Pentagon drafts plans to bomb Iran
CAIRO, Egypt (CNN) -- The Pentagon is engaged in intensive planning to carry out a bombing campaign in Iran on a day's notice to halt the flow of Iranian aid to sectarian militants in Iraq, Pulitzer-Prize winning journalist Seymour Hersh said Sunday.
A bombing campaign could be ready to launch as soon as this spring, Hersh wrote in an article published Sunday in "The New Yorker." Previously, he said, the Bush administration had been focused on plans to destroy Iran's nuclear facilities and possible regime change.

may have got some comments....
GRSR may have got some comments back. You wouldnt believe how detailed the go over stuff....everything. Everything. They'll keep trying to come up with more and more comments and questions to ask....even ask questions they already have answers for. But, eventually, they just run out of any questions to ask, and clear you.
Depends how many comments they come back with....1 or 2....or 10.
may have been aftermarket trade...
sometimes, when a stock has fast trading, a market making firm will post up trades they didnt have a chance to enter into the system during the busy trading day. My guess that the market making firm entered 1.90 instead of .90, and then re-submitted into the system as .90
just my guess
Cheney threatens Iran?
WASHINGTON (AFP) - US Vice President Dick Cheney vowed the United States will "do everything" it can to deprive Iran of nuclear weapons, and refused to rule out military action in a US television interview Friday.
"But the president has also made it clear that we haven't taken any options off the table," he said.
When pressed about what he meant, Cheney said: "I'm not going beyond where I am. As we've said, we're doing everything we can do resolve it diplomatically. We haven't taken any options off the table."
Bush, Defense Secretary Robert Gates, and other US officials have insisted that the United States is not planning to go to war with Iran.
But worries about US military action against Tehran have increased as the Pentagon has deployed two aircraft carrier groups in the Gulf region off Iran's southwest coast, the highest concentration of US naval firepower there since the US-led invasion of Iraq in 2003.
The United States has also recently accused Iranian forces of supporting attacks on US troops in Iraq, though not openly pointing the finger at the Iranian government as behind the activity.
Reports elsewhere, however, claim that the US has contingency plans for a military attack on Iran. The London Times reported earlier Friday that senior British government officials fear Bush will launch an attack on Iran before his final term in office ends in a little less than two years.
They fear that Bush will seek to "settle the Iranian question through military means," the daily reported, quoting unidentified senior British government sources.

Ludlow China Fund Upgrades Welwind Energy International Corp.
SAN DIEGO, Feb. 22, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- New York-based Ludlow China Fund upgrades Welwind Energy International Corporation (OTCBB:WWEI), a leading developer of renewable wind energy projects in China, to a B- rating.
Zhanjiang Wind Farm Project
On Feb. 02, 2007, the company announced that their first wind turbine rolled off the production line for its Zhanjiang wind farm project. The company has an agreement with Guangzhou Engga Wind Energy Co. Ltd. (ENGGA) to produce its turbines. The cooperative agreement between Welwind and ENGGA allows the two companies to work together on the technology and future supply of all Welwind turbines. The agreement also gives Welwind priority for all turbines to be manufactured by ENGGA. As there is typically a substantial wait time for delivery of turbines from suppliers, this puts Welwind in a favorable position in expediting the development of its wind farms. The company has completed the concrete foundation for the 750 KW ENGGA wind turbine which will be ready for installation within the next 2 weeks.
Yangxi Wind Farm Project
In regards to the Yangxi wind farm project, the company currently has a meter meteorological tower installed on the property collecting data. Reports to the company indicate that the data thus far is quite favorable. The data collected over the next year will provide the necessary information required to build out the wind farm. The Yangxi wind farm will start as a 49 megawatt project building out to 400 megawatts.

