Well put Houstonian; I can't disagree
As much as I want to disagree; I can't.
With this redirected Trip to Mars; one would like to think that KK would bring the Financials up to losing the Court battle to the infringers. Close out this chapter.
I trust that you are putting the $$,$$$ from dumping GERS shares into your mattress, so you have a reserve to purchase a plane ticket to Las Vegas.
Yes, Dividends are a Dream ...
that coincides with Financials are a Nightmare.
I trust everyone sees irony in my comments about dividends (;-}
It does look as though KK is putting the Profit from the Revenue towards building the business ..... thank you Slash for keeping us up-to-date in regards to the acquisitions/partnerships/commissioning of Ethanol Producing Facilities.
I am all in for investing the Profit to grow the business.
However, I would like to see the Financials
I'm all in for a dividend
Lowest amount legally possible id fine with me.
I could use the "Juice" you know, a little something for the effort
Well put Houstonian
The News contained in Post #51634 is welcomed and appreciated. This is the type of information that I have been anxiously awaiting. I have been trusting that KK was heading in this type of direction. I am amazed at the scope; keep it up.
I welcome the newest addition to Greenshift / White Buffalo *OR* is it White Buffalo / Greenshift. I trust that Tracy can live up to the B.S. Bingo in Post #51632.
I can do without the fluff involving "Tetra-Mars".
In the spirit of persistent tedium, I continue to look for the Financials
I'm done loading up on Bevcanna
What gives?? Looks like BVNNF is positioning itself in a sweet spot. Getting some orders ... Shipping Product (to China) ... Getting Distributor Agreements in order ...
Are there Production Problems meeting Case Pack?
Difficulties Receiving Payment(s)?
Cash Flow?
Anyone have insight??
Where are all the BVNNF Chearleaders
Is anyone following the reason for the bounce down to $0.50?
Is BVNNF capable of meeting production for all the new "contracts" to manufacture and distribute infused products?
Here's a blast from the past: Veridium
https://www.solidwaste.com/doc/veridium-to-showcase-new-sludge-recycling-tec-0001
This looks like a pre-cursor to spray nozzles: Veridium is showcasing a Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) sludge recycling and Tornado Generator at the 2006 International Poultry Show.
David Winsness was the President and Chief Operational Officer of Veridium's New Technology Division. Dave Winsness is the current President of Attis Innovations.
I recall reading about a GERS connection with Veridium very early on. However, anything pre-April, 2014 is before my time. I go in just before the April, 2014 100:1 reverse split.
Maybe a whale can shed some light on this. Is the Veridium connection long gone?
Greenshift Biofuels PVT LTD located in India
Greenhift BioFuels produces a variety of BioDiesel in India. They start with a seed that looks like a sunflower seed then manufacture BioDiesel.
https://greenshiftbiofuels.com/
I believe there is no maize/corn in India
NOTE: "corn" in England / Europe is Barley Corn
I don't see ethanol in their portfolio. I also know of no East Indian alcoholics (;-}
This should all become clear shortly; when the Financials are filed.
Search Greenshift Technologies Spray Nozzles
This Greenshift is located in India. Primary product is Spray Nozzles for Industrial Applications.
I trust that Greenshift Technologies is NOT Related to GERS; at least I hope so (;-}
Infringers ICM PEIX taking different route to success
What does GERS have to offer?
Both infringers are taking a low key approach success. Neither one is gloating as they move on.
To find ICM you must search icminc. PEIX have changed their name to Alto Ingredients.
Both companies are making premium animal feed / pet food as derived from corn. Ethanol does not appear to be their primary product; although ethanol is listed as a product.
Alto Ingredients [Pacific Ethanol]:
Interesting Speculation regarding Going Private
It would do KK the best to bring his financials up-to-date so we can see how he values his company. From there he could offer His Fair Price for the Common Shares.
The $0.44 did not get most of us whales to budge; albeit, it looks like Houstonian might leave us. I believe most of us whales value the company more than $0.44 x 20,000,000. KK could have another legal battle to settle; with a low-ball offer.
