Thanks to Mia Bella in Houston.
You will now be able to enjoy an Italian Margarita.
It amazes me how E*Trade and others can continue to SELL this stock.
It's been listed in several Pump and Dump schemes for YEARS.
The original owner/s sold to Dow YEARS ago and NEVER de-listed with the Securities Exchange. Bad on their part and I hope they do more than just de-list this company.
Today - 7,000 shares were sold at $ .001 per share - a whopping $7.00.
So desperate to make that almighty sale of $7.00!
Lots of other articles out there just like this one!

SEC Files Charges in Multi-Million Dollar Market Manipulation
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
2015-279
Washington D.C., Dec. 15, 2015—
The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged a New Jersey man and his company with illicitly pocketing $13 million from an elaborate pump-and-dump scheme.
The SEC alleges that Samuel DelPresto teamed up with others to secretly obtain control of substantially all available stock in four microcap companies and to facilitate coordinated trading that created the appearance of liquidity and market demand for the stocks. After unwitting investors were enticed through promotional campaigns to buy the stock at inflated prices, DelPresto dumped his shares on the market.
“The series of fraudulent schemes alleged in our complaint enticed unwitting investors to pay inflated prices for four companies secretly controlled by DelPresto and others and then left the investors holding the bag when the manipulative activity ceased and the stock price dropped,” said Andrew M. Calamari, Regional Director of the SEC’s New York office.
In a parallel action, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey today announced criminal charges against DelPresto.
According to the SEC’s complaint, the microcap companies manipulated by DelPresto were: BioNeutral Group (BONU), NXT Nutritionals Holdings (NXTH), Mesa Energy Holdings (MSEH), and Clear-Lite Holdings (CLRH).
The SEC’s complaint charges DelPresto with violations of the antifraud provisions of the federal securities laws. The complaint seeks a permanent injunction, disgorgement of ill-gotten gains along with prejudgment interest, financial penalties, and a penny stock bar.
The SEC’s continuing investigation is being conducted by Rhonda L. Jung, Teresa A. Rodriguez, Melissa Coppola, Nancy A. Brown, Adam S. Grace, and Wendy B. Tepperman of the New York office. The SEC’s litigation will be led by Ms. Brown and the case is being supervised by Lara Shalov Mehraban. The SEC appreciates the assistance of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

Andrew Ramirez - Facebook post - yes it's over a year old.
June 10, 2016
NEW YORK, NY, June 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ - International Spirit & Beverage Group, Inc. (OTC PINK: ISBG) has announced that the company's has signed agreements to deliver up to four containers per quarter of its flagship brand Besado. This means that the company will have sustainable revenues per quarter of up to $400,000 from its agreements already agreed to. This begins the company's strategy to sell its Brands both domestically and globally and gives ISBG a foundation for long term sustainable growth. The company will begin its first shipment of its first containers sold overseas by the end of the month.
"With the commencement of our distribution of products both domestically and internationally we feel comfortable in taking a percentage of revenues from these sales for our stock buyback program," stated Terry Williams CEO of ISBG. "We have also put our self in a position to surpass our goals with our newly formed partnerships. The company's flagship brand Besado is creating a revolution in the world of premium tequilas, as it is very compelling, distinct and relevant to our consumers worldwide".
The company is aggressively marketing its products worldwide and has a solid foundation to improve upon as SBG has already opened up sales of its brands in New York, New jersey, Louisiana and Florida. In addition the company has formed new partnerships and agreements to sell approximately four containers per quarter of Besado overseas which will increase revenues exponentially. These requiring revenues will be the foundation of the company's stock buyback program to reduce the float of the company's common shares. The company is in the process of moving forward to becoming a more transparent company buy becoming audited and QB certified. This gives SBG a strengthened distribution network and additional market opportunities for sales of its products both vertically and horizontally for its consumers. The company will announce new contracts as they are completed.

ISBG - ISBGD IS PERFECT!!!!
