Peeker: Crank up the Brother-in-Law effect. Ha.
Did you and I do this? Ha. eom
I really don't know what's actually happening.
I have never truly been an insider...............
You are correct that additional financing, or revenues, have to
flow to move the company forward in actuality and in the
markets eyes.
Financing......which has been ongoing if one reads the 10Qs
carefully.....denotes dilution.
Revenue is the requirement.
So we wait.
I'm also in for several hundred thousand shares....and
I'm tired of catching the falling knife by averaging down.....
so I hear ya.....loud and clear.
"I dont want to state something............
about the company and it not be true..especially here!!"
Oh, I agree.
We don't have enough volume and followers right now to really
move the stock anyway....on a rumor....best to wait and see what actually unfolds.......and then comment and reflect.
Good news on progress will be welcome.....but we have so much
"overhead" there will be lots of selling for awhile as the
stock attempts to climb.
Yeh, we're funny. However.......
People are the only way most investors find out what's really
going on.....or not going on.....
As you know, ICOR has had a couple of spectacular pump n dump
failures.....mainly because there were no real fundamentals in
play......just hype....from a lot of people who concurrently
contended ICOR "is going to take off".........therefore my
meager challenge as to what you KNOW; or are willing to hint to.
I assumed you were not a straggling lone hypster late to the party.
Ha.
Management is pretty tight lipped.......so I really don't know
of new developments.
We all know what the best of intentions are.....as reflected in the
10Q's and K's....but execution is what the market demands.
We've been held up by the EPA in moving EPEC forward and ICOR
hasn't acquired the percentage of ownership of Heros & Legends and
EPEC as early MOUs stated but actual revenue from all acquisitions will
make a big difference in where the stock heads.
Do you know the same people I know?
Give me some initials or hints for sources Peeker.......
you show me yours.......I'll show you mine. Ha.
The Govt is taking their time aren't they? eom
Anyone tracking how Sionix is doing?
Any new avenues for the MWTs?
And Tax loss selling completed. Up in 2013 eom
Re: 10Q. Watch Skineez corp performance. Growing fast. ICOR has 20-25% ownership.
Question is: What caused the unusual demand Weds?
No news. Volume jump. The smart money knows.
At least they're buying the dips at the Ask. What's up?
Maybe that's what we have this morning.
Interesting Day. Lot of sellers. Lot of Buyers.
And no Pump n Dump talk on the blogs.
You'll have to read the 10Qs and posts for full story.
Uh........I should have waited. Here's .011
Got my 155,000 today. Next week....is another week.
Time will tell.
So I guess I wasn't "saving him". Ha. eom.
I should have said: a "bid" for 1MM will pump it. eom
.011 is where the Ask will have to be to fill 1MM.
ICOR will have to sell off a bunch to get you
down there...........and then an offer for 1MM will
pump it right back up.
You'll need tremendous volume to get it done in one or
even two trades..........along with all the rest of us
trying to get in at that level.
Secondly, if ICOR sells off to .011.........there may be a
reason and one won't want to get in ...............
jmho
There are some potential solid Fundamentals in the near future.
With the EPA approve actually in hand I think the company will
gain financing for the remaining 15% of EPEC to complete the original endeavor to acquire a 20% stake.
The next 10Q report may have some positive revenue from the Skineez
acquisition.........as rumored.
The HeptoChem acquisition could easily start generating revenue from a variety of directions/sources.
The Legacy suite of companies should generate revenues within a year.
All of these should definitely bring the company up out of the pennies area it is in now.
Revenue will bring profits and upward pressure on the stock prices.
This is not a shell.
Those of us who have acquired shares in the single pennies will be greatly rewarded.
That's my story and I'm stickin to it. Ha.
You've got some long time lurkers also Jim. eom
Third parties.....who have been paid in stock. eom
Gentlmen, gentlemen. Yesterday WAS a Pump N Dump Day
And now they have "left the building"
There are probably a few P&D bagholders who bought pre open yesterday........waiting.......so sell.
But we long term holders are back to waiting on Fundamentals.
I wanted to trade the run.........but it wasn't much of a run ...
was it? The company has got to get away from spending money on
these fake P&Ds and get some business done.
Some are in at .009. We'll take the .10.
Interesting. Hopefully, positive for EPEC/ICOR. eom
The heavily invested "third parties" are sharp cookies
I know for a fact we have some solid folks in the background
funding the company.
They have much more at stake.
"Heresay" says they contend things are going to workout.......
A REIT would be quite a mission change.
I'm not that familiar with the health/medical partnership pursuits, and I don't know how those present agreements mesh with a REIT structure; unless they are all unwound or canceled.
The 2nd Qtr 10Q at ICOR does state that BPAC will be getting the tampon applicator one way or the other.
How will that asset dovetail with a REIT? You got me.
I would not be surprised if an entirely new corporation is formed to absorb the REIT OR absorb the present BPAC assets to clear the decks and such under a new name for the present BPAC corporation structure. jmho
I do know the main investor/shareholders of both companies are very close partners and communicate thoroughly on all matters.
Both companies are struggling for revenue right now so I wouldn't be surprised to see more dilution and possibly R/Splits happening in the future.
Uh......any links? eom
Alexander's letter admits MWTS- major problem eom
I agree with your product premise.
The operative word in my post is "performing".....implying revenue producing in the near future.
If the applicator still needs refinement, time, and marketing expense; then it's probably going to BPAC..........for awhile.
Maybe ICOR will "buy" it back in the future.
There are only two "controlling" shareholders in both these companies and they can work these assets any way they choose to "vote".
However, I believe they are Honest, which is very important, and very savy in the business realm.
Maybe both stocks will be decent long term holds or at least great swing trades as things improve.
I do think one will get more "attention" than the other.
jmho
Oh I'm with ya.
ICOR could use 5% of anything that's going to produce revenue.
The company needs revenue.
A biodegradeble tampon applicator/casing.
HLBC then ICOR spent two years working on the patent and "field" studies recently. No results announced.
See my previous post about suspecting BPAC is going to "inherit" some of ICOR poorer performing assets.
ICOR can still derive revenue from Epec......
but at a 5% ownership instead of 20%, it won't be as much.
If ICOR has to wait to increase it's ownership after Epec shows more
potential .......then the cost of acquisition will increase also.
And around and around..................
Is the selling today MWTS related? eom
Paul: See my post #373 about the EPEC payments question.
Another pretty important 10Q statement is:
8,000,000 of the 20,000,000 shares of Epec were issued to the Company and the balance of 12,000,000 shares will be issued upon payment of the $600,000 described immediately above;
The Company has not made the $600,000 payment and is not in compliance with the investment agreement. However, Epec has not issued the Company a formal notice of default; and
So.......the company basically has completed 20% of it's intended 20%
acquisition of EPEC.
I'm not sure where the 600 grand is going to come from.
I do not want to imagine what level of Dilution would have to be
generated to sell $600,000 worth of shares at the present $.01-.015
I don't like the continuing Selling at the Bid
And the tape painting on the Ask is weak.
Who wants out?.......at these penny levels?
I will admit, this area would be buying the dips......as I've been posting for weeks.......but this is a little strong on the "dip"
I'd like some more information........
and then.......buy em big.....if the story is still sound.
imo.
Selling on the Bid uptick. So much "overhead". eom