I'm a Capitalist. The primary tenet of Capitalism is Win-Win situation. The person SELLING is happy with the transaction *AND* the BUYER is happy with the transaction.
Safe Banking Bill passed / BITZIO is definitely worthless
Oh well, I lost some chump change with my venture into Cryptocurrency. I am counting on GERS to cover my loss. It would be nice if my loss is covered before the next seven-(7) years pass.
I don't see Hemp replacing Corn
Is Terra-BS expecting Corn Farmers to switch to Hemp?? What planet is Terra-BS from?
I'm waiting for KK to come back to Earth and transition the Energy Sector Economy from Foreign Crude Oil to Sustainable Ethanol.
How about coming to America: Take Maize (American Corn), process into Ethanol Fuel, Bio Diesel, and Premium Animal Feed. Sustainable and CO2 Friendly. With the added Bonus of Legitimate Financials
Fill-up in your Flex Fuel vehicle, No black sulfur exhaust with Bio Diesel, and great tasting meat from premium fed cattle. What do you get with hemp?
Marijuana is not permitted for several companies
I must take a "pea-can" test as a condition of employment for about the past 20-years.
Several companies (customers) require passing a pea-can test as a condition for a Badge to permit me to work in their facility. Contractors routinely must submit to "random" testing.
I am working in a State that permits recreational marijuana. Our company does not test for marijuana for "random" testing. However, I must pass pea-can tests to receive my Contractor Badge for access to customer jobsites.
NOTE: I have used the term marijuana; I do not know if there is a distinction between CBD and THC
Looks Like It Should Apply to GERS Filing
CBD Oil is NOT THC (Marijuana)
Separate The psychoactive THC component from the oil CBD component. CBD oil is found in the Marijuana seeds. Smoking seeds don't get you high; but, seed pops make little burn holes in your shirt.
GERS is transferring the separation technology of corn oil extraction to the separation of CBD oil from marijuana. However, I do not see too much profit margin with CBD oil; there is too much proliferation in this market.
Much like Slash, I drifted towards GERS due to "marijuana". I increased my holdings because of Ethanol as a motor fuel additive. The use of lignin (waste stream) is an intriguing alternative to petroleum based plastics.
Financials would put my mind at ease
I agree Houstonian; Nothing but BS Bingo
I don't see how following those dreams are valorizing GERS. Looks like someone is smoking too much of the THC byproduct.
I'm referring to THC as a byproduct of CBD and Hemp
Personally, dreams are overrated. My wife of 45 yrs had nothing but nightmares; waking up to nightmares is not recommended.
Aw, I was counting on a BITZIO revival
Allowing banks to handle CBD dollars will probably put an end to crypto-currency. Does that mean that my BITZIO stock is truly worthless?
Yes, TD Swallows; but, Schwab acquired TD
I have a similar No BUY with another OTC Pink. TD does not permit BUY; but, you can SELL. A lot of talk; however, it boils down to "TD is "protecting interests of the investor".
I would think that with PVSP getting current with their financials; then TD would permit BUY of stock
Does Schwab permit BUY of PVSP? From what I understand, Schwab does permit BUY of my other OTC Pink stock. I wonder if I will be able to purchase PVSP after the the acquisition of TD by Schwab is completed.
Houstonian, sorry to see your choice to cash-in
Have you considered moving your GERS into a Roth IRA? This may help you avoid Tax implications.
You must consult a Tax Specialist
I did transfer my GERS from an IRA into a Roth. Had to pay Tax on the transfer; but, No Tax on future Capital Gains. I'm still working so I can afford today's Tax.
My GERS have been sitting in a Roth for a couple of years. Looks like it will sit there for a few more years. Pay Tax on the TRANSFER at $.04. No Tax when SELL at $0.44+
Just a thought; check with someone who understands the Tax implications. heck, I'm trusting that no fool will report me when I execute (;-}
I agree: CBD is tiring as are Filings
Slash,
Any follow-up on the GERS [?] method for coating corn seed with lignin to reduce fertilizer run-off ??
