A Spring freshining up. I wanted to update the I-box for EDEX and add more info and tie it to the Eldorado Website more.
I am open to input.
Jag, you're kidding of course! Yes, they will have a shot at being reporting and I expect it this year. It means audited financials, SEC acceptance, and lining up a MM.
You are flat wrong about the only ones who do PR it after the fact. That's a fact! "One in a million." You're acting a sad, grevious person swinging for the fences on this one.
Here is the agreement I offer: If they do, you leave this board for good, and as soon as the announcement is made. Should they not (by the end of this year) I leave.
No signing on with other names and id's, like those who were banned do. Its straight up honesty.
Deal???????
Wildcatting is for those who can handle riding bareback.
Maybe that's the problem.
That's if you could get them at .006. I had an order in all Fri. at .0007 and never got filled.
For the moment, the price is headed upward.
In this case Copley, there are no games. The MM's are not required to show any bid over 10,000.
I hope they consider that option.
All it would take is 4 or more wells a mile apart to prove and project reserves. They then can sell and EDEX hits the ground running.
Thanks 6.
Know this, I want Mesa completed. IMO it is the start of EDEX and will be the foundation block upon which this fledging company can build. Until the Mesa is completed Tom and EDEX will always be seen as questionable. Should the Mesa prove then both will be seen as heros.
Should we get lucky and strike oil in Illinois or Nebraska, great. Maybe this will help pay the bills and stop the stock bloodletting. But, to me, it all still hinges on Mesa being proven.
That's my opinion. To all, please understand, that EDEX is still a wildcat play IMO, with great risk and reward. Investors will either loose it all or receive multiple rewards from this point on should they strike oil/gas. I have place my bets eyes wide open, as should all.
Speaking of Nebraska, it has been said:
"Crude oil production for 2006 was 2,312,955 barrels or 6,337 barrels per day, a decrease of 4.2 percent from 2005 when annual production was 2,413,452 barrels or 6,612 barrels per day. More information can be found in the report Crude Oil Production by County."

Please continue down the page and check the following:
Crude Oil Production in Nebraska, 1983-2007
Table 2 of 2
Personally I want to see Mesa on the table NEXT, and I've told Tom this. As soon as the funds are in for completion, it should be done.
I'm not his spokesman but please YOU discuss this with Tony and discuss the percentage. If they are so wrong, sue them. They got money, business insurance, etc.
Oh yea, thats right, you won't.
Come on man, if you are so right, they have advertised & pr'ed it. Tony has posted it over and over. You have all the ammo you need. But, I doubt you actually believe. You could recoup all you lost or are down. But ....
Your excuses for not suing what you so blatently try to post/push/agenda about are????
Tony is living off royalties from discoveries from PIP. And you are living off, what, your disagreement of what Tony has produced?
And no, it hasn't been 100% wrong! Please review Tony's posting. You will find his answers to your misrepresentation.
Thanks for your wishes, and yes, I think I shall attempt another 250K. I appreciate the encouragement to do such.
I disagree with about everything you said.
The main point is that you are saying there in nothing at the Mesa. Did you not even bother to read what was posted about the pressures, find and payzones??????????????? Time will tell and prove you wrong.
And what specific LIE did Tom tell you. Was it actual or perceived? Is that where your reactionary posts come from?
Also, get a membership so we can take this PM as it should.
Interesting post King. Yes it would be a strange twist of fates.
Tom sold Fullencamp a 1.5% stake in Mesa. Whether it was only for the first drill or ongoing rights I don't know. But if memory serves correct it was 1.5%. Thats it. If someone wants to call them "partners," while technically true, IMO it is a serious mislabeling.
I don't think that Tom is involved w/ Fullencamp in ND at all. I really don't know for sure, but I have not heard Tom mention him in out small part out there. Fullencamp might have a play in them, but not as part of EDEX to my knowledge. You'd have to check with Tom for an official word on it.
It never fails, a PR is released and d. has to come and cry all over it.
IMO, fact is that there is much gas at Mesa. If you read the results you would know that. EDEX has gas, d has hot air and a vengeful attitude due to losing some cash. When the field is proven, and it will be, we will remind you.
I haven't lost one penny yet.
I do understand the issues.
Nervous asked the question of me the other day, you can review my post. http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=27275553
And therein is the rub.
So, what do you actually want from your discussion? Revenge?, maybe because it's obviously not facts. If indeed, its revenge, I encourage you to take that to the source, and not vent here.
If you were interested in facts, you might call Geo and find out why the roads are closed by the state.
