Looking for at least a moderate show of stet tomorrow, holding over$.80 and closing green. Strong showing would be green premarket and throughout the day and up after hours. All & all with the major markets today, it actually wasn't to bad.
Greatly undervalued regardless of selling shares anywhere between 25M and 100,M although obviously nobe of us wants to see them sell 100M at these levels. If they did sell 100M must have been a damn good reason. Absolute worst case scenario we find out all details by early June (Q2 earnings). Company could be in Quiet period!!
Hopefully they are done and didn't sell more than 50M. 500M at $1 is easy math and simple to see the market cap is significantly under valued.
Hm, buying at $.80 then $.81, then $.83.5! If we hold $.84 through the close, shorts should definitely stay but the computer waiting to TRY to COVER! Might actually see $1 Tomorrow if this continues and we hold $.84, close green and open green tomorrow!! Sad, but it could get exciting next week if that happens. Especially if it's clear bears lost control before options expire for the week.
Chart and volume suggest support over $.80 being seen as value. Hit $1.80 momentarily, buying ensued, after a spurt up swingers and traders took their 3-5% profits and it touched $.81 briefly with more buying. We'll surpass yesterday's 26M based on that value buying. Cash value of the company without IP is far greater than $500M, so even if they sold 50M shares, it's still undervalued at $1. They still have over $300M cash. Add assets and backlog and tell me what you come up with. $1+B in backlog not counting new backlog added since Q1. Try telling anyone the IP with hundreds of patents isn't worth at least another $500M without sounding illiterate. Now double those numbers to give minimal/trivial future potential. If there's not a $2B Market Cap it's ridiculously under priced. And we haven't seen any $ from the 2020+2022 policies established specifically for our technologies! Anyone in disagreement hasn't done diligence and believes the progress being made with Carbon Capture and with hydrogen production are going to completely reverse this year. No matter who is president, they aren't removing all incentives for our tech, and the world definitely isn't changing course in the next 6 months. I listened to a very interesting audio about PORTHOS this morning.
13M+ is definitely heavy for less than 2.5 hours, so they could still be selling shares. But the volume is definitely subsided from Monday & Tuesday when they were definitely selling and there were some panic sales or stop losses triggered, and all the day traders and swingers chimed in. I'm thinking they needed cash for business developments. Contract in South Korea, California, Canada, Navajo Nation, something completely different, or for increasing production in Canada. Inventories have to be on the decline with service needed for the next three quarters on MCFC installs and recent orders. I'd like to know what run rate they are at in Canada?? Supposed to be up to 40 megawatts by end of year with the ability to increase it to 80 megawatts if needed and they so choose. That might be the more affordable route in the interim vs building a new 400 megawatt facility in the US.
Exactly
There's definitely going to be a bump to $15M in generation revenue. S&L revenue kicks in in Q3 I believe, reference the Q1 slide show for confirmation. We will average at least $3M per Q for advanced tech moving forward. I do believe something from sales will hit revenue in 2024, probably Q4. My guess, shares sold are for increasing production bin Canada or land/Building purchase for 400MW facility in the US. Or ramping MCFC production for South Korea sales.
Thanks
Could Canada Steal US Hydrogen opportunities??? That would definitely favor FCE!!

Part of that volume yesterday or buyers seizing the opportunity, And part of it was obviously swing traders trying to make a quick buck I have no fret about a little bit of volume and a little bit of selling based on their ignorance of how much money they can actually make Just holding this thing for the next 12 months. Actually gives me a little bit more time to possibly get those shares I want under $1. If the majority were actually doing diligence instead of just trading alerts and algorithms, This thing would run big time. And at some point it will just like before.
Any company not making a profit is in the same boat. What bears neglect to comment is that they made tons of progress and increased recurring revenue substantially by almost 40%. They also picked up four new contracts within the last couple months, finally got a pilot with Exxon, and extended and expanded (most significantly) their joint development agreement. Not only did they lock in 10 million dollars a year MINIMUM with ExxonMobil but they now have the right to use the technology with others. I'm sure they assumed with all of those developments surfacing in the near future, back in December that is, The share price would go higher. Big money clearly avoided the fundamentals and focused on shorting. When it turns it will turn strong and long. And that will be far less than 1 year. Q2+Q3 should guarantee this!!! TICK TOCK!!!
127k would be considered a nice little jump in pre-market volume a week ago. I'll take closing in the 190s today and 15 million shares. I could actually have more money tomorrow and buying under $1 is almost a miracle. Like I said when it dropped under a dollar I don't foresee it being there very long. But if it lingers for another week I should definitely have money. I picked up 500 shares at 84 cents so I'm happy either way. But I'm guaranteed to make a ton more money if I could pick up more.
64k premarket at 8am, volume down seems to have been spurred by FCEL selling shares, likely 25-50M in effect triggering stop losses and some further selling. Could be wrong but I doubt more than 50% of shares sold in 2 days were newly added but they could have sold 100M. Volume yesterday seemed purely value buying at bargain basement price. FCEL shares added had to be for an immediate need, and hopefully we find out why this week or by end of quarter (4/30). We definitely know if there was any specific reason by Q2 call. 4 count them, FOUR NEW contracts identified in the past 2 months. And that's without the infamous 45V. Shares under $1 like getting a full tank of gas & a 5 gallon of water in Mad Max!
Thanks, you also. Yeah I've contemplated selling my Harley since I haven't even put a thousand miles on it yet. I bought it with profit that I knew I was going to make in 2021. If I sell it and buy shares I could easily buy back another one with the profit this coming fall
I think personally the biggest difference between today in the past two trading days is that the company was selling shares the past two trading days, And I'm not quite sure if they are today or not. So the volume today is people slapping the ask instead of putting a buy order in at a lower price and waiting for it to trigger. Sears being traded today our share is actually being traded not being put in play. I would gladly like to see the average daily volume over 20 million for the next few weeks. Actually from this point moving forward would be wonderful.

