Probably would not hold up a acquisition of a $10-20mm co. That's peanuts for a company like Zimmer.
$20mm would be high.
Why wait? Zimmer could purchase Amedica for probably 10mm - 20mm today?
Appears to be so Sam. Unfortunately, not many positive outcomes for Amedica related to various initiatives they've undertaken.
Its all conjecture and a few bad folks trying to prop this stock up.
Brilliant! We are all waiting for the big payday. Even though, I'm down 75% of my investment here, I'm sure we will all be zillionares soon!
Only BS here is believing both of your aliases are posted by two different people.
Product is good. Market penetration and adoption is poor at best. It's the medical device equivalent to the Windows Smart Phone or Betamax.
All we can do is wait and see.
Low float, low debt but lower revenue. If trends persist, Amedica will dilute... again. New low target 2.64 or .22 pre R/S
Sir, you are welcomed to continue chasing a lotto ticket. Good luck.
Once again if it was factual, pps would reflect positively.
All conjecture.
It is conjecture Sir, otherwise the market would set a proper PPS.
Thats a creative way to determine an investment is successful Sir. Good luck to you.
You forgot to add declining revenues Sir. Sales is key. If you don't believe me, please check today's SP at the close of market.
This is starting to be plain silly.
There is a lot of conjecture or flat out lies made from a few folks on these boards. After investigating, I am in agreement that some have affiliation with a company profiting by brining in new monies into Amedica.
Okay, I was slightly wrong. Looks like we will be heading lower than my initial strike target of 3.00 or .25 pre r/s. We may see 2.76 now.
As a shareholder wanting my investment to grow, we must sales. Thus far, these previous partnerships that you've outlined have done nothing to combat share price erosion.
I do care of those things Sir but as a shareholder I am also interested in sales revenue and growth.
Unfortunately as I stated before, we are bound to see less than $3.00 or .25 pre R/S. Company really needs a focused strategy.
I'll share this with my financial adviser. Hopefully Fidelity will credit my account based on hope and not PPS.
True, it is a relevant point for any investment. Trends, current and targdt pps. I recall him saying that he didnt care about pps. We should all worry and carw about tge steady decline. I said the same thing at .40. We will see .25
We will see .25
Declining sales and being non-compliant PPS, those are the facts today. You are welcomed to spin it any way you'd like Boston745.
Conjecture and theories are not factual data points that impact share price.
How much does one need to lose before you consider them a long Boston745?
Not certain what your definition of a "Real Long" is Boston745 but I'm an investor holding position for longer than 12 months and I've seen your research but the data doesn't match with reality of company's performance or PPS.
Good luck with that thinking. Amedica's history and current management's capabilities proves otherwise. Be careful with this investment.
This is headed OTC and then through BK.
Even a pump wouldn't get longs back to even.
It does, but that lotto ticket has a chance.
Zimmer is not in a position to acquire Amedica Boston. Nor, is Amedica proving that market is demanding the material via declining revenues.
I'm still waiting for this to go OTC. I don't believe this is a likely candidate for Zimmer at present.
One constant for Amedica has been OPS trend. You can bank on that until mgmt changes.
Looks like we will stay to see the .20s. I'm a buyer again at .22 - .25.
Yeah, they did.
So much for the increasing revenues that we heard so much about.
Did anyone else catch this... "and is secured by substantially all of the assets of the Company, junior to the already existing security interest in such assets held by Hercules Capital, Inc."
I thought he really might attempt to do it but now it's clear as day. If Amedica defaults, Sonny will own everything outright.
