always check EDGAR. first step imo.
It is my belief that All T-trade buys should be sold as t-trades. Otherwise it gives too much power to the cheaters to cause rise or fall.
t-trade buys (hidden) then regular (digital) reported sales of those shares, will 100% of the time cause pps fall. this is because hiding buys and reporting sales will cause more selling to appear than buying, and due to more sells than buys appearing, the price automatically falls.
the opposite can happen as well (but is far more rare in my opinion).
T-trade sells (hidden) then regular (digital) reported buys of those shares causes pps rise. due to more buys than sells appearing.
for true stability to be achieved, and to tie the hands of the manipulators, if it is bought as a t-trade, it should be sold as a t-trade, no exceptions.
that would seriously bolster confidence in the otc market.
a must read:

cheaters under investigation... pump and dumps like Gohe stock under investigation.
maybe (t-trades on a regular basis only to be immediately unloaded the very next day as digital sells, which automatically cause pps fall will be regarded as obvious MARKET MANIPULATION and investigated, and those who regularly practice exploiting that loophole, will face some penalties or even jail time.
that will be the only thing that will stop the regular cheating I see here.
I've seen some pretty small t-trades lately, I thought that privilege was given to mm's to provide market stability, and was reserved for huge buys and sells, but I guess, it actually causes the instability and creates a "dark market" for the cheaters to exploit. hope that comes to an end, but doubt it. it is one of the "houses" tricks created by "the house" (mm's) and the FED.

might be unrelated.
here's something I found while searching for info on Gohe's 18% (of moneytracs) j/v "crypto cowboys"...
https://www.estories.com/audiobook/209906/Atherton-Cooper/Crypto-Cowboys
Hope one of his scorned investors finds him on the dance floor one night... and then another scorned investor sees him riding that bike and runs him off the road.... and another scorned investor who hunts, watches him trying to save an owl, and as soon as he feels accomplished and steps back, the hunter kills the owl.
humans are karmic retribution instruments... do GOOD things, get good results, find yourself in a state of happiness...
it works the other way also ALAN GROFE... (surely someone who lived through the 60's and 70's should be able to grasp such a simple concept, but I will simplify it for ALAN GROFE)
do unkind things to others like lying, cheating, stealing, being two faced, and find yourself in a state of pain and suffering, with no one to blame for your misfortune, except yourself, and your own greedy choices.
Make no mistake ALAN GROFE, your entire life (including the end, and the way the end comes about) is the result of your own choices.
don't even get me started on the process of karmic balance and how it affects reincarnation... I'll just say, that I wouldn't do everyone SO WRONG this close to the end of my time in this life if I were him.
All are that which they do....

Wish Gohe would update us on that pesky 2YRs AUDIT and uplisting effort.
Wish they would clarify who bought the 82% of moneytrac, and what happened to the proceeds from that sale. I wonder if the Luna's bought it, and that's why she became CEO and hubby is now employed by moneytrac.
if someone bought 82% of moneytrac, wouldn't that be considered revenue? especially since they used funds from a publicly traded security to start that "private" (untraded) company?
sure do wish the GOHE board of directors would do as they have been promising us for over a year now that they have been doing. (while they have been doing the exact opposite)
this need to turn around. or are we playing the Gohe Limbo again.
looks like asae was the one to jump on after all.
so much for Gohe
read the documents. Pops has 10 days to file a response, judge will decide whether to resume trading or DEFAULT Pops within 30 days after that, it seems.
hope he gets his chit together in a hurry...
sucks, but sometimes this happens. It seems anyone can start a fake company these days.
If ALAN GROFE really did totally flake out after lying (like a 75yr old child) and made even a penny selling ASAB stock, I HOPE HE SPENDS HIS LAST DAYS IN PRISON, (with BIG Bubba).
it could be suspended for as long as 12 months, or totally default.
but it looks like it's over for ASAB. and "baked American".
The SEC has the authority to suspend the trading of a security for up to ten trading days to protect investors under Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The SEC will make the decision to do this based on an investigation and will then issue a press release detailing the reason for the suspension. During the ten day period, the SEC will not comment publicly on the status of the investigation.
