Good looking bid support on L2, and not many sellers. When canadian license is approved and acquisition of FSM goes through, should see come good movement here.
Sorry no pm
Every time i see u on a board, it seems like a run ensues. Pretty sure i messaged with you prior to the RBI* and DRU* runs, which worked out well for me. I should prolly just give u a follow to save time researching lol.
Feeling bullish here too then?

Short, medium, and long indicators all looking good here
Lots of cheapies today for sure
Thanks, had been monitoring for a bottom the last couple days. I bought .058s off the ma cross, not much upward momentum off it yet, but maybe in power hour.

I’ll agree that i do not like the convertible debt at a discount to current share price. That has definitely been the reason the stock is trading so low at the moment.
It is also important to keep in mind that this is pretty common/standard for biotechs, especially one focused on animals (friendlier and more desirable financing would have been obtained if raised for human subjects). Good news is approval is here and theres money to be made, then the company will have cash to start attacking debt. Thats how biotechs go
Im not telling anyone to buy... but i at least appreciate you posting some actual links to filings.
As it pertains to you saying the financials/10q are bad: this is a start-up biotech company... there will be no $ (or “anything to show for it”) until the product is sold, which is coming. Thats how biotechs work...
People ‘should’ trade based on what the company says/releases, but ‘should’ is the keyword... thats not how it happens in reality. Which is exactly why people use scare tactics, and exactly why they work.
Best time to buy is when there is fear.
MRPHF DD i compiled for the board after digging through filings. Please let me know if i am missing anything important, and ill be sure to adjust.
-SS: 136mil OS, 92mil Float, OTC-QX
-5 recent acquisitions with 2 pending (one to close 9/30/18 with FSM which is a Canadian MJ company), and recently acquired a dispensary in Cali
-Several MJ licenses for cultivation, production, medical, and recreational use in Nevada, Cali, and Washington (with Canada pending per most recent pr)
-Company owns 6.1mil shares in Veritas (another MJ stock trading around .18-.20)
-3-star Morning Star review per otcmarkets with an “undervalued” rating
-No toxic debt (2018 financing has been obtained through pp’s at .60-.865 and convertible debt notes are at $1-3)
-Steady stream of news with upcoming catalysts being Canadian license approval, closing of FSM acquisition, and upcoming harvest and subsequent revenues at multiple locations
Plenty of other assets and business plans going on per: https://marapharm.com/about/
I like the confidence. Now we just need to get some more eyes on this ticker!
Wow LND thanks for compiling this! This post should be stickied above.
I knew the company had some big assets and acquisitions, but these numbers are BIG! I’d like to temper expectations a little, but these large numbers do seem to provide a missing puzzle piece to my dd on the company as outlined below:
Thus far in my dd i have been confused as to how the company has been able to secure large private placements with relative ease (ex: debt conversion prices in the $1-3 range per share; pp’s in the .60-.80 range for greater than $10mil, etc.). And because of their success with obtaining this financing, the company has not had to deal with any toxic financiers (which usually leads to shares at a discount to market prices, etc.). That is very impressive for a pre-revenue company, but knowing LND’s provided projections, i now see that is how the company has been able to make such great financing deals.
The more i learn here, the more i like what i see. Glad i was able to grab a starter position today.
Thanks for the reply LND. Glad that you are seeing the same thing i am regarding the debt situation. I am confident that i have a good grasp of it from the filings, but i also recognize others may be able to provide more insight.
Appreciate your thoughts regarding low volume/interest too. Seems like those all likely contributed, and when added together makes sense. Good thing with this is... all your mentioned reasons have the potential to be corrected (ex: delays turn into pr’s of completion/licensure, revenue ramps up, share price rebound, etc.).
You mention anticipation for strong revenue for the end of the year, any chance you could expand on that idea with additional info? This is something i have not been able to get a good grasp of. I know most of their acquisitions are pretty new and licensing has slowed things up, so this has definitely played a role... but what else, if anything, is going on from a revenue perspective?
Finally, i agree that this board is currently too quite (lifeless if you will), so let’s bring it to life!
Good luck to you LND!
Thanks for the reply AI. Their success with licenses mentioned in the pr (ex: referencing their 19 past approvals) instill confidence that approval will be obtained, but that the approval process will take some time. I actually like that they communicate with their shareholder base to that level (most otc companies tend to neglect from updating when things are taking longer than desired).
And you are totally right that one never knows what others are thinking regarding ticker buzz/volume. When i am looking to jump into a new stock, especially with low volume, i like to ask that to see what overall sentiment seems to be. Im often surprised by some of the answers, and it usually helps me draw some conclusions.
This does seem like a good buying opportunity, so i plan to hop in soon. Getting in low before volume and awareness has been a good strategy for me in the past.
New here, but currently doing my dd. Seems like there’s a lot of potential with upcoming catalysts (canadian mj license pending, canadian mj company acquisition pending, usa legalization catalysts in states marapharm is already in, etc.), and the canadian mj sector is clearly on fire leading up to canada’s legalization in October.
