Some financial metrics for your evaluation my CFO prepared:
We are working to sell higher margin products as last quarter we moved from selling low margin products to higher margin products which impacted the revenue line.
1 - a lack of expected sales growth came mainly from ONE division (Bahamas) due to our strategic repositioning of resources towards new initiatives to be launched in Q4'21;
2 - all segments (except Hardware and MD) showed IMPROVED Sales, which is a good sign;
3 - Margins are healthy and improving: margins before inventory adjustments are "true" margins, inventory adjustments are simply our way of positioning ourselves against any future losses of inventory for the next 12 mo.; it is a purposeful strategic decision and the inventory write-downs (which are mainly provisions for slow moving inventory) will only improve now with each quarter;
4 - Opex composition of spend has changed dramatically - yes we are spending, but we are spending on different things now: there is a significant push to spend on Selling and Marketing for strategically chosen areas, which is absolutely necessary to grow revenues in the future, and yes, we are not cutting these costs to achieve short-term gains, we are investing in the long-term results!!
We are making all the steps necessary to produce LONG-term results as we are not chasing SHORT-term easy quick fixes.

After two brutally long years and many sacrifices, I am pleased to announce that our Health Canada Cannabis Processing License has been officially amended to include sales of our Phat420 branded edibles directly to licensed retailers such as the AGLC and OCS as well as other Licensed Producers who sell to their medial patients.
I want to personally and publicly thank Trish Rose our Controller and Ruel Cruz, our Director of Quality Assurance for their unwavering commitment to this company and our goals. This couldn't have happened without you.
We are TRULY excited to now be able to introduce the rest of Canada to our amazing infused chocolate and confections, and offer our expertise to other Licensed Producers who may wish to white label their own unique edible cannabis products.

Ok so regarding the much anticipated email from Edward. (??Reno)
I had a big blurb but in summary I asked
1. What is the issue with the social team? Why stop after months of being active.
2. Where are the institutions we were told about?
3. Where are labs products we were told about?
4. What is our patient count? Is it improving/growing?
5. What is our site traffic? Is it improving/growing?
He responded by saying:
The cannabis sector is going through a challenging time l, excluding USA. He also shares my frustrations as a shareholder. Our chart is similar to that of canopy’s. People expected better results for the Q1 results and that sell off resulted in the ETF selling 12 million shares (did not meet their requirements of market cap) but are done meow.
He than goes on to say that labs and nutraceuticals will be coming online soon and he’s impressed by the team (from bulletproof) and with the packaging of such. No timeline on labs.
He’s happy that vendors continue to come on board as 550 SKUs have come online in three months. Saying it will snowball with more customers and vendors coming to the platform. (Than made an Amazon comparison ;) )
He said he’s voiced my concerns with social media presence and goes on to say that they’ve been concentrating on SEO (search engine optimization) using key phrases.
They are continuing to look for ideas to accelerate Namastes growth.
When he started 6 months ago they had 0 discussions with analysts and today we are actively speaking with 4. Had two meetings two weeks ago and both analysts said meni deserves a 10 for delivery and they continue to monitor closely for progress and execution.
Than goes on to thank me for my support.
He does not address patient numbers or site traffic.