Why Does Suspended Trading Occur?
Suspended trading occurs for many different reasons, including:
A lack of current, accurate, or adequate information about a company, such as when it's not current in its filing of periodic reports.
Questions about the accuracy of publicly available information, including the contents of recent press releases.
Concerns about trading in the stock, such as insider trading or market manipulation.
The most common reason for a suspension is the lack of current or accurate financial information. In many cases, companies can resolve the issue by submitting the required financial statements to go back into compliance. Less common cases could involve instances of fraud where a company could see a longer-term impact from a trading suspension.

looks like its at least gonna be a couple weeks before we find out what's the deal.

guess that's fair... just fed up with spinning our wheels here, and it seems like we only got about 18% of our rubber left (no pun intended).
can't keep spinning our wheels forever or we will have a blow out (1) and lose the race (2). the race is to be the company to succeed in this niche...
I'm going on vacation so best of luck~
please be the YIN again. Please explain how they resigned in order to distance themselves from moneytrac, and create a barrier/ separation due to the riskiness of the industry they are targeting. Please explain how it works in our favor as retail investors to be kept in the dark and how vague industry wide PR's are the best to lure in new investors, and how we will all gain from nonspecific pr's when new investors start jumping in, and how I should just be quiet to not scare away those new investors.
and while you are at it, please explain how Gohe disposing of 82% of Moneytrac tech also works in the retail investors favor... maybe as a shelter? (due to the risk of the industry?)
that about right?
I'm still holding 25k shares, (not much) because there is potential here, (imo) BUT the chance of it going above .04 this year is very slim, and it entirely depends on what the MM's want, and what the company does.
If the company hasn't come through with any of their forward looking statements and the pps rises... I will expect it is just another pump and dump by the mm's (like dec2017) and will also be dumping and running at that point.
Everything changed after that trip to Vegas. something happened. just going through a few scenarios. still waiting (since mid 2017)for GOHE to come through with ANY of their "forward looking statements" (lies).
I wish i could say that The Gohe board of directors behavior has inspired me to buy more, but that is not the case. Rather, they have inspired me to keep my distance, settle for what I currently have, and hope that at some time during this year, or maybe next, I MIGHT get more than 50% of my original investment back.
Their clear lack of ability to complete anything "real" causes me to warn all interested in this "niche", to find another company to invest in, there are many vying to be the "solution to cashless transactions in cannabis businesses", and there will be great gains to be had i'm sure by the investors in the company that does succeed, but the way THIS company operates, this will not be the one that delivers on that promise. (they don't deliver on ANY promise, and haven't thus far)
this is why they have existed for 10 years but only recently (last 2 yrs) gotten volume, and are still considered "development stage".
This is seeming more scammish by the day. if they don't do as promised next week, we will all know they are a scam company.
best of luck to you as well....
I'll be looking for the million share t-trade here at around .017. Next week will include 05/15, the due date for the financials. I wonder what we will get, more delays, or completed financials, more vague industry wide PRopaganda, or a PR specifically about Gohe completing something (anything), or will there be just more reports of executive trips to far away places on the investors dime.
On the day the Gohe board of directors decided to "spin-off" moneytrac into its own company (stole that from the investors, imo), two of the current then current Gohe BOD resigned, then Vanessa Luna was "given" a position on the BOD. (That must have been a heated meeting) Clearly those two members of the Gohe BOD felt as though it should not have been "spun-off". so they resigned. maybe they felt scorned by how easily ole' hancock's mind got spun by that girl.
My question is, How did Vanessa get such a large position in this company, (what did it?) it must have happened on the trip to VEGAS. wonder how her hubby feels...(he is now employed by Moneytrac tech, if you don't know).
So many questions unanswered... it would go a long way for Hancock to clarify some stuff.
until then, he will just be some guy "mind pucked" by a pretty girl, in hopes of getting some... lol... silly fool.. she stole your company.
I ain't bailing. only have 25k left, will hold that till it becomes worthless, which at this point seems more likely than rising above 1.00.
