good lord btc is going ballistic
BHPA inc couldn't ask for better timing. A chinese mining/fintech/crypto goliath of a company enters the US just as bitcoin begins its moon mission.
The news is from last week
Also dont forget about BHP coin. It is traded on UPEX and is directly linked to BTC prices. The value has been steadily rising with BTC
someone killed the rally
One of the few stocks trending with BTC
WOW nice find! Wenjie Wu is pretty bigtime if he's here. Some of the biggest names in crypto along with finance bigwigs. $$$$
Nice! Bit mining manages the overseas hypernodes like those in japan. On the bottom of web page shows the nodes they are handling:
https://www.bhpa.io/en/node-en.html#
BHPC approaching all time high of 1.70 and moving up in the crypto rankings.
Hi Rocket, nice to see you here. What do you think so far? I'm trying to imagine what kind of assets BHPA is bringing. They are directly linked to renrenmine. Apparently renrenmines own most of the miners in their network, and they stated that a 3 billion super hash center is on the way. You think the plan is Nasdaq?
bitcoin is mooning.
I honestly think 100 dollar pps is low if they bring everything to the table.
20 percent of bitcoin hashrate is insane. Market cap should be in the tens of billions at the very least when you also include their other sectors. Don't forget their Token which also has value over a hundred million dollars. Oh and of course they already have 70,000 WORKING miners presently.
still cheap
two's will be gone soon
RRMine is likely worth billions
I can't even laugh at that PPS now. Might be close.
I wonder how many miners you can buy with 3 billion?
There is no miner in the world with 20 percent of the hashpower. There are miner pools but no miner. B-B-B- BILLIONS!!!!!
I can't even imagine the valuation on BHPA inc. BILLIONS???
On the bottom of the story states that there was a 3 billion dollar investment into a super hashrate center that will take up 20 percent of the entire bitcoin hashrate. Good lord! MONEY MONEY MONEY
Holy moly check out the RR Mine story. Talk about assets!!

how did they reduce the float without buy back?
We'll probably trade in this range until we find out the depth of what BHPA is bringing to the table. 2 dollars is where the RS happened, so no big deal. And looks like people are buying around this range too. All good.
Maybe after a few forward splits.
Riot is part of the old guard crypto companies. The ones that built their business during the bull run. Then when the winter hit, they ended up losing lots of money. MGTI, BTCS, LBCC are other examples. Companies like BFCH that are starting operations now will rise in PPS during next run IMO. The ones that aren't saddled with debt and overcost.
3.49 might be cheap
THeyre gonna have to forward split. No joke.
Jeezus This moves on air. If announcements come out it'll blow past 10 dollars
Nasdaq requires 1.2 million float shares to qualify. If Nasdaq is their plan, a forward split might be in the future. A lot of great companies with expensive PPS' do it. I wish I held more, but I am happy with what I have.
What a relief
we probably would have held 12 to 16 cents if a certain poster didn't spew false information every day. The low float and the fact that a lot of the real DD came from here made it possible for him to do that.
Agreed, Finra doesn't regulate. SEC regulates.
FINRA has no reason to deny unless they made a mistake on the application. In the past, Chinese companies using a reverse merger were scrutinized by SEC, but that takes years to come to fruition. Those companies didn't have legit businesses, unlike BHPA.
I think he uses Evil as an excuse to bash. Looking at his timeline, seems he bailed and wants in but is waiting for FINRA decision to make a move. Probably doesn't want to risk capital unless he knows for sure. Wants to keep stock price low as possible by instilling fear. Low float helps his cause. No other reason why someone would spend so much time here.
Its the chance you take in the otc. Few winners and most are duds. But the winners sure pay off.
Yeah i read it but didnt think anybody else would want to
FYI Finra doesnt make decisions on corporate action in regards to regulations. From the FINRA site:
FINRA’s Role in OTC Corporate Actions
FINRA’s processing function helps to keep investors and the market informed of company corporate actions. However, FINRA is not responsible for approving or disapproving the action the company is taking. And FINRA does not review such requests for a company’s compliance with any federal, state or other regulatory requirements. The public company is responsible for making sure their business decisions comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Corporate actions for exchange-listed companies are handled by the exchange upon which a company is listed; and information on these corporate actions is available on the websites of the relevant exchanges.