If I were teaching an investment class (I am not nor will I ever be)
ISBG - ISBGD and Big Al are perfect examples of the liars, cheats, thieves and con artists who lurk around every corner.
Perfect to teach where to verify information.
ISBG is the best BAD example!
Big Al and his company will go down in history as the INFAMOUS
Big Al fiasco. It's probably NOT what Big Al had in mind but,
after all, he's taken years to get to this point and he's earned the title
of Mr. Liquor's Quicker King and the Big Al Fiasco.
Signs, Signs, everywhere there's signs !!!!
SEC Care package?
Are you filing a complaint?
If so how complicated is it?
Can you imagine how many complaints could be filed from THIS BOARD alone?
OMG! The SEC would get right on their investigations of this ISBG/D bunch.
What a nightmare!
Role Model ...
We all serve a purpose here on this earth.
We all have the freedom to choose how we act.
Big Al made the choices and now he serves the purpose of
being the BEST example of a liar, cheat, thief, con man, manipulator.
We must learn the lessons provided in Big Al's bad examples and carry
those lessons with us, help others see those lessons too and pick up and move on taking the lessons with us as we leave the Big Al's of this world in the rear view mirror.
Big Al is destined to fall and fall hard.
His inner circle of family and friends will be the ones hit the hardest
with his anger and frustrations. I hope no one gets physically hurt over the Big Al fiasco.
If you bought in at $ .06 and just invested $100
you'd have gotten 1,666 shares. Then selling those shares at $ .18 per share profit would have made you $299.88 in profit and that's exactly what day trading in penny and micro-cap stocks is all about.
There are buying and selling fees that I have not included here as they differ from one place of trading to another. Even subtracting fees you'd still have over $250 in profit. Wash, Rinse, Repeat. Or so they say.
There are wise ways to go about short term investing and they are no different than long term investing. "Due Diligence" is wise in any situation.
There are those who ARE making money in the "Stinky-pinkies short-term gambling" investing. Several are teaching their strategies at the rate of several thousand dollars per student.
I've been following one of them on Twitter and watched HOURS n HOURS of this person's youtube videos as well. I've also watched the stocks being picked so I know they are not lying about making money.
It isn't rocket science or brain surgery and it can and is being done everyday. But ... it's done quickly not long term. I've seen some turn $100 into $500 in a matter of seconds and they move on to the next one. Sometimes it takes a few days. It's about setting limits and watching charts and seeing catalysts for the most part.
A few took $100 and turned it into $1500 in a very short period of time with ISBG back in the beginning.
Carini ... My 'terminology is that of an inexperienced uneducated interested in learning more about the stock market and possibly making some profit .. Provided I'm smart enough to learn.
By 'stock board' I mean a retail broker.
I personally contacted E*Trade on Monday when the split didn't show up on my account.
I was informed E*Trade had not yet been issued any of the 'new stocks' and the split would not take affect until
E*Trade received 'newly issued stocks' which should take place within 3 business days AND that I would NOT be allowed to sell the shares of the old stocks I had because of the split.
I had attempted to sell my old original stocks in an effort to salvage a little bit of my investment way before the R/S was ever public knowledge and was informed they did not have enough demand for the stock to allow me to sell.
Yep it was a WTH moment for me. That was when I could have gotten $200 of my $1500 I originally invested,
Now the R/S has happened and I can't get $30 out of it. Just infuriating to say the least.
Even tho many KNOW ISBG/D is not a good legitimate company, the symbol/s will not be removed until the SEC sends out notifications to do so. That said ... The inexperienced investors of the future may get 'taken'.
If one can locate a stock (penny or micro cap or any other) that has ALL the bells n whistles and capital funds of at least 6-7 figures AND good reputable management it might be worth the risk. Big list of things to consider n calls to make n emails to send. If they ignore you then you need to ignore them. PR firm is very important and some are better than others.