I'm really disappointed with this companies practices. Their way of not doing what they say they will, and selling away 82% of their biggest moneymaker while being behind on ALL their promises, makes me sick.
I could not get away with such despicable behavior, why should they?
I'll ride the last 25k shares I have till it dies, but it just sucks, the Gohe Board of Directors are such liars.
Wasn't planning on waiting years, holding Gohe hoping for any gain, and I really don't want more of it now.
why pull that card. there has been no mention of r/s... why would they need to r/s when they can just start another in house company, sell 82% of it, never file any paperwork, and never actually launch their "payment solution", just gather up all the investors money and go dark.
NO NEED R/S, they couldn't complete it if they tried... lol...
all we would get is some industry wide PRopaganda relating to crypto currency, a mention of the m-token (moneytrac token, or whatever they call it [anyone know?]), and an announcement that Gohe now owns even less of moneytrac.
This company has been promising the audit results, and uplisting, and moneytrac token launch, yada, yada, yada for over a year, and can't even manage to accomplish that, so I'm very doubtful they could pull their heads out of their butts long enough to arrange a r/s, and complete it, like everything else.
I'm afraid, we are all just paying for these peoples jet-set lifestyle, to fly around the world and party like there's no tomorrow, they clearly DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR SHAREHOLDERS.
so, 2,525,000 shares traded during the day, yet the days total volume has jumped to 5,955,000..... that's a difference of 3,430,000 shares traded during the day and reported late via t-form as to not affect market price.
those 3.4 million shares will now be unloaded at .0001 to satisfy some bidwhacks and make a little profit for the t-trader, while suppressing the pps to between .0001 and no bid...
T-trades are the kiss of death to all of the share values I've seen, they are always the sign of manipulation, and are potentially the owner of the company himself or another vicious mm trying to squeeze every last drop of money out of the stock.
Once t-trades start, it doesn't matter if Alan Grofe resurrects himself, stops hiding from his shareholders and surprises everyone with updated financials and actually produces SOMETHING resembling a revenue stream, the t-trades will prevent the pps from running up, because the low price per share t-trades will be immediately offered the next day on the ask, creating a HEAVY ceiling.
EDIT- holy moly it jumped again.... multiple t-traders?! this is BAAAAD.
Feels like everyone who bought this lost money, I'll have to block the person who told me about it.
GLTA~
me neither. also, i believe in order to trade beyond the 4th decimal place, it must be a MM.... IMO.
I know I cannot and have not ever been able to trade beyond the 4th decimal.
C'mon ALAN GROFE... GET It Together!....maaaaan....
GLTA~
looking at the L2 data, I only see 2525000 shares traded, and only 115000 of that at .000001. the million shares difference between the L2 data and the volume total must be a mm playing their games... look for a t-trade after hours.
i wouldn't worry, but then again I have very little invested in ASAB.
GLTA~
IMO it appears as though the mm's are going to tank it again. near the .01 line again.
very little support at .0175 and .0176, but could easily push through that with a million share load dump by one of the mm's.
GLTA~
Glad I didn't buy that 50% downer.
All I'm saying is Did this guy Alan Grofe, start this company to get investors to dump money into his company, so he can retire and jet-set all over the country, vacationing and skiing, and "rave" (drug induced) partying all on the investors money.
maybe those who make false promises and lead others on with false promises will get their own karmic retribution.
I would not have put out any money and started the company if I didn't intend to follow through and make it something. I definitely wouldn't have made it so others put their money into my company if I didn't intend to work at it either. (those who do receive their own negative karma from SLOTH [not using an opportunity])
ALAN GROFE.... pay attention. If you are going to do something, do it. don't leave all the shareholders of your company hanging. If you want to party like a teenager, sell your company and take the proceeds and go party it all away. If you want to run the company and make it grow, then do that... but don't leave all the investors of your company in the dark hanging in limbo not knowing what is happening with hopes that you are doing something to move the company forward when you clearly ARE NOT.
When I said what I said, it was meant more as, "Chit or get off da pot"!