Instead you try to argue a case which cannot be made. The fact is that neither you, me or even God will not change the decision of the great State of Illinois. You can pout about plank roads all you want, and yes they are a fine idea, but you fail to graps the issues.
Hopefully, when the roads are open, we can drill, and not before.
My obversation is that this discussion has grown VERY, VERY OLD and nothing more is gained by it for any participant, investor or the board in general. I encourage all to let this very whipped horse rest.
NP. Thanks.
Downhill, I wouldn't be soooooooo concerned about this kind of "contradiction" unless you are trying to manafacture a problem which does not exist.
My information was current when I received it. I posted 2 days later that Calvin was scheduled to leave. No problem. Current reality. But, if a very bad storm in now coming, a trip is postponed. That turned out to be the reality.
Don't make a big deal of what isn't.
Hey Dawg, I just updated the I-hub box for the shares info last week. You can check it for yourself.
I won't defend Tony in this post. That is not my purpose. I will let him speak for himself.
What I do see is this: Tony is already making a very good living off the royalites from the wells he discovered. I would add that the others making $$$ off his discoveries would NOT like to see him locked away.
And you are ????????
No assumptions about you, so I am asking about how you living off the royalites of your discoveries.
Its one thing to sit back and throw stones, its another thing for you to tell us how your discoveries have yielded.
You speak for many, many of us.
My response was general in nature and it probably would have been better to put "one" instead of "you." I'm sorry that I miscommunicated. My response was not to you, but to all.
I would hate to see you go quiet as I think you are one of the most balanced posters and have well expressed both positive and negative thoughts through this journey of EDEX.
Good post.
Reading is a key. I would also add that they type of sensors also will be another key. Tony has worked hard to produce the exact sensors he wants and that only he has. After all, he does make his own sensors to his own specs.
Better sensors will produce better raw data. Then, reading better raw data will be the next key. Lets hope that Tony can do both.
Tony's goal is to find those many thousands of reefs and peaks that seismic will not find. Yes, I agree the big ones are discovered. But there are many thousands of smaller fields yet to be discovered. It will take a new kind of bloodhound to find those. If Tony's method work, then he will establish a new method which many will copy and improve. I hope Tony does.
No disagreements there. It does work both ways and no taste test has yet produced a homerun for EDEX.
The question of why I am still long is a good/fair question. Here is what I can tell you.
1. Like him or not, Tom is still up to the plate swinging. That means a lot. Even if you despise Tom, he is still in the game. One could even say that even a blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then. It is my opinion that Tom will succeed at some point and my investment in EDEX will pay off royal. Second, that Tom’s ownership is now at 25% vs. the original 44% means a lot to me. Like him or not, like the stock structure or not, one must admit that this was, at least, a move in the right direction. He is hearing the voice of disapproval from this board.
2. I have met and spent time w/ Clayton, Tony, Calvin etc. I am impressed with all the men. They walk in integrity and all are experienced oil men. I have invested money in EDEX because of them. One particular philosophy of investing is to invest in management and I have invested in these men after spending time with them.
3. Mesa. Yes, Mesa. IMO, we have a field yet to be developed there. I personally know of an investor/oilman who will do the work and develop the field and is waiting for permission to do just that, but, GeoSurveys is the operator and I cannot rush them or make them do it on my schedule or to give away the “operator” status to another. Like it or not, I am at their timing. In addition, it will be quite difficult for Geo to tell the partners which originally invested with that that they gave away operator status. IMO, it has cost EDEX a significant amount due to their pursuing other project before finishing the Mesa. Bottom line is that IMO, the Mesa will be developed and be profitable. Should you disagree, fine. Don’t invest. Its that simple. I am in this for the long term.
4. There are still many other irons in the fire, and any of which could pay off well.
Although the shares are approaching 3 fold from my original investment, and I like most find this distasteful, it is my opinion that when EDEX does hit oil, I will still be rewarded very well in my investment. I have not lost context in investing as many do in pinksheets. For a 3 letter stock to double, it will usually take 7 to 10 years or more. IMO, in 7 to 10 years this stock will times more than double. Context, context, context....
Should it all go sour and NEVER produce and return, then I will not, like many, whine and complain. It was my choice to invest in a VERY RISKY WILDCAT PLAY and the buck stops there, no matter what excuse I may offer to try to blame others for valid or invalid reasons.
To all: Please read my disclaimer. Do your own home work, make your own decisions and take responsibility for your own actions.
There is nothing proprietary about making a cola. But try to get the right mix/formula for Coke, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper and you will find out just how proprietary it is.