Couple questions for the board:
-anyone with a good understanding of marapharm’s current debt situation (especially convertible notes)? To me it seems like convertible debt is not much of a concern that these current share prices since most notes are convertible at $1-3 per share. And all of it seems to be private placements, which is obviously much better than toxic lenders (ex: i dont see any notes at a % discount to share price). Seems like a great situation to me... am i missing something here???
-also wondering what the board’s thoughts are regarding why there is so little interest here? Seems like there should be more volume and buzz based on the sector this is in, all the positive catalysts mentioned above, and this is sitting near all time lows... i even like the ss... so what’s the deal???
Good luck to all! Looking forward to responses. Thanks!
UPIN nice pr
Seems like the recent dilution has slowed down significantly (dare i say finished...), so i wanted to throw a couple discussion points out to the board that i think illustrate how undervalued CDIX currently is imo:
-Per 10k, 2017 rev was ~$1.7mil
-Since then, 2 acquisitions have occurred in 2018: Platinum tax defenders ($3.2mil rev in 2017) and Red rock travel (>$2mil rev through 2qs of 2018)
-Knowing that, CDIX has potentially added >$5mil rev with acquisitions (underestimating), which would put CDIX over $6mil rev annually
Current market cap sits at around $1mil.... seems like a strong undervalued buy to me based on figures above.
Obviously the doubters will argue that there’s too much debt, but imo that’s the price of adding acquisitions (and as shown above these appear to be accretive acquisitions).
There’s also been some recent talk here about a twitter chat. If thats the case id like details to join. Otherwise we should start one up!
Good luck to all!
Excellent post. Others need to read this, and ill echo how undervalued it is by noting i had a position in CDIX a short time ago and sold around .02. Thought i would be out for good but these prices have allowed me to restart a position 5x as big, so i am definitely grateful to be back.
Definitely money to be made here!
Looks like they took care of things regarding our discussion yesterday. Quick turn around for the company, i like to see that.
Have a good weekend Georgie
Agree dont feed him. Plenty of bid support and thin on the ask. No need to sell into the bid with this lack of selling pressure.
I see it says delinquent and administratively dissolved under tax. And in history it looks like they had the same situation on 8/9/17. Not familiar with what this means though... did they not pay taxes on time to wyoming?
What does this mean georgie? Sorry in advance for my ignorance. Thanks!
Thatd be nice but might not need that just yet. Eyes have been on this waiting for a bottom and for volume to roll in.
Good volume coming in. Hope everybody loaded up as this will probably hit scanners and get some buzz over the weekend
Hey Nick, sorry I dont have pm, but theres no 4 letter ticker on the shares it says (6CA99... and a few other digits, im guessing this is because there hasnt been a ticker assigned to nestbuilder yet).
Sounds like you arent alone as the other etrade users havent had the shares added to their account yet either. Seems they will probably be there tomorrow, but if you dont see them by then id give etrade a call. They should be able to tell you if its a holdup on their end or if theres some other problem.
Hope that helps! Go RBIZ, and good luck to you
Thanks trding. That makes sense as i had more shares after the 7/2 date, which is probably why i got more shares than i expected.
Now this ticker just needs to start moving north!
Theres no 4 letter ticker on the shares it says (6CA99... and a few other digits, im guessing this is because there hasnt been a ticker assigned to nestbuilder yet).
And of note i got more shares than the 1:900 ratio, so i curious if others had the same experience. What’s everyone else seeing?
Wkboyd: if you dont see them by tomorrow am, id call etrade. Hope that info helps
Just got my spinoff shares in Td as well
Well said, and you cant deny the growth. Company’s fundamentals are much stronger now
If this thing breaks and holds .02 chartists and momo traders’ heads will explode.
Wrong thats the AS
Momo traders feeling fomo??? DRUS is taking flight
Moving! Lets see if some momentum can build this time
Right! Lol theres no way they max out the AS with all the insider skin in the game. The dilution going on now is harming their insiders just as much as us, so theyll do the best they can to limit it imo.
Thanks soulsalve, just trying to gather as much dd as i can quickly, as many feel the convertibles are coming to an end soon, and i know many eyes are on this ticker waiting for the same.
Id like to beat them to the punch while still securing a good price (everybody wants to buy the bottom ;) ), but i dont tend to jump into tickers that i am not familiar with. Posters here have definitely been helpful though.
Whoa man no need for the hostility.
Im just going by the filings, and if the real float is 74mil (which i admit is possible if there are a large amount of restricted shares in private placements, etc. that are not in the last year’s worth of form 4s and 10K), then that would have to be a gigantic number of restricted shares not in those filings, hence my speculation.
Either way, share structure here is excellent. Just waiting for the convertibles to clear and i expect a nice breakout.
Btw i have a lot of respect for you based on previous dd youve posted in other tickers ive traded, so i appreciate that and thank you.
Good luck to you
Yeah he has a large number of shares, over 37million per the most recent form 4
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=12773036&guid=C_joUasPfiktAyh
Just looking at the most recent 10K and subsequent form 4s i have to agree with you that the float posted on otc markets is incorrect. Still a great share structure, but insiders dont own >180mil shares.
