Let me guess youre the one who asked him how it went?
Who is the guy?
Update from Columbia or IHU would be nice about now (wait til Monday)
I thought the partner had not yet been disclosed. There was an article a few weeks back and i had a conversation with a jnj vp confirming verb itself was not making the robot but partnering with a company that was. It makes sense that jnj would be the robot mfr.
Correct they are not building a robot but working witba company yet unnamed
Titxf actually has a mild negative correlation p=-.3839 to the MCSI health care benchmark index meaning we tend to move against the sector somewhat. But again, until we regularly book sales and run like a manufacturer not a r&d firm, its not exactly a valid comparison.

(That is, correlation coefficient between TITXF and TRXC)
Your theory is not completely off base. 1 year prices indicate a moderately strong correlatiom coefficient ?=.6102. But given the volatility of the stocks it may be due in part to coincidence.

Td ameritrade shows 380.2m as well.
Hot dog! That could be a huge market
glg you hittin the sauce a little early?
Hanging up the pom-poms, huh? I can't say I blame you. Thats a long time to have the $ tied up. And this far in the game any missteps make it that much worse. But Mac doesn't have magic it takes time to right the ship. There may be more to the story we don't know. Im a fan of take the hurt for the raise now and get it over with. I also think the quickness with which the shares were scooped up is a very good sign and as someone pointed out there may be some big players behind it. Good things on the horizon. Never never never give up.
Anyone have Mr.Sankholkar and Mr. Siebert's email addresses? perhaps we can make a gentle suggestion they push for articles.
Devil's advocate - I imagine timing these things is a delicate balance. He may have anticipated having the install at IHU in the hopper for the day after the meeting or day after the raise, but they were not ready to install yet. There may have been forces at play beyond his control and in spite of his best intentions. I think Mac is trying but not wasting too much energy on the minutia if it doesnt work out perfectly because hes gunning for the big goals of uplist and commercialize. Let's not forget past management's major folly was getting mired in the details.
Mac is certainly not perfect nor his tactics, but his strategy is spot-on.
Its going to be big when it finally takes off. There will be no looking back!
Thank you moodys. Love your investor services
I know you can't read into the pre open spread. But it's still nice to see an ask in the $0.40s
Wow $0.21 bid-ask spread right now haven't seen that pre open lately. Wonder if something's up?
Gottleib is a Trump appointee which signals he was put there to make things run more efficiently. This is exident by his new approach which should be GREAT news for SPORT!...
Does anyone stand by their $1 by end of year predictions?
No my algebra is correct. I was not looking at it from a RS after organic growth to $7 perspective which is how you are trying to read it. I was showing growth to $7 organically versus growth to $7 after a RS in the immediate term, with immediate term price point. And i did mention the portfolio value is equal immediately after an RS. My main point is that it does matter when the RS happens because the higher we go organicallyn the more % is captured. Yes a RS now will give you an equivalent portfolio value but it will take much much longer to make $1 invested turn into $50.
Not only that but think of all the other companies that could have been mentioned and were not. Nope it was Intuitive, Medtronic, Verb and Titan. We stand amongst the best.
here's a link to that Fool article from yesterday...

Care to elaborate?
1.2M will probably be the list price against which discounts will apply to the sale price. Id expect them to go for around 800-900k.
Does everyone know there are basically 2 ways to valuate a firm? Intrinsic value (in line with fair value) and market comparable (in line with fair market value). We do a lot of market comp analysis on here but I'd like to see a hi-med-low estimate based on gordon growth DCF valuation, using the variables Mac threw out yesterday. Any skilled financial analysts out there who can throw that together? I may do this myself if i can find a quiet moment later.
Side note when I checked BBG a few weeks back and found they showed a private offer valuation around $550M, it was about 5X our current market cap. So if our market cap is $1B upon commercialization, it may stand to reason that a buyout would be at 5X =$5B. Or approx $10/share if we have 500M S/O.
I think once those french surgeons get back from their 3 hour mid day lunch break and get their hands on sport they along with their staff will want in. Just as with what happened at the other two sites.
Agreed theres such a large potential, and my leaning is toward Mac gaining the most value for investors. Hope we get the organic growth needed to uplist without RS. Anything is possible.
Natural ups and downs. No biggie, think big picture and get some lunch with flenderson and BigT.
If you are long, the lowest price possible. If you are short, the highest price possible. Yes?
I know you all know this but sometimes it helps (at least me) to see an analysis in order to keep perspective.
You will be a millionaire if we sell out at $7 with organic growth. Based on this you have ~143k shares. If we RS and sell at $7 you will be a hundred-thousandaire (which may or may not be an improvement depending on your mean share cost).
Observe the following hypothetical situation:
You buy 100,000 shares at yesterday's close $0.31 per share, with $31,000.
An organic jump to $7.00 would yield $700,000 portfolio value, or a 2,158.06% increase.
But
Assume we do a 15:1 reverse split making the $0.31 share price $4.65, and your outstanding shares 6,667 (mark of the beast!?! Jk). You sit at 0% change with a portfolio value of $31,000. Fine. Then we sell at $7 per share. Your portfolio value is now $46,669, or a 50.55% increase.
Big difference. To someone's earlier point taking growth into account its not the same before or after an RS. Organic growth will make more money if you can get in at a good price point.
Yes good job Mac. Now, you just need to get in front of an audience if more than 12 subscribers. How donwe get him on CNBC? Or WSJ or Forbes?
This concerned me as well but if you look at it again he may have been stating its ok that it took longer than anticipated before he got there in order to get a better result but now that he's here things are on track...We're all leary of development delays and hope no more are needed. It seems Mc is confident major delays will not be an issue.
Nice find. The host seems very disinterested..."that's nice" etc...
You mean you and Flendy or the share price...after all you are in California
Good find! This is cool looking, can any engineering types decipher what this does and translate into layman's terms?
I believe we will see a volume influx like before when people start seeing the SPORT in action at Strousburg. That said, i expect positive momentum going forward.
Volume is low yes but the quick jump is reminiscent of the last few months. I think the $0.20s are in the rear view again.
If Mc keeps hitting targets as planned there should be little margin for downward price corrections, except if/when another offering is announced or significant bad news come out. The momentum in the last couple months driven by the consistent positive PR was incredible. I see the next year looking the same. Mc wants to roll! This is still looking promising for longs.
Theres a number of requirements for NASDAQ including corporate governance, financial and liquidity minimums but share price must be $4 on the bid.
If the product were in demand from the surgical community, wouldnt it sell itself?