My days are great, I live in Hawaii, not on the island with the volcano, and it is a beautiful day, may your days be filled with such beauty.
So basically, if the GOHE BOD never needs to file the legal paperwork for the spin off, and shareholders lost 82% stake in MONEYTRAC TECH. then that is basically worse than a reverse split to any current shareholders value, its 82% of moneytrac potential just gone, with no explanation.
just something to think about, along with the annual half billion share increase to the shares outstanding that will probably hit mid to late August like the previous ones have...
from the annual report again....
"On August 30, 2017 an amendment to the Articles of Incorporation of Global Payout was accepted by the California Secretary of State to increase the Series A Preferred to 80,000,000 authorized form 40,000,000. No new shares have been issued beyond the 40,000,000 currently outstanding. This is the only issue of preferred the Company has.
Recapitalization of Common Shares: On August 15, 2016 a amendment to the Articles of Incorporation of Global Payout, Inc., was filed and accepted by the Secretary of State for California to increase the common shares of Global Payout, Inc., to one billion (1,000,000,000).
On August 30, 2017 an amendment to the Articles of Incorporation of Global Payout was accepted by the California Secretary of State to increase the Common stock outstanding to 1.5 billion from 1 billion."
------
Dang this is one STINKY PINKY-----
I have a question... but first i must give the basis for the question. So..
from the most recent annual statement filed 3/30/18...
"New Subsidiary: On March 10, 2015 Global Payout, Inc., formed MONEYTRAC TECHNOLOGY, INC., a California Corporation and a wholly owned, privately held subsidiary of Global Payout, Inc. MONEYTRAC TECHNOLOGY Inc., will license from Global Payout the custom closed-loop payment platform specifically for “high-risk” businesses to reduce the risks associated with cash transactions and to improve financial compliance, revenue reporting and tax allocation from a city to federal level. A detailed explanation of the platform is contained in Section 6E (business products) in this disclosure. MONEYTRAC TECHNOLOGY INC., is authorized 100,000,000 common shares ($.001 par value) and 25,000,000 Preferred Shares ($.001 par value). As of March 10, 2015 The Chief Executive Officer of MONEYTRAC TECHNOLOGY INC., and Board Member is James Hancock; the President and Board Member is William Rochfort who is also President and a Board Member of Global Payout, The third Board Member is Joseph Sebo who is also Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and a Director of Global Payout. MONEYTRAC TECHNOLOGY, Inc. is separate from MONEYTRAC which is the Global Payout, Inc., DISCOVER card platform. The Board of Directors for MoneyTrac Technology changed on March 10, 2017, with Joseph Sebo and William Rochfort resigning. Jim Hancock remains Chairman, Vanessa Luna is CEO and David Flores is COO. "
AND---
"Spin-off: On March 10, 2017 the Board of Directors of MoneyTrac Technology, Inc., and Global Payout, Inc., voted to spin-off MoneyTrac Technology, Inc., into a standalone company. MoneyTrac Technology, Inc. (www.moneytractechnology.com) is a pioneer in offering full-service tracking, compliance and electronic financial solutions for various “high-risk” business, providing all aspects of financial technology, including E-Wallet and mobile apps services for industries that require alternative banking. MoneyTrac's technology platform allows for its clients to access their financial information from anywhere in the world, to help them manage and control the flow of all revenue through their business. Global Payout will maintain a majority interest and provide licensing to MoneyTrac for the Virtual Payment System platform for a fee. Ms. Vanessa Luna the current COO of Global Payout Inc., was elected MoneyTrac Technology’s Inc., CEO, Jim Hancock already a Board Member of MoneyTrac Technology was named CEO. Vanessa Luna was also elected to the Board of Directors of MoneyTrac, William Rochfort and Joseph Sebo both resigned there positons as officers and as Board Members. As of June 30th, 2017 no date has been set for submitting formal legal documents for the spin-off. "
So my questions are..., How long are the board of Directors allowed to get away with not filing the formal legal documents for the spin off? Will they ever? How can 100% ownership dwindle to 18% without ever reporting any of those changes? Is this why the Auditing is taking so long, too many gray areas?
this is just one of the "not quite right" things i found dissecting the yearly report.