The 'moving to Mexico THANG ' was a Big Al idea/statement AND very well could be just a ruse and/or dream of the dilusional Big Al. I do believe you're right!
In view of all that's transpired this past week on this board ....
I believe I'll take the advice I was originally given by another poster ...
Stop posting comments and just read and learn.
But I may be too dumb for that task as well.
I've felt like a third grader that's been called out in class in front of fellow classmates and potential
friends and intentionally made to feel embarrassed just to cause me to lose my focus and my
interest and to get me to leave. I did receive a sincere apology.
But I sucked up my feelings n stayed n learned a lot and I commented and I ask questions too.
I am not a child but I do have feelings just like any other human being.
Carini ... Thank you so much for everything, especially your patience and understanding, and good luck with your SEC stuff.
Not my business but butt butt ...
http://www.fxf1.com/english-books/The%20Intelligent%20Investor%20-%20BENJAMIN%20GRAHAM.pdf
Good online book to read on becoming an "Intelligent Investor".
Warren Buffet learned from Benjamin Graham.
I don't put much faith in T. Sykes ... he's all about charts n news n big bucks.
We've learned here that "news" can be a pack of lies.
It takes a lot of sifting to get to the truth.
But there ARE places to find it. Most are online accessible too.
I haven't found any one place that teaches you all you need to consider or know to short sell penny or below penny stocks.
I've learned much more HERE !
The SEC is helpful and OTC markets too and NASDAQ.
Lots of reading/studying. But it's worth it!
Another BURNING question ...
IF ... Big AL has moved production of Besado to Mexico as he stated in his smallcapvoice audio in June ... might Big Al have the same intentions with the RWB potato vodka? And eyeballing other companies in distress as well for the same purposes.
It makes my head spin just thinking of all the shipping requirements and international laws n licenses.
Am I right or wrong ...
IF you are selling stocks to the public or trading stocks for services ... you are required to report the sale or trade of stocks to the SEC. Upon doing so you leave a paper trail for others. The lack of paper trail should speak volumes to potential stock holders.
Bruce Perlowin and 2-3 more are accused of it and are scheduled to appear in court. AFTER the suit was filed ... Perlowin and associates filed and reported shares. ISBG - ISBGD aka Big Al has not.
Another question ... how do the stock boards get by with SELLING stocks they DO NOT have or have not been issued? Or stocks that ARE NOT registered with the SEC? If you have stock and you want to sell it and the board doesn't own/have enough they will not allow the sale to go through.
I do not think it wise to buy stocks that are not reporting to the SEC.
Current alternative legitimate verifiable reporting is good. But we must always verify. Make calls and send emails!
Thank you for all your helpful information!
WHY pray tell can you NOT provide a link to that horrific article you scared everyone with?
I found NO NEWS of it anywhere and I used FOUR search engines.
I fond NO videos of it on YOUTUBE.
WHAT pray tell was your purpose in posting that stuff?
gigamongous - humongantic lawsuit ?
All the info you so graciously provided is greatly appreciated!
I saw part of that stuff too.
All said ... it brings a burning question to my mind ....
HOW did ISBG (before R/S) SELL all those shares without the SEC requirements in place FIRST? Isn't that some type of FRAUD on a Federal Level?
If you combed through the SEC regulations I bet there would be a
gigantic humongous ... gigamongous - humongantic lawsuit hitting Big Al like Henry n Irma together with Katrina in tow !!!
I get it!
I get that Big Al IS the past history of ISBG.
I get that ISBG / ISGBD / Big Al are all JOINED at the hip so they ALL go down with the sinking ship aka ISBG / ISBGD.
I get that Big Al has lied, cheated, stolen
... to get to where he is today
... not that the place Big Al is in right now is a 'good place' because I get the fact that it isn't AND I get that Big Al never thought that what he was doing would position ISBG / ISGBD / Big Al where they are at this moment ... no where to run, no where to hide from the truth seekers.
