You mean this from page 9?
Additional delays in the commercial launch of the Company's diagnostic products such as those that may result from a prolongation of the COVID-19 pandemic would adversely affect our business and potentially lead to additional impairment charges in the future.
Why don't you copy and paste the areas you are talking about?
They have never had revenue from PGxPLUS.
The PGxPLUS test isn't even on their website. Prove to me that they have actually sold even one unit.
The auditor's opinion on the company has nothing to do with this specific test. The spit test sales are under Diagnostics & Therapeutics.
Snakes - why don't you supply the real info reading this test and it's performance? And no - I don't mean the 2019 PR about it.
If it's so great, where are the sales?
Still don't see any certified audit (6/30/2020). Link please.
Can't argue that
Perhaps PRED is just trying to get $5M worth out of DaBlood to get the deposit back????
I’m here as well. Have full position waiting on more positive news.
Still don't know what you are looking at. Link please
Hope you are happy you saw at 10Q. Just another shitty quarter. Expected more saliva testing revenue and profit too. NOT
Email with IR.
I prefer to admit when I am wrong.
I stand corrected. They are still fully reporting and will report today after the close unless they file an extension.
Companies, like PRED, on the grey sheets don't have to file with SEC. At this point, it is voluntary if they do it.
Most all brokerages will not allow skull and crossbones or stop sign certificates deposited into your account.
If you want to get rid of your shares, you have to put in a sell order assuming they are in your account. Otherwise, patience!!
Still a partnership with PRED last I heard a couple of months ago.
I believe their progress has been greatly slowed by COVID (like lots of other companies).
Not going to see any significant improvement in SP until we get more information from the company here. Combination of Form 10 and PRs would be ideal. I have no idea how long we are going to have to wait. Anyone have any idea?
Wondering if E Trade deciding not to allow trading of skull and crossbones is the reason for the declines to the single digits or year end tax selling.
I find it interesting that PREDs old auditors are at the top of that list!!
Good question
This company is sure worth a ton more than its $35M market cap.
ELGL owns the mining assets which are substantial.
Until they file a Form 10, not many people know what's there.
For Q4 cash based loss around $5.8M. Not bad considering the low Revenue amount. Better quarters are ahead.
Got some at 1.82
Same here
Some brokerages like Fidelity don't allow you to buy stocks on grey market.
10K delayed up to 15 days per today's filing
I think he is just kidding.
I’m hoping for 5 cents a share so I can load up!
Can’t argue that!!
I heard that "agreement" was cancelled a while back. No relationship with EWLL.
Where do you see the shares count as OTC Market's is screwed up because of the first 10Q filed for the quarter?
The decline of revenues from qtr to qtr as well as the lack of growth in iCan over the past few years (carefully read the PR on that) got me to sell this around .25. Gotta see proof before getting back into this.
Excellent letter!!
Very old news
He’s been right. He said 20 in 20. He meant 20 cents!!! He just pretends to speak for furgurson. You don’t really believe him do you. I don’t.
No tomorrow AM
Test kits in US is very old news.
Either way, I think this is a stock for next year.
I expected higher revenue (around 7M) this past quarter rather than a revenue decline. How can you lose customers that fast? The revenue line is referred to in the 10Q as totally related to insurance revenue and nothing else. Also, insurance expense should be part of cost of goods sold. Where's the 20% margin that is expected?
Also their acquisition has not grown its revenues over time even with a sales force. Something isn't right about them. They have about 20 cents operating margin but what's the total profitability/loss.
I question why MMMMM latest quarter's revenue were less than last qtr. Seems they lost customers already; at least that's how I interpret it.
Not sure or whether it is an assumption of the financing.