I don't know how this has gone on so long unnoticed.
GLTA~
yep. and i was right. anyone who followed that advice came out ahead. I'm tired of making lemonade out of the lemon GOHE has turned into. I am also looking for the exit on this one again. maybe we will both get out in the next couple weeks.
congrats on your nvcm play, sorry if I touched a nerve.
there's always more than 2 choices... may you find the choice that works best for you.
sheltering for 30 days to get through the loss wash period worked out best for me, i was being honest, sorry if it was a strategy already known to you, but maybe, just maybe i did help someone with my posts, and maybe it will give positive karma... maybe.
GLTA~
the two lowest trades today were .0164(27,000)and .0165(10,000)...
I'm sure there's some connection there. t-trade price was probably .0165 considering the t-trade amount was very small 35kshares.
I've also noticed that the chart above the message board doesn't show the pre/after market data anymore... wonder why... hmmn...$$$$$ got paid to NOT show that imo.
Gohe is smelling like a 3day old fish that's been sitting in the garbage lately.
GLTA~ congrats to those who are up on that other...
35,000share t-trade just happened.
don't worry about those words, that one shows up now and then with those same fear inspiring words, but no explanation or referencing of how such words would apply to Gohe BOD, Moneytrac, or any of their shareholders.
What should be more concerning, is why they still can't seem to get their AUDIT COMPLETED. The third accounting firm to try, is now working on it, but it is not complete, and they have had it over a couple months now.
If we are talking "RED FLAGS" that should be a very large one.
Another one is how only Moneytrac seems to be doing anything, and GOHE seems to be done producing revenue streams.
according to some EMAILS(not a PR)a "MONEYTRAC MONEY RAISE" caused Gohe's ownership percentage of moneytrac to drop to 18%...? (In other words, Gohe started moneytrac, then disposed of 82% of their ownership, while showing 0 revenues, only the loss created by start up costs). this is also another VERY LARGE RED FLAG!!!
the only things that should be investigated (IMO) are the reasons that GOHE can't manage to get the AUDIT FINISHED, and The obvious conspiracy behind the mm's to control the pps... they are obviously working together, in this pps manipulation game.
don't let that little spike fool ya, the bids aren't moving. there is no support above .017.
end of day will tell the tale.
would be very easy to make the pps plummet.
GLTA~ (5/15/18 Gohe due date)
Gohe is gonna finish with a new low of the day. Super selloff because just more PRopaganda from GOHE PR ADVERTISING DEPT.
really hope next two weeks show a complete turnaround from what we have all come to expect from Gohe.
Will be so Glad to get the 2yrs audit and uplisting completed, but who knows if they were even really working on it... end of April has come and gone, still no announcement... just more industry/niche targeting PR advertisement.
everyone is gonna bail out of this one if Hancock doesn't get this show on the road.
THERE IS NO GOOD EXCUSE FOR GOHE BEHAVIOR. plain and simple.
Something fishy here.
just more of the same here. flatline.... Asab is the most worthless stock in my holdings... it's like a sad joke, with a not funny punchline.
holding this forever... till rave pops (crypt keeper) dies and someone with desire to MOVE THE COMPANY FORWARD steps up and takes over, or it's bought out, or defaults...
riding this till the end, happy we aren't at "no bid".
GLTA~
CDEL is flipping for .0006 profit sheesh...
see what happens when the company just refuses to follow through?
so much for doing ANYTHING by the end of APRIL.
WAY TO GO GOHE!
the mass exodus is just beginning. sub penny here we go.
Gohe is the biggest down % on my watchlist today... sheesh.
So much for it being a profitable week ... for me that is.
the tag teams loading the asks and selling large loads for .002gain are the only ones making any money on Gohe stock.
still looking for that sub penny entry, from the looks of it, will be Thursday or Friday.
Wouldn't be surprised to see the t-trades start up again.
GLTA~
etrf is making cdel look bad... lol... etrf has control...
only 5 active mm's today...