Big Al and others like him ... are seeking the newbie, the rookie, the green horn, the individual that THINKS ... oh man! This is easy peasy stuff n I don't need to go to classes, or college, or PAY a broker to do this stuff ... I got this! I can do this! All I godda do is penny stocks ... Oh wait!!!! I can buy stocks WAAAAAY UNDER a penny and get WAAAAAAY more shares for WAAAAAAY MORE profits ... AND BAM !!!! People like Big Al got 'em hook line AND sinker all the way to the bank!
You take ALL them shares of ISBG AND ISBGD and add 'em up ... then divide that by 100 and that's how many people thought this was a WIN WIN WIN WIN REALLY BIG situation.
You're exactly right Big Al has no moral compass, no scruples, no rules.
His narcissistic bubble is about to burst and spew him out into the REAL WORLD!
I've learned a lot! I want to help others learn too!
To each and everyone here!
ISBG/Alonzo Pierce - Twitter/Facebook
I have accounts on both and different names on both and NOT the one used here ... godda be sthmart these daze !~)
It seems Big Al has deleted/removed posts or possibly closed the old account down .. you know .. the one with AWL the complaints on it.
Big Al has done his best to distance himself and the ISBG company from any bad or negative publicity. He's doing just as you suggested ... preying on the uneducated inexperienced potential stock holder. Just like all experienced and educated con artists do. He's seeking his next victim group as we type.
I must say this here and now ... This particular investorshub blog spot has been extremely educational for me. I'm extremely glad I stumbled upon it and I will continue to use investorshub to check opinions and some facts on other stocks. I've learned a lot from each and everyone here! Thank you all so very much! I'm going to do my best to point others in the direction of the truth. That's my job. It doesn't pay much but I do get a great amount of satisfaction from doing so.
I'm equally certain this has been ... shall we say ... an experience that Big Al will also NEVER EVER forget! He too has learned much ... and will take his new knowledge elsewhere. I'm thinking ... Mexico ... he stated they had moved Besado production to Mexico in his smallcap audio statement. Which can be found on finance.yahoo.com by looking up the ISBG symbol.
Please provide a link for that news blast.
I'd appreciate it very much!
I would LOVE for you to post ALL this on Big Al's twitter account
AND his Facebook account!
HELL NO !!!! ... ALONZO can't go!!!!
HELL NO !!!! ... ALONZO can't go!!!!
HELL NO !!!! ... ALONZO can't go!!!!
HELL NO !!!! ... ALONZO can't go!!!!
The NEW and improved ISBG D = dead in the water CHEER!
HELL NO !!!! ... ALONZO can't go!!!!
That sad part is ... He's already setting up shop in Mexico.
Or so he says ...
The Feds will never ever catch him cause they not fast enough.
He may be a cross dressing street walker in Vegas before this is over.
He's ruined any chances he might have had as a corporate leader here in the USA. I doubt he could get a janitor position.
But the WORLD is a big place!
He can go to another country and reinvent himself, rename himself, and tweak his propaganda just as many others like him do.

$$ New investors $$ ...
THAT is EXACTLY what Big Al wants NEW INVESTORS ($$$,$$$,$$$,$$$) to think.
Big Al is thinking in $$ dollar $$ $$ Signs $$ n new n more money from NEW INVESTOR$.
He thinks new investors are dumber than old investors and his tract record cant be or won't be located ... however ...
NASDAQ posted on their site to contact a broker to purchase ISBD stocks ...
I don't believe a broker will recommend that anyone purchase this stock.
NOW we see the affects from the Big Al thought train in the stock price we are seeing.
ONLY 400% to get back to pre R/S price ...
DAMN you're funny!
Can you imagine how Big AL's head is spinning right now?!?!?
He's probably praying to the porcelain God to keep him from being flushed right on down the drain.
Big Al's melt down ....
