LOL very well :)
No it stands for WIN!
And furthermore, there seems to a “W” pattern (also known as a double bottom) forming on the chart over the the last month’s time period in the .002 to .001 range. The last leg looks to be forming now and when it breaks out of the range to the upside, that my friend, is when we start winning
With those two consecutive SS updates last Thurs and Fri and the Q being due immediately after, I just can’t help but wonder if they felt compelled to push off the quarterly in order to get in some integral updates in regards to subsequent events...it would be great if even just two of those notes got checked off the list and the third was almost finished...also keep in mind that cleaning up these notes could very likely be a condition to closing a deal that would take advantage of the room recently made for preferred shares...
$PVDG for the “W” ;)
I like the looks of this...

Maybe tomorrow
Maybe the incoming 10Q will shed a little light...
Exploring more of the Cre8tve Works site...here is a nice compliment to your web cache...

I requested deletion before you had replied because I fouled up the link... this takes one directly to the page it’s at the bottom of.

But yeah I though it was cool that the patent description made me think of an EV application, only to come across this yesterday :)
Would be nice to see live video of a prototype in action...
OK now I’m picking up what you’re putting down...I suddenly have a craving for Cap’n crunch...so what are your thoughts on the two consecutive updates with a difference of approximately 12 million? Perhaps it was to catch up from a lagging count upon completion of conversions...
Why did you quote the 4/2/19 Power up note after saying they changed the wording on the previous note?
The trailing or forward factor always screws with me...
Well so much for that thought...volume dependent...We have another 4.99% added onto the outstanding as of yesterday. Currently at 593,692,172 and that much closer to the end of third party convertible debt.

Yup, I want to see a PR here...satisfaction
Here is the description of what Alpeter did last year as a self employed Operations business coach-
‘Provided comprehensive business operations assessment, process and procedures design, development and implementation and business KPI implementation. My primary value add to a business is in the area of IT automation of manual processes (efficiency) and operational data security and data processing quality (effectiveness) in order to significantly improve business outcomes.’

- What is KPI?
Key performance indicators (KPIs) have become commonplace in large and medium-sized companies worldwide. ... Frequently, KPIs are just seen as a tool for measuring performance on an operational level. This approach misses the benefits KPIs can offer for strategic planning and strategy implementation.

OK so you have a multi-component efficient energy system that utilizes renewable sources. Let’s say this system can collect, store and actually direct usable energy to a household or community depending on its scale. You and your team have it all figured out and it works great.
Now you want to monetize the energy system and you realize another system needs to be created to keep everything organized and efficient. Production, installations, energy usage, customer service, financing, payments, large amounts of data etc. etc.
That’s a huge undertaking and not in your wheelhouse, you need to call a pro...
Let’s put Mathew D Alpeter in charge of all of that.
Grabbed some 12’s
Well this is a good sign fwiw, a Colorado CBD company has obtained USDA certification, for all aspects, from seed to shelf, in under three years... If they can do it, the Olesens sure as hell can...

This doesn’t seem right, especially after the last four sessions here, 70-75 mil in volume, at the bottom and no change.
Seems like there should be 12-15 million more...

In his role as an independent consultant, Mr. Neely tests, discovers and provides solutions to battery management systems for various battery manufacturers. He also is an inventor with several patents and a mobile platform programmer with 1 application for the iPhone which includes a highly sophisticated multi-touch detection algorithm which far surpasses the performance of the original algorithm in the iPhone Firmware.
Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Travis served as an applications and firmware development engineer for Benchmarq Microelectronics, Inc. which was purchased by Texas Instruments Inc. In this roll Travis won 6 awards for his contribution towards 6 different IC development projects. One of those awards was for an IC product that he was one of two engineers that developed the firmware. That product reached the $15 million in revenue milestone faster that any product in Benchmarq history. Additionally Travis developed most customer test equipment and software. He traveled globally to install and repair the equipment in customer factories. He also developed 2 of the 3 generations of PC to Benchmarq IC communication interface tools.
Another significant role was engineer for TEACO Inc. where Travis developed custom products for companies from a variety of different markets.
Travis received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Valparaiso University in 1994.