I think many are saying "shoulda, woulda got out at .03" right about now.
More GOHE Limbo huh? I knew if they didn't DO SOMETHING by end of April, there would be plenty of ship jumpers. oh well, maybe i will get my sub penny shares this time... how low can it go, how low can it go...
I called in a previous post, a regular range of .015-.025 with brief spikes up to .031. Watching the regular action here for awhile now, I also believe there will be sustained dips down to .0101 for the next 12 or so days. maybe they will trigger some panic with their (mm's) million share load dumps and get it into the sub penny bracket, but I'm doubtful the pps would stay there long.
I'd limit my Gohe play to 100k unless the pps ends up in the .000trips, then I'd grab a million and forget about it.
IMO it is very possible that this could be some kind of scam company, which clearly doesn't intend to follow through on its forward looking statements. I'm still holding some shares, but I'm not adding more above .012, and again, I'm capping at 100k, at one time I wanted a million shares...but the companies continued practice of not delivering after not delivering, after excuse, after excuse, has made me CAUTIOUS AND WEARY.
Way to go GOHE!
I don't believe Gohe was looking for SBA loans. I believe the Gohe insiders have been a large portion of the pump and dump during and after December2017. (which gave them plenty of funds available)
Unsure if they still are a part of the native American credit union (bank), but they had that in their back pockets if they needed funds.
maybe it will create more need for what ("solution") Gohe has, but who really knows what that is at this point.
as it is only 18% ownership of Moneytrac, who knows how much "secureCorp" (logistics sub) ownership Gohe still has left, we haven't heard anything about that for some time now.
they need to clarify a few things for the shareholders imo.
as it is they have been silent for months except for the random regurgitated nonsense forward looking statement pr's.
they have not pr'd anything of real value for far too long now.
GLTA~ (i'm going to set alarms and forget about this one for awhile.)
Now I'm seeing the same movement I saw in the beginning of my trading Gohe. generally it moved between .015 to .023 with high spikes running to .03ish for years...
even with that range, money can be made, but I will never again buy Gohe stock for over .02 per share, it is just too risky with the bulk mm's constantly pushing it below that...
They have never been able to maintain a share price over .03 for more than a couple months. That being the case, I'll be looking for an exit around .03ish.
At this point I feel like the chances that Gohe WILL COMPLETE the 2yrs audit and uplist to the otcQB are about 1%, and the chances that they will just give us more delays and excuses why they cannot do so are about 99%.
GOHE AND MONEYTRAC ARE GETTING LEFT BEHIND BY THEIR COMPETITION. (imo)
they better do as said in their forward looking statements, if they don't be more aggressive in getting in the door, they are going to get shut out of the niche they are targeting simply because if they don't speed up, the "solution to cashless transactions in the cannabis industry" via blockchain is going to be implemented by one of the near hundred other competing companies vying to fill the need. (and make the money)
GLTA~
yep, same here. got in last year at .021 and doubled down at .019 and again at .018, then it dropped to .0141 (a new 52wk low), on that same linked email probably.. when I was considering the cannabis industry plays, I tried to jump on mcoa, and sing last year at the lows. but Scottrade wouldn't let me trade those.
So now that scottrade is gone (friggin sellouts), I might be buying some of those other ticker shares, with some of the money that I had reserved for the gohe sub penny dip pounce, due to the vigorous selloff pressure keeping the GOHE pps below .03...
I've grown very cautious about GOHE's habitual lies, and smoke and mirrors game. Just because they ACT innocent and unknowing of what is going on behind the scenes, doesn't mean that they are innocent. There is no good reason they had to restart the 2yrs audit 3 different times with 3 different accounting firms... their books MUST BE SCREWED. Any decent accountant worth their fee, could have knocked out the 2yr audit within a month, unless there were SOOOO MANY discrepancies, the first accountants X2 refused to complete it (fraudulently), and sign their names to it. Why that is, only the GOHE insiders know.
I'd recommend a minimal play with Gohe, at least until they complete a couple milestones... Audit completion results pr, and uplist to otcqb complete pr.
it's the safe bet... GLTA~