Everyone fails to see that Big Al wants on the Nasdaq Board, he wants an upgrade and off the pink sheets and he's got to play by their rules in order to get there. He's got to get OFF the penny stock board within a certain time frame and file file file legitimate paper work too and WORK WORK WORK something besides his mouth.
His house of cards is falling right before his eyes and there's NOTHING he can do at this point to prop it up or fix it.
His original TEAM PLAYERS are all gone.
And I'm guessing his NEW TEAM is heading out the door since the R/S and all the emails and phone calls and twitter posts they been facing everyday all day long from disgruntled share holders. He's feeling abandoned and all alone. aka meltdown time.
The inevitable liar's demise is here and he knows it.
His level of instability and insanity are showing today.
Well Monte ... I'm a guess here ...
NO ONE brave enough or time enough to collect all the evidence against them to file charges with the SEC. BUT there IS plenty of documentation on this board right here to toast their liar and thief in command ... aka Big Al Pierce.
Many are waiting on pins and needles to SEE if the stock rises enough for them to break even when selling out of it. One post on this board mentions $5,000 invested before the reverse split. There are articles on line of a wealthy widow investing in ISBG and now she can't even get the initial investment back.

GlobeNewswire•September 12, 2017
LAS VEGAS, Sept. 12, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- International Spirits and Beverage Group Inc., (a Nevada Corporation) (ISBG) is pleased to announce that the company has agreed to terms with the Aristocrat Group Corp. (ASCC) to acquire the assets of ASCC, which includes its signature brand, RWB Vodka.
RWB Vodka is a gluten-free, handcrafted vodka which is distilled from Idaho Russet potatoes using mountain spring water. RWB Vodka racked up its fair share of awards when it was introduced into the marketplace, including a platinum award honor at the 2014 Sip Awards.
“RWB Vodka is exactly the type of brand we were looking to add to our portfolio,” said Terry Williams, CEO of International Spirits & Beverage Group. “There is incredible upside here as this is a niche brand that is already generating revenue. With the distribution network ISBG already has in place, we should be able to quickly expand the footprint of this smooth tasting ultra-premium vodka.”
With both companies eager to complete the transaction, lawyers from both sides have made closing this deal a priority and have already made tremendous inroads in getting through the mountain of paperwork that needs to be completed and filed with the appropriate regulatory agencies.
While neither company will be immediately disclosing the terms of the deal, the recently filed reverse split by ISBG is tied to the acquisition.
“With Aristocrat trading around two cents, we had to level the playing field so to speak,” Williams said. “The beauty of the asset acquisition is that the transaction is far less complicated than a stock purchase, has tremendous tax advantages (Goodwill can be amortized for tax purposes over a period of 15 years) and we were able to specify what liabilities we were willing to assume.”
Senior management officers from both companies are hoping the deal will be completed by September 30, sooner if possible.
MY REPLY - Alonzo's words mean nothing here ...
To quote you ...
" According to the LIAR Alonzo, huh? Geez........Do
you have email confirmation from Terry that he is indeed part of this POS?
If so, post a screen shot.
TIA
Please, Alonzo's words means nothing 'round here."
I realize all too well how unwelcome I am here on this board.
But I'm gonna say what I have to say,
I feel my input ... however unintelligent and unimportant many of you feel that input is ... it's equally important as yours.
Terry Williams has his own extremely successful business and has stated in an email posted on this board that he doesn't have time for all this.
I'm gonna take THAT as gospel since it came directly from Mr. Williams email account.
After reviewing Mr. Williams business website I found that Airware does small business consulting ... I'm gonna stick my neck out on the chopping block AGAIN and just throw out my stupid guess here.
Alonzo appears to be a 'wanna be' ... he wants to BE successful like Mr. Williams and possibly has hired Williams to 'consult' and eventually somewhere down the line Mr. Williams did become CEO ... as hot n pissed as Williams currently is and as hard as Mr. Williams is running in the opposite direction ... he still will not say a good or bad word about ISBG or Big AL and that's because Williams is a smart business man ... unlike Big Al.
