XYZ just posted three attorney letters

I think they are dying to get current
As I understand it, Rushnet needs to file a statement of use within a certain timeframe to finalize the trademark. The time has run out for other companies put up a stink, but if Rushnet does not take action with the statement of use by the deadline set, the name will be considered abandoned and will again become available for others to claim.
Notice of allowance issued for Knockout Punch, expecting updates soon.

GRPS just rereleased the 2017 annual and the first and second quarterlies of 2018
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/GRPS/disclosure
And John Ohlin, former CEO of GRPS actually posted this Friday...
“Have patience. There was an unavoidable delay due to broken bones that had to be surgically repaired on the part of one provider of needed data. Should be taken care of early in the week.”
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=143876113
I believe we are all in for some substantial developments to come to light once that yield sign turns to pink, especially with the harvest so near.

Expecting filings, October harvest updates and Water source developments here... just got close to 08, just getting started imo
$STSC quarterly just out-
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=12983231&guid=rHVZUKyjFydd93h
Is there? I’m seeing a lot of effort being put into it’s management, and a lot of newcomers trying to grow. WSRA is all set up to go big.
There’s enough water here to irrigate many more acres of the undeveloped land surrounding the source.
IMO the connections make it very apparent...

More about the post I am replying to...
Notice the water is to be ‘used for hemp cultivation’ in the PR snippet below, Palisade is irrigated by the Colorado River with manmade canals... (google maps is great)
The real fun has yet to begin imo :)

The same facilities and scientific team will be instrumental in the production, processing, and bottling of KnockoutPunch™, Awater™ and Ewater™, KOpunch™ and KO™. Additionally, the future CBD and non-CBD (ginseng) beverage production will be produced at the same facility or a second facility in the Steamboat Springs area, which is approximately 150 miles away. As previously announced, the hemp cultivation and processing facilities are registered with the Colorado Department of Agriculture.
RushNet (OTC Pink: RSHN) and Gold River, dba XYZ Hemp, Inc previously announced their respective part ownership in the deep artesian wells, with an appraised value exceeding $40,000,000 and its access to this immense aquifer reserve, to be used for hemp cultivation and for various products, including beverages such as KnockoutPunch™, Awater™, and Ewater™, and now KO™ and KOPunch™. We continue to believe that the mineral rich properties of this pristine, ancient water will be the foundation for a full line of superior beverages and unparalleled hemp products, in many instances including ginseng.
Wellness products, supplements, and beverages are now being produced.
Western Sierra’s investment and distribution partners, XYZ HEMP, Inc. (presently GRPS) and RushNet, Inc. (RSHN) are working in concert with Western Sierra to expand product lines to meet the demands of the growing distribution network available to these companies. Photographs will be available for the next press release on 9-27-18. Pre-harvest video footage now in production will follow.

Wells appear to be located in Hayden, CO, 40 min from Steamboat Springs. Didn’t a RSHN PR mention a second facility over there about 150 miles from Palisade? Well, County Road 59 in Hayden is actually 164 miles from Palisade and there’s a lot of open land...
Feeling great DD! $WSRA
Well done indeed! Congrats to all the early birds here, it’s good to see $WSRA is getting more recognition as it should be. Let’s not forget that the water rights was the initial major connection here and this subject is just starting to be touched upon by management. I believe the fun is just getting started here with $WSRA and I implore all to carefully read and comprehend the magnitude of this project’s potential as presented on https://westernsierramining.com/
Industrial Hemp
Agriculture is an approved beneficial use under Colorado Water Law. Grass hay and alfalfa are two of several predominant crops—both “dry land” and “irrigated”—in the immediate vicinity of WSRC’s water infrastructure. Irrigated crops generally have a higher yield and result in higher land values. WSRC has the current and future capacity to irrigate extremely large tracts of land.
Passage of Colorado Amendment 64 in 2012, made industrial hemp legal to cultivate in Colorado, providing the opportunity to grow higher-value crops than hay and alfalfa under the authority and oversight of the Colorado Dept of Agriculture.

Water
Western Sierra Resource Corporation (WSRC), formerly Western Sierra Mining Corporation (WSRA), is a 111-year-old publicly traded Company. In addition to its mining interests, WSRC owns 4000 acre-feet of deeded water rights near the world-class resort of Steamboat Springs in northwest Colorado which have been appraised at $10,000 per acre-foot, or $40.5 million in total. As an example, 4000 acre-feet is sufficient to service between 8,000 and 12,000 dwelling units.
“Beneficial uses” of these water rights as defined under Colorado Water Law are as follows:
A. Agriculture; and
B. Residential, commercial and light industrial development; and
C. Recreation, and;
D. Storage
Each of these “beneficial use” categories represents the opportunity for monetization and expansion of WSRC’s Water Rights—and to increase value per acre-foot. Water Rights in the immediate market have been recently valued between $22,000 and $33,000 per acre-foot.
WSRC owns two deep artesian wells, (3000 feet and 1300 feet deep respectively); delivery and storage infrastructure—including approximately 8 miles of redundant underground 8” and 4” high pressure pipe; and underground and above-ground storage (in-ground tank, lake and ponds) which have been servicing 3 residential subdivisions (encompassing 1340 acres) for over eight years.
The value of water per acre-foot may be increased through a strategic blend of beneficial uses. Water rights become more valuable over time and with use, especially given diminishing supplies and increasing demand in the Colorado River Basin States. In Colorado, water rights are considered real property and are owned in perpetuity unless abandoned through declaration or by disuse over an extended period of years. Like real estate, they may be bought, sold, leased, and mortgaged.
The volume of water rights WSMC may adjudicate is limited only by the amount of land WSMC acquires and places into approved beneficial use; and by its continuing good stewardship of that water resource. The land is available in the immediate service area of WSRC’s existing infrastructure in denominations of up to 50,000 acres, and at “dry land” prices averaging $1000-$1500 per acre.

More news coming! Haven’t talked about water source development yet...
Omg the potential is huge for hemp farming here!

Healthcare and wellness products with the highest efficacy are made from refined cannabidiol (CBD) oil separate from, or in combination with, up to 113 other cannabinoids that may be extracted from industrial hemp. WSRC has been working to help establish a state-of-the-art cultivation, drying, extraction, and post-extraction facility which includes a sophisticated scientific testing laboratory in which to formulate, manufacture, infuse, package, and distribute extremely high-quality CBD products using a broad-spectrum approach to a formulation for enhanced benefit. CBD-infused products currently being produced by WSRC include creams, salves, ointments, tinctures, beverages, organic jams, and other health and wellness products.

That’s the best post I’ve read on either board in a long time!
They straightened out the wallpaper
With the Western Sierra Mining site being updated, the Western Sierra Resource site being constructed and Gold River submitting their corrected attorney letter to get current I think this whole Colorado Hemp project is about to blown wide open...
That’s fine, WSRA will be shining soon enough. Today’s action is nice, looks like people are starting to realize what’s happening here...

$WSRA old mining website is being worked on, something about major updates...
http://www.westernsierramining.com/
With Benztrader saying news this week per mgmt and Hogan$1’s correspondence about WSRA becoming clearer very soon we may see concrete confirmation by mgmt including our symbol in a pr shortly.
In the meantime I’m watching for westernsierraresource.com to go active and checking disclosure for a name change from ‘mining’ to ‘resources’ periodically. Love how the ticker already reflects such...
I don’t think I’ve ever felt so good about DD as I do here and have no doubt that there is major value to be realized in short order