Yes! Do it again
Weeeeee! Bring on the volume, let’s wrap this debt up.
Have any pics of Thacker sunburnt with wind blown hair? It seems the home inspection company didn’t quite satisfy his post retirement boredom...
That hair must have been a side effect of working at NMNT :)
OMO you must be putting in some hours on this DD man, it’s much appreciated. I was on Bustard’s Twitter last night but got distracted with a tangent and didn’t come anywhere close to going back 14 months.
Dr Thacker is a huge asset, think of the know-how, experience and connections. LTV, Vought and General Dynamics are huge government defense contractors...
Looks like the three patents combined ( only one of which has been granted so far) along with Neely’s expertise in batteries could make for a very efficient energy system covering generation, power output, distribution and storage of various scales.
Here is a condensed summary of the invention which has been granted a patent. Believe it or not, I tried to cut most of the technical jargon out to get the main point across...
“The current invention embodies the dual function of mechanical power production and the ability to produce and collect electrical power simultaneously. By embodying each coil/winding as a separate entity or separate group, each then has the ability to be monitored and controlled by a preprogrammed motor controller module, (PLC) or software enabling this invention to be controlled from the typical computer. Each coil/winding or group thereof then can managed and commanded to either collect electrical power or to produce mechanical power through improved repulsion and or attraction of the magnet assemblies disposed at the perimeter of the multiple vertical rotors and stator assemblies. The ability to manage each coil or winding dictates a wide range of available mechanical power as well as a wide range of collectable electric power giving the unique property and ability to recharge and or replenish the power source when operating at levels of demand less than full power...
All coils and or windings or groups thereof have the ability in conjunction with the control module or motor controller to produce repulsion and or attraction creating mechanical power while retaining the ability and upon demand harvest or collect electrical power. This ability to control each coil/winding or group electronically in essence means that a coil/winding or group thereof can be demanded to produce two or more functions within a single rotation or within determined degrees of rotation of the rotor establishing a new level of efficiency.”

? I found this little nugget of a link while searching around too, not quite sure how long ago this was but I think it’s relevant as a company usually doesn’t apply for government contracts or grants without substance...

? Did you notice the two NAICS codes without a description? Well here you go
221118 - Other Electric Power Generation
This U.S. industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in operating electric power generation facilities (except hydroelectric, fossil fuel, nuclear, solar, wind, geothermal, biomass). These facilities convert other forms of energy, such as tidal power, into electric energy. The electric energy produced in these establishments is provided to electric power transmission systems or to electric power distribution systems.
https://www.naics.com/naics-code-description/?code=221118
336320 - Motor Vehicle Electrical and Electronic Equipment Manufacturing
This industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in manufacturing and/or rebuilding electrical and electronic equipment for motor vehicles and internal combustion engines. The products made can be used for all types of transportation equipment (i.e., aircraft, automobiles, trucks, trains, ships) or stationary internal combustion engine applications.
https://www.naics.com/naics-code-description/?code=336320
? Also of note, the PSC code AE33
The R&D code is composed of two alphabetic and two numeric digits. The first digit is always the letter "A" to identify R&D, the second digit is alphabetic "A to Z" to identify the major category, the third digit is numeric 1 to 9 to identify a subdivision of the major category, and the fourth digit will be 1 to 7, to identify the appropriate stage of R&D shown below.
Stages of R&D Codes (4th Position)—Code Meaning
(1) Basic Research
(2) Applied Research and Exploratory Development
(3) Advanced Development
(4) Engineering Development
(5) Operational Systems Development
(6) Management and Support
(7) Commercialization
(3) Advanced Development - includes all effort directed toward projects which have moved into, e.g., the development of hardware for test. The prime result of this type of effort is proof of design concept and/or prototype.

? I wonder how things are progressing from advanced development... I see that Poverty Dignified’s website is temporary and you’ve already pointed out that Power It Perfect’s site is under construction...
I’m leaning towards the second week of July, after the big holiday weekend, but I’m not going to get my hopes up. These things always take longer than expected it seems...
Reluctantly...just wanted to throw a couple more maybes out there. The patents may not be for the next super engine but there is much more than a simple electric motor in the works...No matter, we are at 0014 with about 100 million shares, the convertible debt is on its way out and a change is apparent. There are blatant paper companies out there with 3-4x the OS swinging from pennies to dimes, so let’s see how this works out as the catalysts unfurl shall we
That explains a lot, thanks
Maybe those patented motors could work like an alternator on an electric vehicle, and use the momentum to keep it charged...maybe this is a legit buyout candidate... Travis Neely is the real deal...
https://www.linkedin.com/in/travis-neely-0883231/
Speculation is fun
Sounds like a great way to create stress, I would leave it to the market makers...and take the opp to add
OS updated Friday, no increase over the last three weeks.
OTC news page is a clean slate too...
Ohhhhh man last week was awesome confirmation that these players are not messin around... that m&m merger went official and blast off! Looks like the big board investors are really interested!
Looking forward to this week as well. Feeling good about grabbing some on Thursday’s gap fill.
Happy Father’s Day and good luck to all
Ha! A good trade IS a good trade after all!
Support has been holding up well, looking forward to the holiday coming up though, besides the perplexing note, how does your count look?
I have noticed all sorts of positions being filled in Ohio, as a lot of the job postings are no longer available, they have been posting everywhere...
Did you see Nevada will soon have a compliance board? Very curious
Kind of, except you left out what happened before and after... It appears members of the MAPI partnership screwed over Johnson and then followed through with what had to be done to wash their hands of it.
