised that we aren't trading at less than $0.005. IMO there are several reasons for this. Firstly, some of the dilution was already factored into the share price. We were trading at 2.5 cents not too long ago and before the news hit we were already down below a penny. Then there are the expected news events to come within 6 weeks, such as the armed forces deal, the new website, the potential national roll-out with Circuit City, new distribution centers, acquisitions, etc. Also, the company has $6 million in cash; that cannot be over-looked.
Mike
power_forward72: How can you assume that they diluted the stock with another 700M shares in January? One cannot make that assumption. They had $6M in cash at the end of December. Why would they have diluted by another 700M shares in January?? Also, it is false that 700 million shares were dumped every month the last 3 months. It was 2.1 billion for 3 months, but that doesn't mean they diluted with 700 million each month!
Until we get another report that they diluted more, the "current" (as of last filing) outstanding shares is 3.3 billion.
Mike
tenac: this is not a pink sheet stock, and dilution isn't at 4 billion. Please don't post false information. This is a fully reporting OTCBB stock, which doesn't release "fluff" PR's to artificially inflate the share price. Current shares outstanding is approximately 3.3 billion. Also, if they did decide to do a reverse split sometime in the 6 month to 18 month time-frame, it might not be a bad thing at all.
As for Circuit City, I still believe we are going to have a national roll-out!
I do agree that 3 to 5 cents is a realistic share price target for the next 6 months.
Mike
Still here and still think we will be valued around 10 cents by the end of this year. The improved service lately is a GREAT sign that we are gearing up to handle the huge growth coming.
Mike
StinkeyPete: Don't forget that we are receiving monthly revenue from our subs! profitability at the moment will be reached at approximately 15,000 to 20,000 subs. I'm not saying there hasn't been some slight dilution, but it may not be that much really.
Mike
It's the calm before the storm! EOM
ducksticks: Your agenda is VERY transparent!
Let's see you post here in May when we're at 3 to 5 cents.
Mike
Major Gapper!! EOM
I have the "ringer" t-shirt.
Mike
The big picture....
It's been a rough week for us, but we've bounced off the bottom. We'll have several positive developments in the next 6 to 8 weeks leading up to the CC deal for the national roll-out. Think about where we can be a year from now. We could be up to 300,000 to 400,000 subs with projections of reaching 1 million subs within 18 months. I still believe a share price of 30 to 50 cents is attainable within 2 years.
Mike
By April, we'll be at 3 to 5 cents
Patience everyone!
Mike
right above where it says "posted by" on middle-right side.
Mike
It was on NBC TV here in New York. It was about a 3 minute segment on the local news.
Mike
Yeah I saw that. They at least should have mentioned that we also rent games. I guess it's good that we are mentioned in the same report as Blockbuster and Netflix.
Mike
NBC in NY, going to be mentioning GZFX in next half hour, just showed our website on the preview for what they will be talking about, also showed Intelliflix.
Mike
Regarding profitability:
There are those here that think we will be profitable around 15,000 subs and there are those that think that because we are in growth mode that we won't be profitable for a long time. Well my opinion is somewhere in between. I realize that it is going to take a lot more subs than 15k to 20k to achieve profitability. The main goal right now is to get in all 600 CC stores by the end of the year and increase the subs to 500,000 asap. I don't mind if we don't turn a profit until 2007. My goal is get to 1 million subs by the end of next year and have a profit of about $20M for fiscal year 2007. Share price of 50 cents
Mike
alynnb: I was trying to be a little conservative with my 50 cent target by the end of next year so I'm not viewed as a pumper, LOL. I tried to give some reasonable projections of subs, revenue, and eps. I agree that we could be higher than 50 cents, but we'll just have to wait and see how things develop this year.
Mike
50 cents by end of next year.....
This is how it happens.....
National roll-out happens, 55 stores per month so that by the end of this year we'll be in all 600 CC stores.
We increase subs to 500,000 by end of this year and 1 million subs by end of next year. This brings revenue to over $100M. Assuming we still have 1.2 billion shares, we turn the revenue over more than $100M into profit of $12M and we have EPS of 1 cent per share. With such a high growth rate, we trade at a PE of 50, bringing us to 50 cents
Sounds easy enough, LOL.
Mike
Xanadu: You can add my location as Long Island, NY.
Thanks,
Mike
My target price for 3 years is $1. It IS possible! Just have EPS of 3 cents and a PE of 33
Mike
Bought another 575,000 shares today. Now have 1.575M. Looking forward to an exciting few months and few years ahead! 5 cents by March and 50 cents in 2 years.
Mike
HCS Holdings.... put me down for 1 million shares and also my dad (doesn't post here) has 1 million shares.
Mike
"C"... 95%! The writing is on the wall! The national roll-out is all but a certainty.
The share price will start trending up to 2 cents within a couple of weeks. News of the roll-out should take us up to 5 cents.
Mike
Thanks Xanadu. Looking forward to seeing how this unfolds over the next couple of years.
Mike
New member here. I've been a shareholder for a few weeks, have 1 million shares at an average of $0.0098.
I've been scanning some of the posts here the last week or so, and there are some excellent ones.
As for as profitability goes, if we really do turn profitable sometime in 2006, that would be outstanding!
I haven't had a lot of time to do in-depth research, but this is just a rough estimate to promote further discussion:
Let's assume total outstanding shares at the end of 2006 of 1.5 Billion. Let's also assume that the national Circuit City roll-out proceeds starting in January at 55 stores per month.
Let's assume that each store adds just 1 sub per day. Assuming we have 4000 subs right now, this would give us more than 100,000 subs by January of 2007. Adding the subs that we get from word-of-mouth, which will be HUGE, we have the potential for 200,000 subs by the end of next year. Then assume 50% growth bring us to 300,000 subs by the end of 2007. Figure yearly revenue of $120 per sub would give us annual revenue of $36M. If we can turn that into $7.5M in profit, that's EPS of 0.5 cents. With a 40% growth rate and a PEG (PE to Growth rate ratio) of 2.5, that would give a stock price of 50 cents!
I know I made too many assumptions and probably many errors also. I'm sure some of you that follow the company more closely can correct these.
The main point is that this stock has the potential in 2 to 3 years of being a 50 cent to $1 stock.