Minnesota Goes Green!
ST. PAUL, Minn. - Minnesota put its faith in a future fueled by renewable energy Thursday as the governor signed a law requiring utilities to generate a quarter of their power from renewable sources such as wind, water and sun by 2025. Considering where Minnesota stands now — about half the power produced in the state is from coal, and only 5 percent from renewable sources — the move is the most aggressive in the country, analysts say.
We have to break our addiction to fossil fuels," Gov. Tim Pawlenty said in signing the legislation.
The new law, which sailed through the Legislature, encourages the use of wind farms, hydroelectric power and solar energy, as well as cleaner-burning fuels.
Minnesota's numerical goal trails targets already in place for Maine and New York, but those states had been getting a significant amount of electricity from large-scale hydropower facilities before their standards were adopted, according to data from the Interstate Renewable Energy Council and the Union of Concerned Scientists.
Minnesota depends on coal for almost half of the power produced in the state, while using wind, water and other renewable sources for about 5 percent, said Mike Bull, assistant commissioner for renewable energy at the state Commerce Department.
"As of a percentage of where all their electricity will come from, Minnesota is now in the lead with this policy in terms of supporting new renewable energy development," said Jeff Deyette, energy analyst at the Union of Concerned Scientists.
Minnesota's previous objective was to encourage power producers to draw 10 percent of retail electricity from renewable sources by 2015.
Under the new law, all 12 utilities and municipal power consortiums except Xcel Energy Inc. would be bound by the 25-by-2025 standard. Xcel, which delivers half of Minnesota's electricity, would have to meet a 30 percent by 2020 benchmark.
There are escape valves, including an energy credit trading system to help producers struggling to meet the standard. Utility regulators could also delay or modify the timeline if they determine that the cost of meeting it would significantly increase customer bills.
Minnesota's move comes as states around the country stake out far-off goals for renewable energy.
More than 20 states have some type of renewable requirement or good-faith objective. Colorado is moving toward a standard of 20 percent by 2020, while New Hampshire Gov. John Lynch challenged lawmakers last week to adopt a 25 percent by 2025 requirement.
"As states are catching up with us, we want to raise the bar," Pawlenty said.
Clean-energy advocates are also pressuring Congress to adopt a goal of getting 25 percent of the nation's energy — electricity, motor fuel and other power — from renewable sources by 2025 and reduce reliance on foreign imports.

$5.00+ - brokers can recommend
above $5.00 CHCG would no longer be covered by the pennystock rule which sometimes hampers small cap stocks. Above $5.00 brokerage firms will be cleared to buy and recommend to clients, without the pennystock rule paperwork.
Above $10 and mutual funds can start taking positions.
We're trying to break $5.00 here...
that would be big. My guess we try to break it and close at or right below $5.00, for a possible break out tomorrow.
If we break $5.00 this afternoon, look out!
What a run
$5.00 = key price
If CHCG can break above $5.00 it could run fast. Surprised we dont have more people here on this run.
4.70.....nice
broke previous peak of 4.60 range from late Jan, and if we can break above $5.00 this could run to $6.00+ on earnings news.
Anyone that bought below $4.00 made a good trade.

4.42 - short squeeze?
This is an awsome run up. If it can break 4.60 and then 5.00....CHCG could end up running into earnings.
4.25 x 4.35
4.20
I have 4.17.... + 8.03%
This could make a run for $5.00 by earnings, and if it breaks above $5.00 it could go for $7.50
http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/quickchart/quickchart.asp?symb=chcg&sid=0&o_symb=chcg&f...
earnings are coming....
if CHCG can hit .27 EPS, with a 20 PE, that would give CHCG a value target of $5.40 a share.

$3.91 next key price
50 day MA = $3.91
If CHCG can break and close above $3.91 that would be a big positive. RSI is heading above 50, and stocastic's in oversold area and moving up as well.
looking positive, especially if it can break above 3.91

has to break 200 day MA
If you look at the chart GRSR's intraday highs keeps bouncing off the bottom of the 200 day MA. Break that line and GRSR could start a new leg up.
200 day MA = $1.00 (but could be $0.99 upon opening trade)
$0.99 a price to break
