With 1 hr left in Marketville, we have traded <13k shares. I interpret this as although patience is wearing thin, not many want out at this price. Anticipation for favorable FDA news is widespread many are sitting on their shares in anticipation. My take is buy here or look elsewhere
It is nice being fat and well-fed with no obligation to be attractive
Noon trading only at approx 8k shares. Almost everyone doggedly holding while waiting for news. Anticipation is high.

SGD Holdings, Ltd. Announces Shareholder Update on Renovations at Dispensary Property in Walsenburg, Colorado
PUEBLO, CO, Dec. 05, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NEWMEDIAWIRE -- SGD Holdings, Ltd. (OTC PINK: SGDH), a Lessor, Consultant, and Property Manager in the Cannabis Industry in the State of Colorado, would like to update shareholders on renovations at the dispensary property located in Walsenburg, Colorado.
Delmar Janovec, CEO, states, "The exterior of the building at 601 Hwy 85/87 has undergone a complete makeover. The cinder block walls now have a weather resistant stucco finish and the old roof was replaced. New commercial grade security doors and extra strength security windows have been installed on the entire building. The utility tap for a new sewer line and the connection to the Walsenburg City Water Supply has been completed. San Isabel Electric has completed the installation of an upgraded transformer with a new service line into the building. The surveillance system required by the Colorado MED Board is under contract and the installation process has begun."
Janovec adds, "The interior of the building had to be completely gutted. We retained the drafting and design firm of Innovative CADD Network to layout the interior of the retail store. We are extremely pleased with the results as we work with the painters and the custom cabinetry company to finish up what will certainly be a very upscale retail dispensary."
In closing, Janovec says, "When we began this new project, we had high expectations of the end results and I have to say to this point the retail store far exceeds those initial expectations. The C1B True Organics Retail Dispensary will be a very nice flagship location to begin branding the Top Shelf Product being grown and processed at the Category One Botanicals Facility at Colorado Buffalo Ranch. We have not yet set a date for the Grand Opening of the Retail Store but as soon as we have that date we will make the announcement. I would also like to thank shareholders for their patience as we make the vision a reality. There will be much more to come as plans for further execution of our Master Plan come together."

My recap shows 16.11% price increase today - even on a Friday. Yep, it was a fun day.
Good morning all. Should be a fun day.
I wouldn't pay much attention to anyone who tries to ridicule you for taking a profit. Perhaps you left money on the table, perhaps you didn't, but either way you made a profit. Unrealized gains look good on paper but ONLY on paper. As Dean Martin said: "There's many a slip twixt the cup and the lip"
To be serious for a moment: just arranging for this facility is more $ than UEEC has. Therefore either a partner is adding financing or mgmt is confident of a quick close on a profitable deal. BTW the ask is 1.18 with a 24X multiple on the bid. Todays victory is more like Empyrrhical
Hell yeah! Have to forego vest ...and double breasted is out of the question ... but, Hell yeah! We're at 1.18 - just one thin dime to green! LOL
"20 million square inches of HemoStyp gauze monthly" I just realized that's more than enough for a fat guy to have 5 new suits! I wonder if it comes in plaid.
.22 to close green. 1.5 hours. Who thinks it's possible?
Difficult to construe this as anything but good. Company mgmt sure enough of approval to move production to US. I'm on the bid for more.
Like I said: there is no legitimate reason for the price to drop.
I cannot find anything, fact or rumor, to account for any price change. My opinion is simply share holders sitting in the green and nervous about losing profit so pulling trigger in fear. Without continuous positive reinforcement cold feet develop. I'll continue to watch elsewhere and wait for approval. We have two ski areas partially open and that's the only kind of cold feet I suffer from!
Ahhhh yes. Popcorn, please.
Hello DR. Thanks for your input. I'm just hoping for a smooth path forward with approval asap. Fireworks for Thanksgiving? Best to you.
Yes, I agree that you are correct in that UEEC mgmt, through their legal representatives, are having back & forths with prospective buyers to attempt to gauge value. I just doubt that many legitimate buyers will put forth top bids before approval - even conditionally. UEEC may set the rules on what they will accept but offers are controlled by others with boards to answer to. I also wonder at what point these negotiations would become a material event and need to be reported. To summarize all of these words, "We just have to be patient."
This is all speculation but it is much more fun with communication from the company showing positive steps forward. Best to you and all of us.
Once Hemostyp receives FDA approval I would think quite a few companies would enter a bidding war. So for UEEC to agree to a pre-approval deal with buyer's contingency, wouldn't management have to feel it offers a price premium to what they expect in a bidding competition?
Great news. A big step in the right direction. "It's easy being green."
Hemostyp looks as viable to me as it has at any time in the past. The only negatives I see are passage of time(impatience triggered) and naysayers with agendas. I thought I was in as much as I wished but I may yield to temptation and buy more - especially if price lowers.
Gentlemen(Ladies), place your bets.
OTC is such a different playing field. It is never level and shady players are the norm. Complacency is fiscal death. UEEC is no exception.Sometimes one can evaluate his position by the level of his adversary. White Diamond writes hit pieces only when reducing the target offers big rewards ... not interested in piddling amounts. A basher with the intellect and debating skills of Chop isn't here for ego - it's large $ and principle or ethics be damned.
I feel reassured that UEEC has value. Thank you Chop.

