Element do you ever trade/see any relative value arbitrage opportunities between TMD and TMDI?
I agree - smart investing is in the interpretation of the numbers. Sounds like you are seasoned at warrant trading, I'm sure I could learn a lot from you. I'm not there yet, just finishing my finance degree (10 years later than most) and managing my "play" money with mostly stock and some options.
Your spreadsheet sounds a bit like black-scholes...meant for options but I'm sure it works for warrants
They have a lot of attention and share price is up, seems ripe for a raise.
June isn't so far! I for one am pumped. DF should[/] be a boon to SP
We're assuming leverage will pay for the ramp up to sales?
Mc was unclear about the mid section but he starts with a intra Q1 event, followed by a bunch of "then"s, and ends with an intra Q4 event, meaning that the precedent events should occur before the "within Q4 event. Theres nothing here that specifies exactly mid year, rather before Q4 as Mc implies...
Good find. That is a good article...some highlghtd include
-100% success rate in 45 procedures with many turning into more complex procedure than started as
-design freeze by Q4
-IDE human procedures in Q4
-510k filing by year end
-Sales mid 2020
-language suggests NO partnership with jnj (Big Mac states they are aware jnj are releasing a competing robot)
Trump will build the wall to keep bad news out, Reagan will tear the wall down to let good news flow. You've got to have the balance. Very zen of you 66.
Or you could have øbama tell McNally he didn't build that robot, somebody else did.
Element - are the warrants liquid? In other words, can I sell them without having to exercise? The only derrivatives I've traded are call/put options, so I'm a noob to warrants. It seems like a good opportunity.
What happens on 5/6?
Thanks bigT happy to be back....exciting time, something is churning and it seems like the beginning we've been waiting for
Exactly...there are some on this board who believe that number is TMDI's price tag!
It just seems conmed's size is way too small to make a sweet enough offer...their officers would be emergency voted out the next day.
Is there any evidence behind conmed or is it pure speculation?
Low volume open today...guess the shorts are waiting it out
This man speaks the truthn link below
https://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/tmdi/short-interest
So we should see upward price pressure today...here's to hoping!
What goes up must come down . Unless it doesn't.
Im adding and will sit back to see how it goes before adding again. The part that worries me is we're close to hitting the lower of the analysts estimates. I think we are playing in real market terms now so we have some semblance of price stability. By now, we would have expected to see a plummet in sp if we were on the otc. Word is out and volume is up with no signs of slowing.
I dont know for sure, but I'd expect the increase in institutional investors is a sign that there's some buzz on the street. I believe more institutions are loading up. TMDI has reaffirmed the timeline towards commercialization. 2 analysts have maintained a buy rating at both $6 and $11...meaning the asset is undervalued. Undervalued is the golden ticket. The market is reacting rationally as one would expect because we're trading on NASDAQ and not OTC. I pray it continues to. Potential potential potential...is it finally being recognized?!
Im just dollar cost averaging my buys over the months ahead. I give up trying to time purchasing this stock
Yes sir . Yippeeeee!
I think the $6 price target is in range and after that $11 would not be far off. Lets keep our fingers crossed! This is still an unexplored new world but I'm very encouraged by the consistency in trends. Lets also hope a raise doesnt wallop us and we get funding through warrants instead.
Adrock get your dry erase pen, I'm back in!
Ha yes it's true - if I were ashamed I wouldn't have shared it. I dont have to check in on every trade but we agree on the strategy. We make life decisions mutually - especially financial. It goes a long way for marital harmony. You may want to look into getting a life btw.
Bid @ $2.80 there's that old familiar feeling
Good thinking...that will be great...do you know what the 3000 min mkt cap is?
I think I will dollar cost average ghrough 2019. I give up trying to time it. The analysts say it's undervalued, we've known that for years...still could drop below $1 this year BUT it seems nasdaq has brought some degree of correlation between SP and the company's actions. This bodes well for the future if timeline is adhered to by big mac.
What is happening? As a sideliner do you think I should re-enter? Are we on the way to the analysts estimate if $6 or $11?
Good synopsis, I agree
Haha suck it TRIXIE tricks!
Tmdi up today...continues to boggle the mind. On otc a paper published meant a sp drop. Here's to hoping pressers continue to have a positive impact, in life on the nasdaq, as one would logically expect.
It was the wsj article after the positive presser (at least that's the sentiment around here) that caused the leap. But until commercialization we're still in a weird twilight zone between the new nasdaq world and old otc world, so it could have been pump n dumpers taking advantage after the initial rise. The thing is, pressers should keep helping sp because now the US investing world will see the name and check the analyst reports which show a price target of > $6, making it an undervalued asset so buy buy buy!
You could make the argument this would be a solid investment for them. But at the same time, SPORT doesn't intuitively fit into their current product mix/strategy. I agree a larger company would be more apt to purchase if Titan doesn't come with it's own supply chain and support divisions.
Debt means they are planning on cash flows to service it. This may be reading too far into it, as we don't have all the details, but if Randall is worth his weight in salt, debt soon should mean sales soon. Or he could be planning to service the debt with an offering but that seems ill conceived.
I like the new camera with a smaller profile - fits the concept better. The defogger(isnt there a defog feature?)/wiper will be a gamechanger, with ISRG removing the scope to defog is a big frustration.
Ah, yes the illustrious Bharata press! This article will surely send ripples through the investing world.
If there's no robot sales by year end 2020, it's probably game over. I need to see sales before I'm back in.
At least TMDI isn't the miserable pump n dump scam GIGL...we'll always have that
It doesn't take a genius to see senhance is total garbage. It's no wonder it hasn't been bought out.
Well you make a compelling argument
