If you go on Mike Marasco’s facebook page you can see he is asking for a professional camcorder that is “not too expensive” and wireless lav mic systems. Im assuming that it will be used for interviews like the ones they livestreamed. Now, considering he is asking this type of question you can gauge at what level they are at. They only have the capabilities to cover one usports university at this point. They will be covering McMaster sports for the following year an fine tuning their formula. I don’t think we will see anything for another year. Bummer.
Also when you type in Trade Bank International and scroll down on the 1st google page results you also get:
“Tradebank International Inc.
Company
tradebank.com
Founded: 1987
Parent organization: Fansfrenzy”
If you google “FansFrenzy Corporation” the stock comes up with the current share price such info in a box. In the same box it says:
“Subsidiaries: Tradebank International Inc., Digitalus Technology, Inc.”
It wasn’t there before. I find it odd because there doesn’t seem to be much of a relation.
The amount of software power they get by incorporating Clubs Choice is what will make FansFrenzy. Before their new format, you would search up keywords in regards to sports news.
Before March 1st, you would not get any hits. After you would get them on 1st or 2nd page of any search engine. What does that mean to revenue? A lot. With a small team these guys have come leaps and bounds from their origin. Now imagine with the right investment. They would change the game.
They had 900 MILLION SHARES to dilute. They only did 22 mil as funding and investment to Clubs Choice, and the shares are RESTRICTED, float stays the same. Any trader (or investor-tard) can realize that the company has their head on their shoulders. Like I said a year ago [we will not see any action for a year, and I was right] we will not see any action for another 2-3 months. If you were to put at least 1/3 of your eggs in one basket, this would the basket you’d want to do it to.
1 year and Gary Molinaro has shown that he is incompetent. Hopefully Yervant and Co. know what they are doing. We will see soon with this next filing.
I have never been involved with ANY sports related website in the past besides FansFrenzy. Out of the blue I got an email from Major League Soccer’s website about them updating their privacy policy. Once again I have never been on this site. I have gotten emails about the policy upgrades from all the other sites that I have an account, but this one was so random. Anyone else get it too? Or am I just connecting random events.

You call 9k high volume? Hmmm maybe 500k total buys should intrigue you (in regards to current share structure.)
I dont think it will blast off this week. But hopefully soon we get a filing and we can see what state the company is in.
He is self-employed because he can. Unlike you. Hard to make a dime with all that complaining and whining you do.
So now if and when they reveal they have more contracts with U-sports based universities, that will be the beginning and you will see the SP blow up.
I know the fixation of FFZY is on this new social media platform which is FansFrenzy. But what if their revenue base doesnt revolve only at that? What if FF is just a social web and app portal which will add to the revenue base amongst other things.
Now the reason why I bring this up is because the sudden frenzy (no pun indended) revolving nFusz. They offer what is called a SaaS (service as a software) product, a video based CRM (customer relationship management) software. SaaS are what companies are doing nowadays. Look at Microsoft Office 360, look at LogMeIn ($LOGM) which I’m both familiar with. They charge a subscription based fee for their software, as opposed to the traditional way of owning the licensure and any troubleshooting and updates/upgrades is left to the owner. Its becoming a big thing. Here is an article on it:
https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/the-global-crm-market-is-projected-to-grow-as-technology-becomes-crucial-to-businesses-680804011.html
Now going back to this SaaS concept, what will FasnFrenzy Coporation offer? Look at their message on fansfrenzy.net
“FansFrenzy is the IT link in the form of Software as a Service (SaaS) for e-commerce solutions that will create online partnership between common-subject(s)-of-interest based organizations and Universities, Colleges, Professional Sport Teams and Local communities.”
Now youre thinking, what is their product?
Look at Inovways.com, which has webclarify and deepways roots.
It offers the IT link for web/app development which includes CRM software essential for e-commerce. They have their own CRM software, and already have one customer.
Now the reason why I post this is because we are so fixated on the silence and lack of news. But what if the news will be giant. Lets look at comparison between FUSZ and FFZY. FUSZ achieved a 400 million dollar market cap (today its 200 million)and FFZY only a 950k cap as of the last 4 months. The CEO of FUSZ is so vocal to the point of suspicion. The CEO of FFZY is rumored to have “said” things, but besides that is quiet. We all know Yervant is the backbone. The development expenditure of FUSZ is way larger compared to FFZY. FUZS tweets alot about their company and achievements, but FFZY tweets only about sports news, which takes alot of manpower and is their main mission in regards to its twitter. FUSZ is rumored to have a contract with Oracle due to all their conference attendances, FFZY just with Canadian Tire. FUSZ is a lot of hype followed by more hype. FFZY was just artificially pumped hype that stayed quiet and continued to work.
Let me know what you fellas think.
nFüsz, Inc. is a digital technology company. It develops cloud-based, software-as-a-service, customer relationship management, sales lead generation, and social engagement software on mobile and desktop platforms for sales based organizations, consumer brands, and artists seeking customer, consumer, and fan engagement. The company was founded by Rory J. Cutaia on November 27, 2012 and is headquartered in Hollywood, CA.
FansFrenzy is a social-commerce (solcom) web portal and mobile applications connecting fans and their affiliated college, university, high school, alumni, social group, and professional or amateur sport organization. FansFrenzy is the IT link in the form of Software as a Service (SaaS) for e-commerce solutions that will create online partnership between common-subject(s)-of-interest based organizations and Universities, Colleges, Professional Sport Teams and Local communities.
Tell me what you fellas think.
Hint: SaaS
Anyone notice OTCX on the ask?
The company is titled FansFrenzy Corporation, meaning it encompasses a variety of services and products as one instead of just the sports platform. In their description on otcmarkets.com they state “The company addresses several divergent phenomenons in todays internet-driven world including social network services (the platforms like FF and TeamGuru), mobile computing (WebClarify) , information overload (Deepways), and ever present tension in the negotiations between cost of services and buyers (the CRM software found in Inovways.com).” They also state “The Fansfrenzy.com line of online services fulfill the needs of today’s dynamic market.” That is another hint.
My theory is that all these service put together under the FansFrenzy Corporation umbrella can be a monster. It will fill all the business-customer needs in regards to the sports realm whether its professional, amateur or university. However, it does take time and perhaps thats why they’re taking a long time to come out with anything. The plan has changed from the original. Things can happen within a year.
Just look at the the ticker FUSZ which has been popping the last couple of weeks (nfusz.com). It reached a market cap of $400 million, currently sits at around $290 millionish. Its a software company just like all the ones spearheaded by Yervant. Their product is a video CRM (Customer Relationship Management)software for a monthly subscription price. Inovways.com handled by Yervant and Hamid has its own CRM software. They of course own it and subscribe companies to it like Presti Inc. Just look at the site.
At least he did his research and presented it instead of complaining which is all you do.
Just trade the stock. Buy at 0.04 cents and sell at 0.02. Rinse and repeat.
I would’t be surprised if he ditches FF for a whole year and works on something that will actually pay him.
The guys at FansFrenzy do read these posts. So if you have anything to say to them right here is the place. They’re not too happy as to how they’re viewed.
A glorified video editing company has 10x more market cap because of their professional appearance. I think the concept is already where FF wants to go but seems like the execution portion has slowed down for other projects.
http://www.inovways.com/index.html
Despite all the bad imaging, Eddie is spearheading other projects. Busy guy. I wonder if that will tie into FansFrenzy Corporation as a business entity. I just wish they would rectify their statement from November 15th that said they would introduce themselves to the public.
Very sad situation for the company. One thing is staying quiet, but lying to that extreme like Gary did? Oof. Salvaging that is going to be rough.
We’re all employees and you’re the intern. Get me some coffee, chop chop.
You got me. Guilty of being filthy.
Pumping on a low floater for months? You must’ve had a stroke or something.
Lame? Some domains cost a lot of money, boy.
Investors? More like scalpers. People actually believed in this concept a long time ago but as you should always keep in mind the OTC is something you shouldn’t believe in.
They are doing some good things. If they get some traction with athletes and institutions they can really become a trustworthy brand. But if the scalpers get here soon (which they are), then its going to become November all over again.
At this point this should be trading at 0.65 cents. Minimal debt, small float, manpower as evident to videos, web dev, blog quality/consistency. And that’s just with McMaster.
It shouldve been crawling that way but distrust in the CEO after all he lied prevents it. Now MMs are having a field day with that 2 cent range.

