That's not guaranteed money though, that deal specifically states that Darkpulse has to receive the money first before bravatek gets a slice.
If Darkpulse doesn't close the deal or if the deal falls through, there's no 20m for bravatek. Don't count your chickens before they hatch because this whole thing stinks like rotting eggs.
To be fair, look at his previous posts before Bravatek. No one cared before the announcement, he seems wrapped up in the minor popularity.
And what's your answer to Darkpulse having one listed email, that of the "CEO"?
I bet this hire is going to be another one of Tom's pals
I'm curious considering that Bravatek has what, two employees? Also what CEO has his direct email address listed on his company website?
I'm not sure if you're for or against $BVTK but these are questions that need to be answered regardless of who's side you're on.
Any idea who this new hire is?
That tweet was in response to Darkpulse's second Europe contract, not the India deal
Bravatek gets 10-20%, not a flat 20%. It's subject to change. Additionally Darkpulse was talking about India before Bravatek came into the picture so this could be a MAP with a separate company.
Where is the 8k? Bravatek could tweet that Tom is president of Canada, that doesn't make it true. No documentation, no deal.
I want this to take off as much as the next guy but we need to be realistic about this. Tom is about as trustworthy as the homeless guy yelling about Y2k. There may be some minuscule truth to what he's saying but he has no facts to back it up.
What's likely going to happen is that Darkpulse will buy Bravatek and turn it into a shell, then we'll see the ticker change to a Darkpulse ticker and ol Tom will be put out to pasture.
PPS doesn't raise because right now it's all talk, who's going to pay more per share because of a unverifiable deal?
I wouldn't go that far, Dark Pulse has been around for a long time. However, it does seem that there is more going on here than they would like us to believe.
Perhaps Darkpulse plans on buying Bravatek and turning it into a shell company? That would explain the pumping.
Dark Pulse is a private company, why would they bother with releasing PR via wire? I would be more concerned if Dark Pulse was releasing information that way.
I do agree with you that we don't have all the information though. Lack of 8k from Bravatek is a red flag here. If Bravatek is going to be receiving 20% of these deals that needs to be disclosed by Bravatek officially, not by Tom in a text to some nobody.

I was wondering when russia would be dragged through the mud again

Do your DD people. Mr. O'Leary has ties to a company that was building AI. Could that be the missing link between Darkpulse and Lockheed Martin's smart city?
Expect my buy in later today. More information on Dark Pulse is available if you dig deep enough! All I can say is that if Mr. O'Leary is as involved in this as he appears to be, this 22 million deal is a drop in the bucket.
I have to make a correction. After doing further research it would appear that this deal may be valid. More information to come while I dig a little deeper
What evidence? If you are all so convinced that this MAP agreement is going to save this sinking ship, by all means have at it.
Maybe you should reach out to the CEO and see what he has to say about all this.
I think it's a fluff piece. No company name, no verifiable information whatsoever, not even a location other than "Europe".
I can understand that everyone here has been hoping and praying for a win for a very long time but this has about as much validity as those emails in my spam box from Nigerian princes.
When I see verifiable proof that this deal is real, absolutely. Forgive me for not jumping on the Dark Pulse bandwagon just yet.
Right now this "deal" is nothing but an unconfirmed fluff piece. Especially suspicious when Tom hasn't released a PR about this "potentially" 10-20m deal his MAP agreement just netted him.
It's important to remember that Bravatek doesn't get anything until the money hits Dark Pulse's Bank Account.
What proof do you have to back up that claim? I see a lot of people worshiping Tom like he's the second coming of Christ yet nothing of substance to show for it.
Tell you what, since you're so sure about this MAP agreement between Tom and this fiber company no one has heard of before, I'll put money on it.
If Tom manages to secure a single large contract for Darkpulse, I'll buy 1 million shares of $BVTK at whatever the price is at that moment. I've done my DD on both companies and i can guarantee it will not happen.
The problem here is that even if Darkpulse is a legitimate company, Tom does not seem to be actively talking about this MAP agreement to the extent that Darkpulse CEO Dennis O'Leary is.
This smells like a cheap publicity stunt orchestrated by Tom to build up more hype around $BVTK. I hope I'm wrong but this seems another last ditch effort to hold back the sharks from tearing $BVTK apart.
Has anyone found out more information about Dark Pulse? Do we know if Tom is actually going to bring up Dark Pulse to Trump?
I noticed that as well. Doing some digging into Mr. O'Leary himself shows that he seems to be native to New York. I can't post links to personal information here but from what I have found publicly it would seem he moved back to NYC a few years ago.
I wonder if that registered address is Mr. O'Leary's personal address? That would explain the shift from AZ to NY as the main base of operations. However, that being said there must be some ties back to AZ as the company is still being touted as an Arizona based company who is doing work with another Arizona based company on the wall.
That might explain why the holding company was just recently formed in NY.
No problem. I am just as skeptical as you are right now, we will have to wait and see where things go from here.
From what I've found on this, DarkPulse may be working as a subcontractor for another AZ company that has been tapped to build a wall prototype.
I have also reached out to a few reporters that broke the Dark Pulse story and supposedly Mr. O'Leary has produced official documents requesting his company produce a prototype alongside the concrete based solutions chosen by the DHS. Also upon further digging it would appear that the DHS will be announcing more companies this week that will be producing non concrete based prototypes.
http://dailycaller.com/2017/08/31/homeland-security-announces-border-wall-prototype-finalists/
"CBP in March requested proposals for two categories of barriers: a concrete wall design and another called “other than concrete.” Vitiello said the agency expects to award contracts for the non-concrete prototypes next week."
