Bought FIT at $12.10 this morning
PFE- The board of directors of Pfizer Inc. today declared a 30-cent third-quarter 2016 dividend on the company’s common stock, payable September 1, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 5, 2016. The third-quarter 2016 cash dividend will be the 311th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Pfizer.
I was looking at that $12.00ish area as a possible entry. I'm heading out of town later today for the weekend. I'll look hard at it next week.

Ashford Hospitality Prime, Inc. (AHP) -NYSE
14.97 Up 3.65(32.24%) 11:31AM EDT
Ashford Hospitality Prime, a U.S hotel owner that has been under pressure by activist investors, received an unsolicited offer from the Weisman Group to buy the company for about $1.48 billion, including debt.
Weisman made the offer in a letter Tuesday to Monty Bennett, chief executive officer of Ashford Hospitality, according to a regulatory filing Wednesday. Weisman would pay $20.25 a share in cash for the common shares and about $25 per share for preferred stock, for a total equity value of about $735 million.
The price for the common shares is 79 percent more than Tuesday’s closing price of $11.32. Ashford said in a statement Wednesday that it will carefully review the proposal.
Weisman had a 4.9 percent stake in Ashford Hospitality as of April 21, according to Bloomberg data. At least two other top ten holders support the bid, according to people with knowledge of the matter, who asked not to be named because it is private.

Stung by losses in Obamacare's first years, big health plans are looking for premium boosts of 20% or more in states like New York, Pennsylvania, and Georgia, and by more than 10% in places like Florida and Maryland. Among those published so far, only in Vermont do insurers' requests not hit the 10% level. Proposals, of course, need to be approved by state regulators. In addition to higher than expected costs and a population of new signups skewing to the less healthy end, 2017 marks the year when some programs designed to cushion insurers' losses come to an end. While some state insurance commissioners are talking a tough game in regard to approving the requests, others say they are unable to deny the increases where an insurer has shown need, and they are required by law to ensure plans have enough funds to pay out claims.

Coca-Cola FEMSA has suspended all production in Venezuela because of a sugar shortage, the Mexican beverage multinational said in a statement.
The company, the largest Coke ( KO -0.15% ) bottler in the world, told workers sugar supplies were too low and that the problem could persist for months, according to several media reports. Coca-Cola FEMSA, which operates across Latin American, said 90% of its products require sugar. At the same time, the company said that while it was closing its central office in Venezuela, it was not exiting the country.
Last month, Polar Group, Venezuela’s largest food and beverage company and biggest private company overall, said it would suspend production of beer and other malt beverages because of a lack of barley.
The suspension comes as Venezuela’s economy appears to be teetering on the brink of collapse. Earlier this week, President Nicolas Maduro repeated his threat to seize closed factories and nationalize them. And Reuters reported water levels have dropped close to a critical low in Venezuela’s main dam and hydroelectric plant, which provides the majority of the country’s electricity, leading the government to ration water. The oil-producing country’s economy is struggling to contend with low energy prices.
But currency controls and often erratic behavior by the Venezuelan government have long been an impediment to many Western consumer and packaged goods companies operating in the nation, which was once one of the richest countries in Latin America. Two years ago, Clorox ( CLX -0.86% ) exited the market, while Avon Products ( AV 1.19% ) scaled back operations.