This information is from an Environmental and Natural Resources Trust Fund (ENRTF) 2020 Proposal:
Supposedly, the fertilizer would coat the seed. A layer of lignin would encapsulate the fertilizer on the seed. Lignin would prevent run-off. As the seed matured; the lignin would decompose in the field.
- I understand that [laboratory] trials were scheduled through the beginning of 2021
- Supposedly commercial production of the lignin was to commence in April, 2021
- Field Testing to occur through Summer, 2021
- Determination of effectiveness December, 2021
This looks like something White Buffalo can apply to the Hemp Grow Facility to test validity.
NOTE: Attis was listed as a Consultation Partner NOT receiving ENRTF funding
Unable to BUY on TD Ameritrade any suggestions
I agree; keep looking at the complete picture
I believe Green Energy is a noble concept; I don't see it happening within my lifetime.
I have an interest in Alternate Energy for several decades. I attended lectures by several high powered Energy gurus.
One-(1) that sticks out is Avory Lovings talking about Solar Energy as a non-polluting alternative. Avery lived in the mountains of Colorado.
The lecture was in the heart of Chicago; a few miles from the Crawford Ave, Coal-Fired Steam Electric Station. That power plant was cranking out the amps to keep Chicago the lecture hall well lighted. The building was kept warm using Steam Heat from the Central Utility Plant on campus.
Alcohol-fueled motor vehicles are a sustainable and green alternative that have over fifty-(50) years of successful performance.
If you want to be a Greenie Weenie; then Flex Fuel is for you.
CORBA, Inc. Oregon
Not much of a website. Doesn't look like much of a product offering.
I doubt their pockets are any deeper than the Infringers.
Interesting to see how GERS / White Buffalo / Castle Rock report the "income" from the lawsuit.
Sales Growth does not Yield High ROI
I'm BUYING on the RED
I have the patience to wait this out. Been in here for ~14 months.
Got my Initial Investment back when I doubled my $,$$$
Now adding because BVNNF has their act together. A nice steady; albeit slow, growth. My kind of company. I'm in for $$,$$$ now.
Legally: You are correct
However, if Kevin's mother is an investor; then you can be sure that he will get this ship in order.
Just taking it to a different path; to arrive at the same conclusion
I have a lot at stake here, I am very near retirement, I have the same interest as you. Your tedious posts have done little to nothing to accomplish anything of value. I'll try shaming him.
Did you Trademark Greenshit ???
Great moniker.
Greenshift needs adopt the jingle:
"Stems and Seeds that you don't need"
"Greenshift turns them into CBD"
Need to work something into the Stems [Rope]
What rhymes with Lignin ??
Ditch the Electric Cars; GO ETHANOL
Ethanol is a Renewable Resource; biomass (corn / sugar) takes the CO2 from the air (atmosphere), exhales oxygen, then rearranges the carbon with hydrogen, etc. so we can process into ethanol. Sustainable fuel.
Electric Cars?? Where is the Electrical Generating Station ... in someone else's backyard??
Windmills?? Blades are constructed of fiberglass ... Energy intensive process to manufacture the blades. Approximately 8,000 blades are replaced every year. Used blades go to a landfill; where they will remain for centuries.
Ethanol Fuel!!! Read about the 1964 Indianapolis 500 and the role of gasoline. The Indianapolis 500 has required Ethanol or Methanol since 1965. Ethanol is the fuel of the future. Go out and purchase an E85 vehicle.
Yes, 2014 published report: GERS in CBD Oil
I apologize for the cryptic header; limit is eight-(8) words
A published report regarding GERS and CBD Oil Extraction appeared around April, 2014. Based on the report and investigation into GERS Ethanol Patents; I chose to divert all my MJ Pink Sheet $$,$$$ into GERS.
Holding on for the ride
BTW, the previous MJ stock has gone nowhere since April, 2014.
Welcome to the GERS Family of Investors
A lot of drama here; but, there are several long term investors who are hanging on.
Inability to BUY has been addressed for too long of a time.