A student/coaching assistant can put together something like that easily. I bet by the end of the year not any single one of the videos/blogs regarding McMaster will achieve 50 views, meaning no revenue. No one will flock to watch this boring crap. Catering to McMaster athletics as opposed to the general public was a dumb idea.
Its not really a contract, its an agreement. FF promotes McMaster but they dont get a dime from them besides the influx of traffic and ads. In fact FF is some of their teams sponsors so they will dish out money. But theyve already been acting on that agreement for months and look how many alumni ever get on. None. Just like 1-2 coaching staff sporadically.
Website is up. Looks more modern. App version is buggier and worse than before. I’ll give them a couple more hours to see if they fix it.
It seems like their original plan flopped and their second plan was this. I had hoped their target was the general public not some university that no one cares about. Look at how much exposure they’ve given their athletes and no one even cares to log in. There was no one from McMaster going in on a daily basis except for 1-2 team staff who logged on every so often.
The general sports enthusiast just doesn’t care for McMaster. Just look at their twitter. People follow but then unfollow when they start spamming McMaster stuff. If they had contracts with many more universities it’d be different but 5 months in the making and their one contract is this only one. Absolute bummer.
Even if the platform got revamped its sad to think that we should consider this a success when this is how it should’ve been the first time. Management is extremely weak, marketing is nonexistent. These guys are still stuck on the same gear from last year.
¯\_(?)_/¯ 12th has passed. Oh well theres always the 13th.
Well sign up for the beta tomorrow and witness first hand. If it flops again then sever your losses and forget this company. If it looks like it has potential its up to your own discretion. Perhaps even give them some input.
Dont be too vague. Name the scam and name the people.
Yep.
Small step.
However I wish they would rehaul the whole app and come out with 2.0
Another promise.
Stopped by to film with the @MACMVB team following practice today. Watch the website in the coming days and weeks to find out why. pic.twitter.com/y0SVU4h7Mq

Yes I’ve checked it over and over. Obviously all of Eds work is going to be on relating IPs. But the fact that his work in semsoft is sharing an location with FF related sites isn’t an indicator that FF will progress. In fact, the software is in a whole different universe that it actually makes it obvious that our dear Ed is not focusing on FF.
