The morning dip may have been a short attack. There was an article written by a ABML hater this morning and he is a dedicated shorter. Probably best not to worry about that daily price swings but this thing is poised for a major run again. Even in this horrible market environment
There's nothing in this release that we didn't already know about from August, right?
You might be right about that. With their debt being due during this year. What do you think they could do about that in a best case scenario? Because to me it seems like they have a decent chance to declare bankruptcy.
You will learn that this company does not care to communicate with its shareholders. Actually, they seem to actively avoid them. They will have one or two seemingly "huge" news releases per year and maybe one pump, but they will revert to radio silence to kill any hype. They always file financials late which is another annoyance I have with them.
This stock has the potential to be a real runner. If the bank financing happens, everything else will follow. I was in ABML when it ran from .04 to 4.00 and I think this stock has the same potential. It's all about execution now
Only 40k pounds, doesn't detail expected revenues, doesn't reveal customer. Same ol same ol
Just have to be a little patient. The company is at a huge crossroads here and we should know soon which path they plan to take. OS is maxed out so they need to get financing soon one way or the other. Alex talks about bank financing, now it's time for him to prove it.
I'm not impressed. We waited an extra month for that?
I expect another year of mediocrity with maybe some pumps along the way. Well, if they found a way to address the debt. Would've been nice to know !
AMNL has already received a couple of small grants from the DoE. One for around $1.1m and the other for a few hundred thousand. They don't like to advertise this, however, because.. well, I don't know why.

This company goes through 1 or 2 P&Ds per year regardless. At least the guy went to the mine to due some diligence, even if he did turn it into a pump.
It's on Jan 30th but it's only in-person in Utah. Not sure what info we'll get out of it but the company has been silent for the last couple of months so who knows
This company does an excellent job of making people lose interest
The only way this stock is worth $7m is if the CEO is just straight up lying about all of the contracts. I was in this stock years ago and sold because I didn't think they were making any progress. But I didn't ever think the CEO was crooked, just focusing on the wrong things.
These dirt cheap prices are a gift. I'll keep adding whenever I can
Thanks for the info. I fear you may be correct. I really think 2023 is make or break.
What was the other stock you held where this happened? If you don't mind answering
Wouldn't common shareholders get wiped out in that case? I mean it's definitely a possibility. And the more I think about it, the more I get mad about the annual meeting only being held in person. I'm not gonna fly to Utah just for one stock to maybe have some questions answered.
That's interesting. I guess the no more dilution was a lie unless I missed some convertibles from before. Most important question to ask at the meeting is their plans for their debt. Maybe that guy that went to the mine for DD can go to the meeting and ask questions.
Also, I think it's strange that the meeting is not held online at all. This company does whatever they can to dodge shareholder's concerns
I was in this stock years ago when special socks for the military was their big "project". Got back in recently because of renewed potential. Happy so far. Still feel like there's something I'm missing with a sub $10m market cap and $30m in revenue on the table.
I emailed the investor relations asking about the meeting and this is the response::
Mr. Walker,
We expect to provide an update soon as to the date of the meeting.
Chris Carney
Aren't they required to have an annual meeting or at least a proxy vote? I can't say I'm surprised they haven't sent anything out. Maybe your questions last year were just too much for them to handle.
isn't there supposed to be the annual meeting at the end of the month? They usually send something about that to the shareholders
hmm.. 8 million sell at .0044? increased volume is nice but need some upward momentum
I just did the math. The 30,000 preferred converted into 13,250,000 on 11/4 8k. So conversion rate is 441.66667
OS increased by exactly 12,366,667 on 12/7.
So using that same conversion rate you get 28,000 x 441.66667 = 12,366,666.76.
So yeah, the dilution from today are those preferred beings converted.
This could just be the last 28k in the preferreds from May being converted. I don't think the company burned through that iron oxide sale cash that quickly.. I hope..
If there's further dilution after this then yeah I'll have a problem with that
I think we're pretty close to a turn. Maybe it'll dip into the .0030s for a bit but the upside for this is huge. At the very least, we'll have another pump when some day traders catch wind of this stock again. I've been adding anything below .0070 whenever I get free cash
The deal they made with BMI gives me a little hope that this time is different. It seems most of the noteholders are involved with AMNL or BMI in some way so I'm sure the company can extend those notes or something friendly. It's a shame AMNL burned through $48m and has practically nothing to show for it.
How much of that debt is supposed to mature? I noticed that the PIK Notes are listed in current liabilities instead of LT liabilities now.
Also, I imagine the DoE award cash will show up on the 4th quarter balance sheet. Once again, this company is poised to make some real progress here. But they need to actually do it this time. The current market environment is pretty brutal so real results are necessary.
Skimming through the 10q. The only new thing I learned so far is that there is a 15% net profit with BMI for the iron oxide sales, which is nice. Hopefully revenue picks up here in the next couple of quarters.
Hm.. still no 10Q? I'm sure it'll come this week but the company really needs to get their accounting together. I could help them out.
We've known about those shares since May. I don't believe there will be any new dilution for awhile.
I'm curious about all of this as well. Maybe you can ask them when we get to talk to them once per year. But then again, maybe that question would be too "involved" for them to answer. I'm just hoping this new board can show they care about shareholders more than the old one.
Also, if AMNL follows their usual pattern of waiting until the OTC tags them as delinquent in their filings, the 10Q should come out after hours today. They are pretty consistent about filing late.
I see. thanks for the info
What is a t-trade and when is the last time AMNL has went multiple days without one?
Decent news, not the big PR that will shoot this stock up but it's progress. I believe this is the second time the company has worked with a South Korean company in one way or another. Although the last time didn't really amount to anything
Did someone just flip 700k shares? Kinda looks like it. Just need a decent PR and we can have a good run
Interesting. I did snag some more in the 40s, but I'm wondering who is selling at such low levels.
Q3 financials should come out this month. Maybe that will give us a bit of insight into what's going on.
Doesn't AMNL own the mine that has the halloysite? I thought the was the only relevant resource in Utah.
Well I did my part and added the 358k. I can wait and continue to accumulate, but it would be nice to have another run.
