I have a feeling you all will be happy as clams, out of EM and profiting next year. Its all about keeping your chins up in those rough times.
I know our market maker will see us throughout. Let's rock and roll.
I'm a ihubber for life so take this with all due respect but we need change. I think making this a strict cosmetic change will just confuse. If we are looking at the next level of stock platform we need to adapt to what people want. We need more power for what matters, the users and the stocks. ADVFN can make so much money if they become a new SHERIFF in this wild wild wild west.
They gonna RS with Sbarra owning 500k in debt? We gonna see them let him slam us into smithereens here before they RS? Small timers aint got much of a chance anymore lol, gotta sell your soul and follow the leader around here.
Ouch someone popped us right in the mouth there.
Zero tolerance is the same thing Z, just given much more power. The idea of any stock is going up or down, owning it for wealth or betting against it. There is nothing else, don't let it become some big battlefield. If you attack my character it is removed, if you attack my trading strategy or history it is fine.
Why not just have it based on vulgar personal attacks. I mean that as just cursing someone or attacking one's personal character. Fine to say I cannot trade or I am a pumper or basher because that is all based on market lingo or market culture. I call someone stupid or fat, or blah blah but it's just an outright attack outside of market talk that should be removed. If someone wants to blab about lotto numbers on a stock board, ignore them or don't read their posts.
VGLS think about this... Go all in on parachute pants.. market them again. Let me know what you all think.
You know ATWT is giving up all old assets: Safebus, Alabama and even the patent?
New CEO put out news on just IHB saying Reverse Split for uplist, heard that a million times.
I have been in some shitters and something is different here imo. Use your own best judgment but I would try 2 hold some thru the rs.
I bet insiders have been snatching up shares for awhile now. There wont be much pressure going down and as we see now, resistance going up is thin as it comes.
I did not think they needed one but good call on the reverse split.
Now I believe the deal. I know if I was bringing my assets to past shareholders, I would reverse also. Give and take, let's see where we end up.
CNNA does not deserve the type of shareholder support they have here, get your shit together and let them out.
I see Wiley common shares are contested by the company? I took my daughter to the beach today and about to wrap up our vacation but will go over the info tomorrow morning. Very curious what is actually up here.
Haters or lovers aside, good to see them included. Like the cash surplus but I don't see any preferred issued recently so am curious why not? Are they exchanging Wiley preferred or have they?
Let's finish up this deal, not many shares left on the table 2 grab.
Expert market until a real operation takes control. Will be a banger when it happens.
Hope for the best but expect the worst. Won't cut as deep but be so worth it if they succeed.
I believe they would need to file a supplemental disclosure for the change of control also.
Gonna be next year before deal is final at this pace. What's up?
Not under atwt but they could include the year or quarter ending numbers for birch. I don't think the deal is finalized yet, so claiming any numbers would be impossible.
I think it would be neat if when a user chooses a sentiment, overtime their SENTIMENT history would give them either bullish horns icon or a bears face icon. It could be based on length of account and overall sentiment choices, slowly growing from nubs for horns for bulls to cubs etc for bears.. Think it would be entertaining to see the progression or regression and would also indicate a users overall stance.
I am going to break down how a sec investigation works. They investigate and take you to court. You need a TED TALK for that?
They would pay to access the stocks hub. It is two ideas in one, a interactive forum with up to date stock information. OTCM is a conduit for alternate reporting, ihub can be a one stop shop for both user and company.
Right, let's read something from May of 2023 and disregard the closing of the same case in May 2024. Stellar logic there buddy.
Regulatory standpoint? You are putting a negative spin on this for no reason, all info would be similar to what is avaliable at otcm. Where they charge for everything. Same as commenting on social media so no difference so jot sure what regulatory standpoint might be crossed.
You had a perfect spot for a Only Fans innuendo lol. It wouldn't matter because that's not even something they should have control of, that could be deemed stock manipulation so that would be easily turned away.
I understand that but that does not mean they could not answer questions or give information to streamline the information gathering.
Case is closed as of May this year, with a default judgement against the defendants.
That's what users posts are for. You can post about 13 year old info and people can decide if it matters. IHB needs content and interaction, needs to be paid by everyone utilizing it. Letting tickers bring content would have people checking each morning, waiting to interact about new info. Let's investors know what is actually current in the direction instead of piece mealing it by disclosures or prs.
I never said 13 year old info did not matter. The boards outside of posting should not be modded or controlled by users. They have biased views that are never on the same page as the company. Relevant info like share count, disclosure access, company profile and social etc will be templated and company would need to fill it out. Make them pay to have company intro videos, CEO welcomes etc. Have level 2 if you pay. Have this and that if you pay. The board is about the stock and company it represents, it should not matter what any opinion is when it comes to this. Each ticker would need to come to IHB and pay them for continued access to their hub, can even post real time that they filed disclosures. We need to separate the idea of users controlling the stocks presence on here and make the tickers pay while the users interact with that and each other about the info.
You are missing the idea of these boards imo. All stocks and its companies will by nature, be positive or bullish. They will not control narrative or posts at the boards but only they or their proxy can stylize or deliver different content on the board outside of posting. I do not want to see some wacko pumper or basher posting 5 year old info, or coloring the intro red block lettering etc. Whatever the company portrays should be judged by the community via posting. Any due diligence the same way, no user should be able push any biased opinion via the board outside of posts.
I like that idea of a wiki type layout. It would be nice instead of going to point A point B point C, come to the hub and can be linked to wherever. I have tons of ideas for this site man haha, it deserves to be paid imo. Each ticker is like its own little economy. Each board can be designed where its like entering a store, where the user can even have access to offerings that are available to invest in. So much can be done.... All centralized @ the hub, it could be all monetized on IHBS end, giving stocks/investors an advantage for the instant access and personalized content only the company can control and deliver through its board.
As for posting rules, I could care less what people say about me. I do think personal attacks should be removed but letting anyone submit a review is too intrusive. Ive always liked a personal filter system where I can enter words that IHUB automatically turns into ***** so I dont even need to read them. That way the only person that controls my word filter is me and I only can see it. Flagrant posting though should be dealt with harshly, let the admins decide that route.
Meant to say Twitter has sketchy info
IHUB, investment hub, should be just that. All information routed through these boards. Give tickers power, give users power. Who cares if you want to expose scams or pump stocks, let the stock and its boards be ABOUT THE STOCK. Let the company pay IHUB to bring its info here. IHUB can tap so much revenue with each ticker, like shopping carts each month etc. You want level 2, well pay 750 a month. You want ceo access, another 500. Twitter you can sketchy info and twits is just awful.
It's about content and interaction. What you all have seen in the otc I can understand being skeptical but if it's real and verified, it should be heard. Let young people be able to find ways to create generational wealth again is my point of view.
I disagree, financial statements are bound to a certain format and limit of what it can portray. Intro boards can be used as a way to point to proper relevant info, also share counts and social media contacts. I think what IHUB has over the rest is the way information or content can be displayed. It feels more real. They need to push the idea of centralized content through this website, make companies pay for extra privileges. Imagine ihub letting companies using the stock board itself to give out live streaming interviews with ceos etc. All premium content from both sides, ticker paying and users paying for premium accounts to access. This would force all tickers to slowly adapt, I go to one ticker that has easy to access paid content, with direct ceo interviews etc while scam crap ticker is pretty much vanilla in content.