What I see in Bi Al ... he's attempting to manipulate his words so that he can manipulate his situation ... and he's using the good name of a successful businessman to do it.
Big Al is NOT a commander and chief ... his words coupled with his deeds reflect him as a liar, cheat and thief. Therefore ... Williams, Dotson, Gaines, Big Al's old team, are no longer associated with him. Big Al has another 'team' now.
Just my opinion that NO ONE wants to hear.
BUT ... THANK YOU SO MUCH for reading it anyway!
You so much sthmarter than me and I thank you for ALL the many lessons you've taught me in a few short days.
I apologize for having NOTHING to contribute.
Terry Williams - According to statements made my Alonzo Pierce in the below audio clip dated June 10, 2017... Terry Williams DOES work for and IS part of the TEAM at ISBG.
From 4:13 to 5:10 Alonzo Pierce speaks of Terry Williams and his own company Airware AND also being a part of the TEAM at ISBG.
Sounds like they may have been feuding from March to June.
If memory serves me here, I do believe Nevada state records show Terry Williams as former CEO and current Director.

Carini,
WOW!!!
ISBG really spewing the BS at everyone.
I found ISBGTRUTHSQUAD (ISBGTRUTHSQUAD1)on Twitter and that individual has LOADS of documentation and none of it good on ISBG and their pals Alonzo Pierce AND Terry Williams.
They took a famous singer/actor's widow for a pile of money too.
It's on the web. Looks like the scumbags are combing the obits for wealthy widows to scam.
On Alonzo Pierce ISBG Facebook account there is a picture of three men and a woman. the two men on the left are holding Besado bottles. I believe the second from left is Alonzo Pierce but not sure.
They are the lowest of the low life's that inhabit this earth.
These are the people we need to warn our children about.
I'll probably get kicked off here for stating this and if it happens ... so be it.
Is this your polite way of saying sit down n shut up, we don't want or need YOU here?
I came to this board to learn, and to seek guidance and knowledge.
SO sorry I interfered with all your progress.
Pardon me for asking and sticking my dumbass hand up when it obviously isn't wanted here.
I agree ... not that my opinion matters ... there IS DEFINITELY A LOT of misinformation on ALL boards. The way to stop that is to provide websites that back up your comments. Trust is EARNED not given.
As per ISBGD's 20 days ... EXACTLY WHEN did that 20 day waiting period begin? Since I'm too dumb ... yet brave enough to ASK, would you mind telling me or possibly POINTING me in the direction of finding that info?
I do apologize for being such a pest and I'll NOT post any more.
The reduction may not go into affect for 20 days.
They have 20 days to reach a price that puts them OFF the penny stock lists and ON the NASDAQ.
You're right ...
From what I understand E*Trade does not OWN enough shares to allow stock holders to SELL. Which means E*Trade CAN and DOES SELL shares they do not own. Or have not been issued.
This morning I contacted E*Trade via live chat and they said they HAVE NOT been issued 'new shares' but should be issued NEW SHARES within 1-3 business days. Yet they will not allow you to sell your current before the "D" shares just yet NOR can you BUY the new shares via E*Trade. Just stuck in limbo for 20 days.
The "D" on the end of the symbol has meaning as well.
It stands for NEW ISSUE or REVERSE SPLIT.
According to the rules they have 20 days to make the correct price to get OFF the penny stock board and possibly be accepted on the NASDAQ and run with the big boys club.
20 days will tell IF before the "D" share holders can sell their stocks or if they live with the 1 - 255 shares split and new price.
AND there may be a FREEZE to keep the old stocks from selling.
20 days can seem like an eternity.
The only recourse I can see is starting an account with a someone that will allow you to BUY the new shares, someone who has already been issued the NEW SHARES and possibly making a bit of money and quickly getting out.
Alonzo WANTS people to do exactly that!
THAT would put ISBG/D in the green and on top quickly.
