Everyone is stunned by the lack of price appreciation considering everything that has transpired over the last week. VPOR...the stock that defies logic...at least for now.
Agree, but the current O/S is that elephant in the room that doesn't have the sense to know that nobody wants him at the party. Dror and Yaniv will likely have the opportunity to execute tbis right as revenues increase. The only question is, will they if given that opportunity?
Now that we have talked this stock up ad nauseum, let us for a moment contemplate some possible negative scenarios, mainly for longs on the fence and for new investors to consider going forward. Here's a few thoughts of mine that might occur to derail this ride..
1. VPOR makes money, but due to the astromical O/S, investors shy away and the pps goes nowhere respectable anytime soon.
2. There is an inherent flaw in the EZ grinder causing significant disruption with resulting loss of customers and credibility.
3. VPOR makes a ton of money, but instead of sharing the wealth, the only ones who benefit are the insiders aka Terror Tech
4. The EZ grinder comes out of the gate well, but stalls after a few months due to various factors ie competition, price
5. Saving my best for last as it's unfortunately the most likely, Dror/Yaniv and company get nabbed for illegal activity by the SEC or other enforcement group with the company going down...along with shareholders that don't get out in time. Let's face it, Dror and the SEC have crossed paths before.
I'm hoping that none of these scenarios turn out to be true, but this is penny land and it's part and parcel for the space. It's been said repeatedly "know what you own". I submit to you that the person who coined that term was probably an insider. Otherwise all the DD in the world won't necessarily save you. Anyone remember Enron?? Only a few folks knew that road was ending abruptly with a cliff for the common folk.
It would take 3.5 million to buyback a billion shares at today's prices. I think it's doable to retire a billion or two providing the profits from sales allows it. I believe it would pay for itself pretty quickly.
Those that do soon will still be entering at basement prices with limited downside risk. What's not to love about that? This week should provide some clarity. I'm hoping for some numbers from Yaniv but not holding my breath considering he's a bit busy right now.
Fully agree...I think we'll pick up a few more this week.
Well, before you go take out a loan to be paid back with the millions you're going to make on VPOR, I would hold off until we start getting some numbers in from Yaniv and company. A real move in the pps needs volume and a O/S that comes back down to earth. Summertime is upon us and we all know what that means in OTC land...
That's great to hear brother!! You know, it's when the chips are down and the future looks a bit bleak is when a leader who emerges from the pack can make all the difference in the world.
Reminds me of a tune
"You can do alot in a lifetime,
If you don't burn out too fast.
You can make the most of the distance,
First you need endurance, first you have to last..."
Long UBQU
I don't post much, but I'm long UBQU with a fairly sizable position and follow the board daily. I think in the end, many of us will owe acampors a large amoubt of gratitude for the work he has done on this stock. Keep up the good work brother!!
While I agree Cash has been a huge asset to this board, I would caution against patting ourselves on the back just yet. Let's see how the rollout goes and if we get a meaningful PR this week. We also need volune to move this stock significantly...and for the shorts/MM's to stay out of the game.
Any particular reason we are down 17%??
No worries, Slow. I believe in the product wholeheartedly, or I wouldn't have dumped cash into it, but we are in pennyland, and all perceivable risks/issues must be thoroughly vetted much more so than with the big boys. The hype can be really drastic as folks are excited about the future potential of this stock. I'm one to be a skeptical optimist and will try to ask questions that I feel are important to consider. I'm not much of a chartist, so I'll leave that to others on this board. Much more of a big picture kind of fella.
I agree with you Cash and think that is a very reasonable target production.
Agree, but not everyone follows logic as you dictate it should be followed. Also, cheaper versions will be out that will be a more direct competition. That you can bank on happening. The goal is we become a household name by the time anything reasonable comes out and secure customer loyalty.
Again, you're assuming you fully understand the motives of potential customers. Some folks will start out looking at an auto grinder, but end up buying some cheap unit instead for some of the reasons I already laid out. The point here is not too argue if our product is the best in the Virgo Cluster of galaxies, but to understand that we will not capture the whole market. If the Easygrinder performs well on the initial V2 rollout, then word will spread quickly and we will be able to capture the lion's share of potential customers...hopefully. The success of this endeavour also relies heavily on our management executing as flawlessly as possible.
Until we know more about our China plant, I think it's best to assume 20-40k units/monthly until proven otherwise...unless someone has any up to date data???
Correct, but there will be a portion of folks who will settle for the inferior product for their own reasons. Maybe they want to be cheap, maybe they don't want to deal with a motor that can break, maybe they simply can't in their own heads justify the added costs. But to think that EVERYONE will go with the better, more expensive product is not logical and it sets an expectation that will never be met...get it??
