Yeah, that’s another interview that was recorded weeks ago. Definitely not current.
Might be sitting at .98 now, but that doesn’t reflect much. It doesn’t seem to really change till around 6am, and then it changes again right at market opening.
Hate to be a debbie downer, but I believe that was recorded on 2/25/21. In the very beginning of the video, Massey stated they had just announced that day they had closed the deal with Cornerstone, which was announced 2/25/21. I still feel that maybe we get the news Monday and that it was strategic to wait. People are acting like that was recorded this weekend over on ST, just wanted to clarify it wasn't.
I would expect people to start putting more money in stocks prior to stimulus money distribution anticipating more investors coming on board and driving up prices as a whole, not just for sirc.
Already down 3 cents per-market. This is the first red day I’ve seen pre-market in a while. Not a good sign. Come on SIRC!
For what it’s worth, I sent an email to Luke asking if we could still expect audit release this week. Received the following response.
“
Please monitor our press release feed for updates as they are made available to the public. I can’t comment on the timing of future releases per Regulation FD.”
So who knows...
So I guess SIRC just decided to ignore Twitter, nothing new there in over a month.
Level 2, GARC $11040.00 for 1 share. Has to be a mistake, but looks strange.
That is what he said, but he also said last week during the interview, that they expected it to be complete by the end of the week. I would expect that to mean it was ready Friday afternoon, or Monday morning. Pretty disappointed there’s not news of it already, but looking forward to tomorrow.
I definitely noticed the same thing. I think people were just eager to invest. Some of the stocks I’ve been watching for years that I started in prior to knowing anything, have suddenly blown up, even though they’ve been defunct for years. I have no idea what this means for SIRC. I did also notice for all those stocks, that they have decreased way further than SIRC, and knowing where this doc is going versus them, my expectations and hopes are far different.
SIRC continues to get a lot of attention. I’ve been watching Stocktwits and the number of people following it, and it’s been growing rapidly this past week. It’s surpassed 13,000 today, and still moving.
Hoping for a green Monday. Seems like there are a lot of people nervous about where we are going to go, with overall sentiment still bullish.
Pre market up 12 cents...is today the day???
Massey is going to Colorado next week to look another acquisition! Liking what I hear!
Mercutos, I think this is a good call, and I think you should also remove the total share account as well. Like you said, it wasn’t a big deal in the pennies, but as we grow, it will become a big deal and may be a point of concern for potential investors.
I have had 4 dreams about SIRC this past week, all involving spikes. As of Friday afternoon, we are up three cents, but I definitely feel a gap up. Not sure about the number though.
Confirmed. I just sent an email to ask Lucas.
“Jeremiah –
We have not announced audit completion nor an application for uplisting at this time. Audit completion is required prior to uplisting.
Best,
Lucas A. Zimmerman”
Had no idea the effect solar panels had on the snow, that’s awesome! Great link, thanks.
I feel you Gas Maker. After work and on the weekends, I look at this board every 30 minutes, if not more. I can't help it. It's the last thing I see before bed, and the first thing in the morning.
I don’t know if SIRC installs those, but last I read on those, they were less efficient so you needed more of them. But they blend into the roof, so part of your roof is shingles, and part solar shingles, and you can’t tell, it’s seem less. Durable to walk on too. Last I looked at it it was still quite expensive.
I got the same number. Just wondering why every time I see it posted anywhere on any given day, except here of course, it’s always wrong.
What' up with all the confusion lately on the market cap. I see different numbers posted all the time, and I know it changes based on share price, but the numbers I am seeing usually are wrong. Why is that? Stocktwits currently has it at 223.67 mil. I have it at 183,445,854. Am I doing something wrong? Why are there always discrepancies on this, it seems so simple?
Anyone else notice that the amount of followers on stocktwits has barely gained since we hit $3....also noticed that amount of people saying they have been following this board for a long time and are just not chiming in is growing. Just some observations. Added today on the dip, but not nearly as much as I would had liked, all out of funds.
Thinking about dropping some $$$ here tomorrow. Did some reading and I like what I see. Anyone have anything to chime in about the decision either way?
Hey Mercutos, please put me on the Nasdaq board, 680,000. Thanks.
No reminders needed for me, I’m into SIRC deep and long, since .03 cents. I’m still looking at other things and trying to learn. This penny stock exempt thing has me curious, and have no clue how SIRC could have benefited from something like this, since I haven’t heard of it before.
I was recently looking at another stock, and noticed it was granted "Penny Stock Exempt". I am wondering what the benefit to that is over uplisting? Why would SIRC not had done this a while ago prior to uplisting for it's potential benefits. Thoughts?
Has anyone reached out to Doug Heck and asked why there have been to updates or posted financials since his twitter post?
I've seen it mentioned a few times, that SIRCs ability to grow will be limited because they are in installation company that doesn't make anything. I wonder if there are any solar panel manufacturers that SIRC could acquire or sign an LOI with. I think the upside could be huge. Has anyone mentioned this yet to Massey, or done any DD on the reality of this is even feasible at this point in time?
Some of us had by orders at the expected bottom of $1.50. Bouncing back anyway it goes, so I’ll take what I can get.
How can I better understand this? I have Ameritrade, and there’s only one more market maker on the ask than on the bid. All the bids seem small right now, as if it’s not updated yet. What are you seeing?
Awesome, will check that out, thanks!
I also read those recently. But also read they are not proven correct and they frequently change the codes, which are not supposed to exist anyway. Seems like an educated guess at best...
Thank you, I don't remember reading that. It was so long ago and I was just beginning to learn. Anyways, thanks.
Question about the tax aspects of stocks. I plan on putting more into SIRC with the intent of selling short term for quick gains. I know I have to pay capitol gains on stocks owned less than 1 year, but how does it work if I have been acquiring this stock for 18 months? If I buy now, and then sell some, will it sell my oldest stocks and I only pay the 15%, or is it something different? TIA
Thanks for the info. A few people I know were planning on just jumping in without doing any homework. That's not the way I operate, and was trying to give them some quick info.
Since you've been around so long, Can you give me a very brief rundown on this please. I have a few friends jumping in, and just curious where to start my DD or if it's even worth it.
I don’t believe they are talking about deleting. They are talking about starting a new one separate where the people of SIRC can talk about new stocks. That way the SIRC board stays SIRC and non cluttered, and the other board is the same people discussing new stocks. Count me in guys, I’d like to be a part of it.
“Nads” lol. Haven’t heard that in a long time. Thanks again for your thoughts.
Why does the market typically lose strength in the middle of May?
