One of their first large contracts was awarded in 2001 by Exxon Mobil. Owner Tom Lockwood describes their visionary approach to corporate growth from when they won the historic contract. “When we won the North American valve contract with Exxon Mobil we had to open a series of branches to support the business. Today we operate in Baytown, Houston, Beaumont, Chicago, and Los Angeles, Alberta, Sarnia, and Baton Rouge. But, the growth didn’t stop there. We then took on projects in South Africa, Singapore, Italy, and Brazil. And then the next contracts with INVISTA and Koch enabled us to grow even more.”

From the last Q...
“In addition to working with local community business partners to install solar power solutions and provide business development skills training, Poverty Dignified, Inc is also building joint venture relationships with technology companies that are revolutionizing solar power technology and battery power management. It is already seeing positive results that may lead to significant efficiency improvements and lower the cost for solar power generation and distribution, which could make solar power available to everyone at an affordable price. These new solutions could make a powerful impact on the local economy and transform rural communities, which in turn, would drive revenue for the Company. Poverty Dignified, Inc. believes in changing lives and making a profit at the same time.”

$PVDG too funny...the people who didn’t research and got burnt on the way down will sell prematurely on the way back up for the same reason. That 8k was a bonus from left field that a month of research didn’t uncover, my list of catalysts has not been touched yet. Do the due $$

Yes. Simply by executing their Plan of Operations PVDG would be creating a new market to a large population of the impoverished through their works with extremely rural communities, the Sun Ovens are merely a compliment to the bigger picture
Taken from the Q...
“The Company has refocused its growth strategy and made a shift from organic growth to growth through acquisition. This acquisition marks the first step in this direction and allows the Company to vertically integrate...
Plan of Operation
As a renewable energy Company, Poverty Dignified remains committed to incubating solar technologies that establish electrification, education, connectivity and community development infrastructures in rural communities across the globe to empower the individual, community and local economy. Plans are underway to recapitalize the Company over the next two quarters, which if successful, would provide the necessary operational capital to execute its plan of operation...

It’s not often one can post a 30 year old interview for some perspective... Thacker could run this oven gig with his pinky toe while sleeping...
This one’s for you OMO~
Now they’re messin with a sunovenabitch!
That’s such a great pic...look at those guys...big smiles...they must have been planning this Sun Ovens deal for over a year!
Well there’s lots of room for preferred shares and I don’t think they went through all the trouble of catching up with toxic debt just to change their name to sun oven int’l
...and it isn’t because of sun ovens...
I find it interesting that these ovens are from IL, isn’t that Inspector Jim’s stomping ground?
Well whatever happens this week happens... I think next week it goes way higher, 10Q by Monday, I’m holding for debt confirmation and have a strong feeling something way bigger the the sun oven is coming
I believe Nevada was due to upgrade that whole system OMO, they were behind on the e-commerce aspect if I remember correctly...
I thought it was going to get held up for a while in the 20’s from everyone loading in the low teens but it didn’t even stutter. I was expecting more traders to sell at +100% to ride free but I think a lot of people held or spread some out higher. We went through a lot of shares today, holy smokes
Oh c’mon, I’m trying to manifest a big win over here... no corrections, straight up for days lol
Well save some loot for the next product coming out from behind the curtain here, this catalyst was unexpected and the DD suggests bigger things are coming imo.
I think it would do well in Africa and Central America too
Awesome day my friend, this is getting off to a great start. Thanks again for all you do
Hey...good talk this morning...lovin’ that W
$PVDG ;)
W$RA went to .16 last year with 325 mil OS, some inflated water rights and a $15 mil revenue forecast on a sub they have yet to close on... you all ever heard of Andrew (Drew) C Thacker? I want to know what he’s bringing to the table... lookin for .15+ here until I see a reason to think otherwise
GTSM backed right off Fri the 5th...
Wasn’t on my radar...
Where?