We all agree here that Easygrinder is the best grinder out there, but there will be a portion of customers, albeit small, that will purchase other grinders for various reasons. Hence, they will be our competition.
Pensimple may be an inferior product, but is still a VPOR competitor. If even one person buys a Pensimple instead of an Easygrinder for whatever reason, in the case of Pensimple likely lower cost, then that is competition my friend.
I posted about the competition a couple of weeks ago and noted that while there are others out there, none seem to match the quality of Easygrinder which will be the savior for VPOR if it takes off like we all hope it does. Now, if we can just do a little something about that mind-boggling O/S...
Travyyy speaks the truth as I've known this since establishing a position, however, it would appear that our Easygrinder is the best in class...hopefully, because if not, we might be in for a rude awakening.
True, Cash is King...at least to us.
Well, I suppose before we start breaking out the champagne and looking at new Ferrari's, we should probably ascertain that information. Who's are best DD'er?
Do you mean the unaudited report from last month? Not sure I would use words like "proven" unless it was properly audited. We have also seem to have gone from 4 to 5 bilion in a short amount of time. Again, is it known how much the china plant costs and what it's max capabilities are for producing the Easygrinder on a monthly basis?
All kidding aside, Yoda, do you have any specs on the cost of the china plant (and how it was paid for...guessing huge dilution) and the capabilities for monthly unit production?
I'll give you this...you definitely have a vivid imagination, and enthusiasm. I hope you're right Yoda as it would be pretty life changing for a bunch of us. I could finally buy that gold-plated coffee table I've been eyeing for some time now.
Before you start planning to buy your beach house, it was based on 100 million in revenue...a number we at this time are very far from achieving. I would instead be thinking a few pennies (maybe) and a day at the beach...but with a nice dinner afterwards.
I just kept it very simple at a 1x valuation for illustrative purposes just to point out how damaging a massively bloated O/S can have on pps postive movement. I agree that the reality is that the stock will likely have a equally massive valuation tagged to it as per usual in MJ stock land.
Although a simple perspective leaving out the other products, to justify a pps of 0.02 based on Easygrinder revenue and based on the current O/S of 5 billion, VPOR would need to sell approximately 83k units/month at $100/unit to bring in 100 million annually. Extrapolating out, to justify 0.10 pps, they would need to bring in 500 million annually or 415,000 units monthly, and 1.00 pps, a whopping 5 billion in revenue or 4.15 million units monthly...yikes. Let's hope Dror/Yaniv have a shareholder friendly plan on dealing with the O/S, or plan on selling a boat load of these things. If my math is off, apologies in advance.
Indeed I was, but there seems to be at least some doubt regarding this product. I wouldn't think this product would need to have members trying to validate it's existence. Just an observation that I found to be concerning. Do I personally think it exists, yes, but I have voiced concerns in the past regarding this company in relations to it's share structure and leadership, in particular, Dror and his seedy past. I've said it before and it's probably worth repeating for any new members that this company will likely either shoot to the moon or crash in the upper atmosphere killing all onboard. Time will tell soon enough whether it's triumph or tragedy. I eagerly await word...
The fact that this board is constantly trying to validate the Easyginder as a real entity is a bit disturbing. Not a fan of WW, but thus far he has some valid points.
Between the shorts, MM's, massive O/S, lower volume, and a downward pressure on the MJ in general, it won't be easy to break out. There may be other factors as well that aren't as obvious. The bleeding will stop. Hopefully it's before we are drained dry and are left for dead.
Thanks...looks to be about 60k. Not the end of the world and no, the govt won't come knocking down the door and shutting the place down, but agree this should be resolved asap.
Was looking for Goild to provide the info to back up his statement regarding the tax liens so that it can be shared among the board members.
Please provide link as I did a quick search on google and only saw issues from 2014.
Just think where we would be in the near future if the O/S wasn't so massively huge. It's kinda sad that the general hope for this stock for the foreseeable future is pennies.
AFN deal is dead as of this morning
Cheers!
Would help to be "doctor approved". I'll settle for a mere 10 million shares!
If the grinder will work for pills, cleaning it should not be at all difficult. Any contamination would be from one's medicine and would be minimal if even sone diligence was used to clean the device. This is a real possiblity folks. I can't tell you how many patient's, especially kids, that have great difficulty with swallowing pills that I see on a regular basis. And then there is the Vetinarian application for our pets. Would be a modern day pill crusher.
No bubble bursting here. It's a huge potential. I haven't thought about it from that angle, so I'll have to start contemplating the possibilities and bring in some folks I know to collaborate.