Tony has figure out how to use different kinds of sensors, most of which he makes, and how to read the results. This is the significant part the proprietary part.
I hope this helps.

Great insight, thanks ragtime.
Definetly not. Dragonman is not dirt. That much I know.
OT / BTW: We have had 3 banned and several others booted off this board which the general public would not have seen unless they are on the board very frequently. This happened again this morning. We had a newby poster, 3 negative posts who turned out to be one who had been booted, who was again, one who was booted, who was one was banned. This has happened 5 times in the last 4 months. They were banned for good reason and are proving they sure have a mental issue IMO.
Hey Nervous, It was a hugh volume today.
Here is what I understand.
1. I have no idea where it is coming from.
2. The loan seller has consistently been selling 200,000 daily, (1 Million per week) for many months. I don't believe it was them. I could be wrong.
3. It might be the pr firm which Tom hired. That is a common practice to do the work while selling the shares.
Other than that, who knows.
Someone asked me about the shares which were loaned and being paid back.
To be clear here, the shares which are being sold to pay off the loan ARE NOT PERFERRED SHARES. Tom had to cash in some preferred shares first. The perferred shares then had to be converted to regular shares before they could be sold.
The shares which are being sold are regular shares and my math of 4 million to go and the timeline should be correct depending on sp.
I hope this helps with this question.
NO, and if you were a thinking person, you would realize that you do not know the start date. This makes all the difference.
At this point, an end site is visible. One can then run the numbers which is what I did.
I would be the first to admit that the end site was a number which Tom gave to me.
Info Update from my call w/ Tom.
I’ve updated the inbox to reflect the current share structure. I updated the info for the A/S and the O/S as of today as well as the number of shareholders. These were the 3 which I was able to get the specifics on.
If I understand correctly, Calvin will be leaving for Illinois tomorrow. EDEX is hoping for the drill to begin in 2 to 3 weeks.
Mesa is still on the table and plans are being made to get it done as soon as possible.
GeoSurveys is the operator on both sites so it will be one at a time on their time frame.
The shares being issued for the loan were from Tom’s personal shares and not company shares. The person holding the loan and selling the shares to get reimbursed is selling apx. 200,000 daily. This process should be finished in a month depending on the sp. IMO, this will add another 4 million shares (1 million weekly x4) by the time it is all finished. Add this amount to the 289M current and this should be about the final tally, assuming that shares are not sold for “office/payroll/etc.” As a result, Tom’s personal percentage of ownership is currently at 25%ish, down from the original 44%.
I hope some of this information is helpful to all.
Yes it is and I again am grateful for ragtime's post again explaining where the shares are coming from.
The point is for YOU to call Tom.
So??????
Dirt, do us a favor and prove it RIGHT!, don't just come here w/ theories and proudly proclaim "prove me wrong," anybody can do that.
Instead, prove yourself right.
Yes, I've done my homework.
I've talked with Geo. You obviously haven't.
You have no reason to be active on this board. Take a hint.
And no, for one moment do I believe your innocense.
IMO, you are either manipulating or psychotic/bitter cause you lost $20 and want to take it out on somebody/anybody. Either is bad.
I do expect you to pump EDEX should they strike gold.
Time will always expose the above.
This conversation is over.
Your argument is with Geosurverys, not us here. For all the effort you seem to put out, one would think that you WOULD GO TO THE SOURCE TO GET THE INFORMATION you "say" you want. But you do not go to the source. You always go elsewhere and spin it to the bad. Why is that? You still need more cheap shares you scare up? It looks that way.
Take it to them and quit bringing confusion to the board.
One well will get you proven reserves for a whole field? Get real.
Do some homework. According to the dirtdog, one well, yup, just one will give you reserves for a field 18 miles long and 5 miles wide.
Why do we even take anything serious he says?
Why does he even post? I guess he needs more cheap shares from those he can scare.
Notice: There is always a day of reckoning.
Dirt, here is a hint:
There is a difference between proving a well and proving a field. EDEX is about proving a field, not one well.
Quit confusing the issues. You have now been instructed. Get with the program.
I too have several SEC experiences!
But my experience is the opposite!!! Yes, they/many do know what is said due to insider trading, sp manipulation, etc.
These are cases with which the SEC deals and message board posts are used in cases. Oh, they do know, when they want to know or need to know!
My real point is that yours was only an opinion, and quite wrong. Your quote: The "higher ups" you speak of could care less about message boards" was only an opinion and that was all it was. An opinion, with which I personally disagree by my experience.
Thanks for the discussion.
and you know and/or can confirm your "opinion" how?
I thought your posts were fine. No need to remove IMO.