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen. Welcome to the OTC. You will be exposed to scumbag people and scam situations here that make back-alley gamblers and side-street pimps shake their heads. To put it bluntly, get tough and smart or get out ... quick.
There is a reason UEEC is on the OTC. This company, it's management, and partners are not top shelf participants with squeaky clean, unblemished histories. Don't bother to come at me on this - if your really investigate you will see. However, I have believed and still believe in the product. I also believe that the FDA has been impressed with the product and will award approval, with verified trial experience, of course. This is what we are betting on. This is all we are betting on as, other than debts and expenses(some of which need further explanation) Hemostyp is the only company asset. But, damn, what an asset (my opinion!)
If this is a fraud, I stand to lose more $ than I care to, as I am certain many of you do also. If FDA approval arrives in reasonable time frame, I (and you) will reap substantial profit. I have swallowed the cool aid and am optimistic. Time will tell. Each of you have to decide your course of action. Don't let my optimism or any self-motivated basher make your decision. Sometimes you just gotta check your balls (or ovaries) and brain and figure out if the risk is justified.
Good luck, bitches. It's margarita time.
See post 10928 for link. Present management has learned well. They have now filed for 1/100 - 1/1000 split, no further notice:
"2. To authorize the Board the Option to effectuate a reverse stock split of our issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock (the “Reverse Stock Split Option”), at the sole discretion of the Board within 12 months of this Information Statement, without the issuance of another Information Statement, within the range of 100:1 through 1000:1."
How would you feel to wake up to the news as a stock holder?
Company has no plans for reverse split? Do you believe history repeats. The big question is whether it will be 1/100 or 1/1000. There's a reason that language was in the filing.

Wow. What a great day. Congrats to all.
LOL trust. You weren't wrong, perhaps your UEEC watch clock was just a little slow. My UEEC clock tends to run a little fast and I have to continually reset it to IST(Investment Savings Time.) Either way I think we can relax a bit and rely on mgmt to get a favorable buyout. We'll get to the finish line together.
$UEEC
So, a hectic close to 1.05. Important to note 200K shares(approx) traded in final 15 mins. 52 week high. FDA approval will seal the deal. Margaritas all round!
I still expect share price to begin to rise (slowly) starting today. Word will circulate. The spread is very tight right now and only 10K shares on the ask. As I understand the concept of "sell on the news" it doesn't apply until the price has risen. I really don't understand why anyone is selling now.
Hello, DR. I took this from the study site:
Primary Outcome Measures :
Rate of Non-inferiority of HemoStyp versus Surgicel measured using time to hemostasis from start of study treatment at target bleeding site until 10 minutes after treatment initiation. [ Time Frame: 10 minutes ]
Time to hemostasis from start of study treatment at target bleeding site until 10 minutes after treatment initiation. The non-inferiority of HemoStyp versus Surgicel will be evaluated. If the criteria for non-inferiority are satisfied, a superiority analysis will be performed.
I have assumed that this study's results will be used for both as long as the 1st objective is satisfied. What do you think?
Ahhhh, a big significant event we've been awaiting. I would believe the share price will now begin to rise steadily in anticipation of buyout. I have no idea if an offer would occur before approval, conditional on approval, or if management would hold out until after approval for highest price but either way my opinion is for appreciation to begin (although slowly) immediately. Best to you all. Let the smiles begin!
PPS has changed.
That would be great! I hope you didn't just eat too many green chilies at lunch.

Good news $WTII shareholders http://Nowbrandhs.com is now live for orders using credit/debt card. Thank you for your patience and be on the lookout for a shareholder update mid next week
My thoughts: Buyer is not purchasing a company, it is purchasing ownership of a product. Ebitda does not exist. P/E does not exist. Pps does not exist. What we have been speculating on is not this marginally managed company. We think we have recognized the value of this product and thrown some $ at it. If the FDA makes this gamble commercially viable ... jackpot. Ueec without hemostyp has zero value. Hemostyp's value, if FDA approved, is tremendous. If the 2nd trial is successful, the word for hemostyp's value eludes me. I have to wonder if the 1st trial has a successful conclusion, would a large company with established delivery channels up the ante to complete a buyout before further value established.
Just the musings of an evil, ugly, fat guy ... but I've been right before! LOL
Such a welcome and re-assuring positive update. I don't think the market anticipated a second trial for an additional application. Hang tough, y'all.
I have, on a couple occasions, sold a substantial(to me) number of shares at high price, then repurchased at lower price. The idea, of course, is to increase number of shares without further investment. I'm having trouble pulling the sell trigger this time. After all this time, I would hate to be in Starbucks waiting for a latte when the train left the station.
