Mind linking me to the PR? I'll see what I can find out.
He needs to shutup.
What was the share structure last summer?
How would you spend the money if they have any left over?
How much revenue on the books do you guys think that we could potentially see?
Tom's books?
So what do you think of the whole office location mess of BVTK?
Some woman who claimed that she had a NDA told people to sell libe shares.
How about we be productive by creating a FAQ list, and hammer tom with it until the critics get their answers? ?
So who gave that validation?
Perhaps the technology is valued at 1.5 billion and not the company?
Either there was a deal going down, or it's because the woman caused the stock to lose 50 percent of value.
Just a bunch of BS drama that had people screaming at me,claiming that I was the woman, and had one person threaten me with a PM.
Don't let appearances fool you.
He has an office in Scottsdale.
I believe that he does have an office at Scottsdale. I looked it up and there's a techpark.
If there's a RM there HAS to be a R/S according to Dennis.
It's just one of my theories.
Well you RM instead of IPO because of less red tape.
DP will RM into something, then that merger with probably merge into BVTK.
Thoughts?
Would you guys trade a R/S for a RM?
Well the LIBE CEO was mad as a hornet the other day.
Don't get excited about a RM, it's a doozy if it were to happen by the way things sound.
First time hearing of that company.
It might be libe.
There's too much debt, and there's that lawsuit to have a RM.
There's a lot of debt, but our number one, NUMBER ONE concern should be the toxic notes that require to be paid in shares..
If we get any good news that means dilution because good news means volume to dilute.
What are your thoughts on this comment?
I don't like the Social Media post that the CEO of Dark Pulse made.
How much money would it take to get the toxic lenders to sell their notes to management to stop further conversions, and stop dilution dead in it's tracks?
The problem we have is that when we get good news, we will get volume, which means MMs dump shares onto the SS.
Tom says that the company has a credit line
hopefully we get news soon.
How much debt does the company have again? What sort of percentage of profit do you think the management will have to pay to prevent the notes from converting into shares?
Why not have tom take a loan out that uses his house as collateral?
Why can't he go down to the local credit union?