Obviously something to be optimistic about but I won't get excited until we close over a dollar for a couple of days. I'd love to see this run right up to $2. And what I would love most is that people bailed after a 10 to 20% gain thinking it was going right back down. I wouldn't mind hanging between 90 cents in a dollar for a couple days then running So I could buy more. I actually contemplated taking a nice size loan if it stays below a dollar for over a week. Anything under a dollar is insanely cheap. Still plenty of room to run beyond two or $3, But under $1 is a gift.
Could resist buying some shares at 84 cents. I'm about ready to take a loan to buy at these prices. Can't wait to see BlackRock and vanguards next filing. Absolutely selling shares for some good reason at this price. Just wish they could have gotten authorization when the share price was closer to $2.

Nice Steve, wish I could say the same. I did pick up 500 though. I also threw a little $ at May $1 options. They are obviously selling shares since no one with a brain is selling at $1 or under. Certainly not to the tune of 10+M shares let alone 50M. Im anxious to find out what for. Might be to close on property for 400MW manufacturing facility
Ditto, I blocked a few people on here many moons ago. They clearly don't reflect all the facts.
$308+M project assets, $349M cash!!! Added 3 projects to generation in Q1, total now 62.8MW with RECURRING Rev averaging approximately $63M or over $15M per Q. New 1MW contract with UCONN, and 1.1MW contract with The US DOE in Ukraine. Project with Exxonmobil in Rotterdam and extension and expansion of long term JDA through 2026. $10M per year, minimum, total of at least $29M from Exxonmobil. We now have freedom to use our tech with anyone. New project in California & Near term business expected in SK up to 100+MW. All new news over less than 4 months.

Watching that video is comparable to having a blind date, seeing her as incredibly sexy at first sight, Then becoming more and more intrigued as the evening goes on. She'll and Exxonmobil. And now anyone we want to. And yes, more efficient with hydrogen production, but not a TRI product, which is very valuable, particularly in California.
I didn't say it was FCE, my point on many posts is that money is flowing and we will get our share. As far as your question about trucking, Heavy duty vehicles and trucking in particular are becoming or already identified as more efficient and rational for Hydrogen and fuel cells than for cars or light duty. I believe we (the world) continue to pursue using hydrogen and fuel cells across the board, but the trucking industry is all jumping on board quickly. FCE trigen is 1 of if not the most efficient opinion for refueling based on Tri aspect.
We clearly have a proven tech for this and we do work with universities. I've seen more than a few occasions when FCE is not identified because they are not the company awarded, but their tech is in fact being used and they are receiving funds.

Screw it, Just bought 500 shares pre-market with bill money. Commission is due before the bills and I know I'm old just can't guarantee I'm getting paid lately. Funniest thing in the world is my ex gets paid whether I get paid or not. I couldn't resist at these prices though. If we're not over $1.10 in less than a week I'll be shocked. That would be over a 15% pop in one week.
LOOK CLOSELY at institutions steeling your shares because of swinging, stop loses impatience etc. time draws near.

Speculation is the name of the game. I have to guess this was a sale of new shares very high likelihood. Hopefully for something very important. Highly unlikely at this $ they would sell just to beef up the cash balance, unless is was for balance sheet purposes for a loan or big business. We have 4 days to see if it's 8K worthy. My thought is load up now, but I have no cash sadly. Markets and all other Fuel cell stocks were stable. MHB deal?? SK deal?? Need $ to buy bulk materials?? We know something by next Wednesday at the latest.
Company has never in history made as much progress as they have in the last couple of years added anywhere near the recurring revenue in any year, or developed anywhere near the amount of MOU's or new relationships in any one year, let alone what they did in one month. They never had a project with Exxon Mobil only a JDA. They never had the ability to use their carbon capture with anybody but X on mobile. I could go on for hours about reasons why the company has made significant improvements. What can the Bears say about reasons why the stock is declining? Nothing factually other than the economy the Fed the interest rates inflation etc, nothing to do with the company whatsoever. N
I would think it was obvious, But I don't think it'll stay that low long enough for me to buy more, I was it stays there until Friday and I get a commission on Thursday. Highly doubt either happens. I think if this touches below $1, it will bounce at least 10% within 1 - 2 days.
I wonder if this can be contributed towards the previous project they announced a few years back which finally received venture capital funding the end of last year. Or if it might go towards a second project

I'm perfectly okay with this hanging around $1 or even under for the next few weeks so I can buy as much as possible before the run, I just don't think it will. Not sure these days when I'm getting my commissions. I'm owed $ and just not getting it, so I can't even load up during this BS pull back. 4 very significant + updates within a month which has never happened in the company's history. And it drops over 10%? If it were coming off a 50+% pop or over valued that would make some sense, but it's current valuation is less than cash value! A post on ST stated short volume was 76% Friday and 75% Monday. Apparently we need a rate cut & a new $100M contract to shove up their ---!

Awful to need acceptable size projects when historically, even 1 month ago, most long term followers and investors were just requesting new contracts. I would think 4 new contracts (basically) in 1 month would make all those closely following for long term would be enthusiastic. Especially given we are likely to not just have 4 in 1 month and nothing else to follow for the rest of the year. After all, Few did say California and SK were near term cash during Q1 call
