I don't think they would have keep the stock this long seeing that there were some very good opportunities to sell at .03
and .04 earlier in the year.
Thanks for the links.
know when to hold and fold fulio!
They slapped the sh*t out of that big chuck NITE had on the ask!
That's could be one out of many reasons...
I see that, great!
I am still here too, I got 50% long at .02 when it was trending and now another 50% at the low .0102.
305k w .01 on the ask
Oh, that's on the bid.
2.5 M on ask
Okay, that's clear now.
Yep, we know, the stocks been going down. Doesn't mean we should drown in shallow water..., get back in and buy again. Work it!
That's always the case.
Shakeout candle... that's all. Don't get manipulated.
Don't be surprised when MM do what their suppose to do.

I just bought another 50k block at .0102 just for the day.
Is it the general consensus among us traders holding long positions with DCTH to sell before the r/s?
High at whatever scale..., price just needs to put distance as the dust settles after the r/s.
If they can only offer convertibles note products for financing, I would see it as another "sign post" in the road up ahead into the Delcath system.
on the flip side of that, a lot of shorts will buy high and clean up after the r/s and price grinds south.
If you don't think DCTH is closing it's doors, than It's a great buy in for long. That simple.
Woops wrong board!

I must of missed checking the 'ask' on the monitor at that time, I guess I missed that opportunity.
Oh, okay because I thought you implied in your post that you picked more up at .0115. My bad, I thought, at the time, the ask was at .013
No, I am agreeing with you. They should have expected a spike in price. I did.
I was hoping to pick some more up at that price but the ask was at .013
And rightfully so..., I thought there would be a spike to at least .016 at least after the soft launch.
Maybe because of all the bad news in Vegas.
People are glued to the TV right now.
Back to yesterdays close, how would L2 help in finding out if stock will continue to go down from here?
Yep, that's definitely a good motive to keep prices low and should not be overlooked..., you presented that well.
I thought the 'Terms' were more boilerplate, but you're right, besides the company probably somehow owns those notes anyway. Retail's a biOche!
Your lips to Gods ears however, what if or better yet, why would any investor consider the worse(r) deal and renegotiate from convertibles to warrants?
What's the regulation/procedure that "Convertible" note holders have to follow when they decide when to cash in their position at such discount... I mean zero from zero !?
Don't they first have to announce to the SEC that they're issuing "Convertibles" and yep that would be a sign for the worst or...?
What's different is this r/s is not to maintain NASDAQ a rating.
You wouldn't hit the gas with only an ounce of fuel? Unless..., anybody?
Smells like mint, government.
That's what I am thinking.