AND POOF his scam worked again!
E*Trade says the days high was $ .025 and the last bid was $ .005
OTCMARKEST says $ .005 UP
To the savvy investor you are quite funny ....
BUT ... yeah here comes the BUT ....
To the person who has been convinced this is a good and quite profitable stock to invest in AND NOW they are losing their retirement funds because of the LIES ... it's not so funny.
There's a few things in life some of us take quite seriously ...
GOD, Country, Family and last but not least they money they earn.
NO ONE likes to be ripped off and made fun of in the same sentence.
For the savoy educated investor I agree.
But that's not the pond these people paddle in.
They polish up their hype talk and pussyfoot around the truth with every breath they take. And for the inexperienced investor it can often times mean bankruptcy and homelessness. But these jerks DO NOT CARE.

The above address is THE NEW ISBGD address
I see that Mr. Williams is now a Director.
Does that mean he's being PAID LESS than before and/or
LESS THAN Alonzo Pierce?
Mr. Williams may have stepped down as CEO BUT he's still a duck in the manipulation puddle.
It looks as if they are attempting to manipulate their past bad record with ISBG into something with public appeal so they can get MORE investors aka MORE MONEY.
E*Trade now shows historical charts on ISBGD as being at $ .03 for a good long while ... over a year and so does otcmarkets. That's outright manipulation. In my humble opinion.
You call it 'A Good Eye'
I call it Master Manipulator
He masterfully manipulates money out of the unsuspecting.
He's had over ten years and 6-7-8 companies that's he's used
to become the master that he is.
When his house of cards falls ... Alonzo will hit bottom and hit it really hard. Personally I wouldn't want to be near him when it happens ... and it WILL happen.
According to NVSOS Terry Williams is no more CEO of ISBG.
Could you please supply a link to that particular document?
I'm having trouble locating it.
Recent SEC filings list his as CEO.
clgator85...
Alonzo's statement that he does not care how share holders feel ... that shows his mindset.
I've never met the man or spoken to him and do not plan to.
But his actions speak much louder than words.
A good wise caring business person would KNOW that business success or failure depends in part on the share holders who TRUST and BELIEVE in the business.
By stating that he doesn't care how stock holders feel ... that shows signs of narcissism ... no rules apply to him and he just wants share holders money.
He couldn't even come up with ... 'I'm sorry for your loss but I /we did what was best for the company/business.'
I suspect he's loving it up there on the pedestal he's placed himself on as he watches shareholders financial demise ... he doesn't realize they stock holders CAN knock him off that pedestal .. and Oh how the mighty will fall right along with the other THREE that are joined at the hip with him.
I listed yesterday in a post how many times I found he'd done this same thing in the past ten years ... and I missed one ... Formerly=FIMA, Inc. until 4-2015.
I'd like to KNOW what stock trading boards are CURRENTLY selling ISBGD stock.
zakattack ... They can not allow you to trade/sell what they DO NOT have in shares of ISBG / ISBGD AND they have not been issued shares of the new stock ISBGD yet. However ... they CAN and DO sell what they DO NOT have. I was informed that the transaction would take 1 - 3 business days to show up on accounts.
With Alonzo Pierce track record ... shares of the new stock may never be seen.
rta16,
What email address did you use?
I've sent several emails and he's never responded to any of mine.
I do agree, we all need to keep track of everything and keep copies of all correspondence with ANYONE connected with ISBG / ISBGD
Divide your shares by 255 and take that answer and multiply it by the current price ... and there is your earnings/profit ... or lack there of.
I too contacted E*trade this morning and was informed it would take 1-3 business days for changes to be reflected on any accounts as E*trade had not yet been issued shares of the new stock.
It's just a wait n see game. They take money and will not allow sell because they DO NOT OWN enough shares ... selling what they do not own. But ... it's all legal for them while shareholders/customers sweat bullets and anticipate losses. AND they laugh all the way to the bank!
