I wholeheartedly agree with this statement and it frustrates me to see it going the way it is
I didn't start the dollar board...I don't remember whose idea it was either. It was exciting though then to see that we held a little over 20% of the float. I was holding about 670k shares at the time. I've averaged up a little since then. I bought more at $1.6 and all the way down to the .55 cent range. Haven't sold anything yet, though I often times wish I had. Hind site is 20/20 and I am not an experienced investor, just a novice that after 5 years and breaking even, finally got lucky. Patience pays and I'm in it for the long haul.
They need to PR the arbiter deal and they need to PR audit finalization and form 10 filed
I hear ya man. My wife and I were talking about the new car thing a bit back, and decided we’re just better off fixing what we got. Then my daughter and I talked about it today, the costs of these nice big trucks that are 80k…. And I realized you can almost by a house in some areas for the cost of a stupid truck. The “I wants” are a horrible thing when getting close to being rich. How many shares you holding Mike?
Calm down Mike, it's not going to happen that fast. Personally, I've been excited about this stock for years, and now that it's actually getting excited, I have no more to give. I got burnt out out the excitement factor. You know where it's going, as do I and most others who have actually looked, but it's probably going to take longer to get there that we think. Most people will interpret Q2 reports as bad, but having that new 35 Mil investment balances it out. Kind of think next week will be slow or drop even more dill they formally do a PR on Arbiter Capitol. As Massey says, Q3 will show the real revenues because of the 70 day delay for revenue reporting. So much exciting stuff to come, just don't want to see it burn out before it happens.
I don’t think we’re gonna hit .82 today Mike…
Use the link Gan provided, it is accurate.
The only reason he continued to post updates I believe, is because he had already promised so many times and people were angry and expecting a time frame. It just didn’t work out that way and turned into a disaster.
When he stated that it would be the best three months in company history, it wasn’t necessarily due to financial reasons. It was because of all the deals they were inking and things that were happening at the time.
Trap! You forgot the party next year in San Diego when they reach nasdaq….Dave’s buying the champagne!
I think that answer was a cop out, and not sure if they understood the question as it was asked.
That question is already posted
Preliminary L2 numbers sure feels like
a gap up…we will know soon enough!
MM is market maker, and MM is also market manipulator.
Definitely holding till $12 or more!
Well Timmy, look at the charts. Yes it looks bad, been dropping and dropping, but you’ve held this long waiting for a turn around. And notice the trend lines on the chart when dropping are less and less dramatic. Lots of good things going SIRCs way. Try to look on the upside.
I get what your saying, but they haven’t announced a buy back of open market shares yet...unless I’m missing something. They are only purchasing the class A preferred shares that millholland had/has.
That's a strange statement, "The price would do well to stay under $0.50 until they show they are serious about buying back shares on the open market"...please explain.
Point was how will we be affected with so many others being so affected. Less pinks to gamble your money in boxes well for SIRC me thinks.
I guess I remembered it wrong. They are not being delisted, but there will be new rules taking affect next month that will "significantly reduce" numerous non compliant stocks from trading.

Me muse, someone on Stocktwits brought up a good point. With so many stocks soon to be delisted from the otc, how do you think this may affect SIRC?
He says they should be done by end of August, middle of September at the latest, so 3-5 weeks. He is has learned from his past mistakes, then he is airing on the side of caution, and is before the end of August. But Massey and this audit/uplist have a terrible track record...so we will see. Wish I had more cash to buy more
I heard 30 days
And buying back shares!
Isn’t that just saying the acquisition by SIRC was due to be completed by July 31? There is no mention of Semper Solaris. There is no mention of acquiring an additional company aside from advanced Home pros. What am I missing?
Where did you see or read plans to acquire by July 31? Or plans at all to acquire them? They are big in San Diego, I hear their advertisements on the radio all the time.
If I had any more disposable income I would, but I’m tapped out for a while.
I was thinking 15 million or more. Reason being is they could not state income from FHP before the 10th in June. That combined with their latest acquisition, combined with an additional summer month, I think 15 sounds about right.
On Stocktwits it says it’s up 10%, but I’m looking at the other ticker I watch on Stocktwits, and that one is up 45%??, Maybe it’s an issue with ST. There is after hour trading for I think 30 minutes even on pinks, but it seems like it’s always really minor, and never quite accurate.
Anyone else notice that after hours trading has us up almost 10%. Just putting it out there.
I wonder if the grants SIRC has applied for will make any difference in SP?? Sounds they are still waiting on answers...his response was very similar to what he had stated last time.
I thought 44 was going to hold till it turned around....oh well
I can imagine, I didn’t realize the discord team was handling it. Thanks for the update.
I thought someone had mentioned they were going to type up everything that was in the Q&A...whoever that was, do you still plan on doing it?
26% profit margin per job, but still
Need to factor in all the overhead. That, and when they are subcontracting out the jobs and not doing them in-house, margins are much lower.
Sounded to me like he said $80 mil from USA solar, and FHP is going to be doing about the same right, if not more? Then we’ve got everyone else. Sounds like $150 mil is VERY conservative.
You guys know the worst thing about changing names to solarev is?
Being a solarevian doesn’t sound as cool as being a sirconian ??
open the link in incognito mode, always works for me that way.
