I mean you have to be a bit of a dumba** to put *all your savings* in a stock run by someone as Rotund as Billyboy
Nice volume today
At .22 it’s now trading at a market cap of 0.6x revenues — only 1800% left to go until it’s at the cybersecurity industry average multiple lmao
Bring on the NASDAQ uplist + merger completion!
Someone should take it to 10 cents while it’s delisted, would probably only cost couple hundred $s
I think Rotund Rob should be featured as a Harvard Business School case study
Of how NOT to run a business lmao
Dumpydumpy
I will dump at 20-25 cents
Maybe 2025 if we're lucky
MAYBE
4 million $ for this pile of garbage???
DAMN
I need to launch an OTC ticker for myself one of these days...sure I could get it to 40 mil LMAO
Yeah at 0.0005-0.0006 pps lol
Socks are fine for a trip
Buying this in multi-penny is just dumb tho
SELLING in multi penny was fun though ahahaha
Revenue????
Socks back on Amazon??
LOL
Trips soon
This was in trips for YEARS
Only left trips because they released some bullcrap PRs about uplisting to NYSE
Ppl sure are dumb..
For the price of a nice hamburger you can increase Billyboy's paper net worth by 1 million dollars...NOW ISN'T THAT SOMETHING!
We’ll get there when we get there ya damn impatient
Like a kid “are we there yet are we there yet”
You should be glad it’s delisted, it would take more than 20$ to go up by 25% if it was trading
Lmao true LOL
I’m only here for the memes at this point ahaha
And the $$$
So what you’re saying is this won’t trade until end of May at the earliest and will settle in trips by then?
Makes sense, so what you're saying is this will head to subpenny soon?
No UATG doesn’t do brain surgery, they do fake hand surgeries - look into it
Lol….the bs runs DEEP here
Yeah just ‘updated’ the dates on his imaginary revenue projections, since it looked kinda stupid for them to say 2019, 2020, etc
Lmao
Robbie = Rotund, can’t argue with that
Keep munching those Doritos
Selly selly dilutey dilutey
What was off is Scumbra Applied Technologies temporarily leaving trips...back to another 5+ years of languishing in trips it seems, until the next round of pumping half a dozen bs acquisitions run by ol' pals Cooley, Estrada, etc starts over again
Another day, another lack of audited financials. The only thing Rotund Robbie delivers is McNuggets to his gullet
IMCI making a major cybersecurity acquisition and uplisting to NASDAQ:
https://www.goldmanresearch.com/202204061346/Opportunity-Research/imci-pending-deal-leads-to-higher-valuation-nasdaq-uplisting.html
Acquisition will bring combined revenues over 11M$, more growth + acquisitions expected once on NASDAQ
Current market cap <5M$, average cybersec industry multiple is 10x (22x upside)

Nice business plan! Random lines going up with no justification or explanation! 2022, 11 million $! 2056, 30 billion $$$! WOW! Solid stuff here
If they make 11 million dollars in 2022 and book 4 million dollars gross profit on it, I'll delete my account
UPLISTING TO NASDAQ
Or zero LMAO
Someone's gotta pay for Ol' Rotund's 3rd lunch
Obese Willie's eating habits haven't changed either tbf
Top exec at IMCI receives a New York state-level, prestigious cybersecurity award. Legit af:

Stock continues to trade at 0.5x revenues in an industry with average multiple of 10.2x (undervalued by 20-fold)
Imo further acquisitions + uplist will cause upward correction
70k$ for a high school graduate with 5 yrs experience in Oklahoma seems like a fine salary to me, tbh. It's not like the average man makes 6 figures in the US, even with inflation it's still mainly professional classes who consistently make 100k+
Another Goldman research report out, reiterates .65$ short-term target:

Heck, the acquisition price of Pratum alone was 25 cents per share. Yet here we are at 16 cents....dumb af
This will just instantly move to multi-dollars one day out of the blue, I have no idea why everyone is sleeping on this
This looks completely fake FYI, I doubt the twitter account is even affiliated with the ticker
But it's good to see scams back up and running in the OTC, I liked this place more as the Wild West!
Rotund Robbie better get those filings done soon if he wants to stay listed...
I'll check back again in another month or so. LOL!
After the Pratum acquisition, you'd need to be a special kind of numbskull not to realize that all these new 'partnerships' they've been announcing over the last couple months are prefacing more acquisitions:
Cowbell Cyber Partnership
IMCI making all the right moves to become a 250M$+ mid-market leader
The key word is collateralized, ya numbskulls, it means he used it to acquire either a business or some other assets
100% B/A spread...wow
Liquidity is getting ridiculous here. They need to be doing a much better job of PR. Revenues, products, acquisitions are all performing extremely well, but the story isn't getting out
At merely 3x revenues, this would trade at over 1$ per share - so why are we at 15 cents?
I'll admit I'm surprised that no one seems to care that they just acquired a reputable company doing 4.3M$ in revenues
Maybe as the quarterlies start reflecting this instant 60+% growth, people will start caring
