Probably not. But he should.
Of course not. But that is exactly why he should do it.
I think that Goodman should declare a divvy. completely legimize himself and his company. I think a lot of the people who are using his platform would buy the stock if they knew a divvy was being paid..loyalty.
I think the RS makes sense. The standard P/E is 15x. The one hundred moves the decimal over to the left 2. Wallah.
When the dust settles the pps will be 15x the last earnings per share as shown in the cash flow statement on the last q.
It accomplshes many things. It makes the pps for exchange listing closer. It makes analyzing the financials much easier. It cleans up a dividend declaration.
I would like the company to declare a 20% of cash gains each quarter as a divvy. Last q put to an after RS would be a cash gain of .052 per share. So a .01 divvy would allow the company to build cash but also begin returns to shareholders. Think we could do that right now.
pps is right on track. After the 1:150 the earnings per share on the last q cash flow is .052. After the 1:150 the pps of .005 is .75. So .75/.052 = 15x P/E. I think that is why they selected 150 for the rs. Puts it right in the groove where people can understand it and the pps is higher for listing on an exchange.
The number on the q look great and if the 40 new accounts are online the next q will be even bigger.
Say by the end the next year the company is earning 10 million a year. The would be about .50 per share at 15x = 7.50 pps.
Earnings last quarter in cash was right at 1 million, so divide by the 19 milly after rs. 1/19 =.052 per share.
Stock was at around .005 when rs announced, so x 150 = .75 per share
A healthy and standard P/E is 15, so .75/.052 = 15.
Makes a lot of sense to get the the price up and show the earnings per share at a healthy rate and aligning with a customary P/E.
I went back and looked at the last q. They paid a off a $865,000 long term debt with money generated out of just that quarter.
Without that one time payment they would have generated around 1 million in CASH just last quarter.
So it follows that just at the same level of revenues and expenses and after the RS the company will generate cash of
1,000,000/19,000,000 =.052 cents per share each quarter.
Then add the growth of the 25 and 40 new accounts.
Makes sense that is how they arrived at the 150 rs. That would make a share at .005 at .75 pps. That would be a 15/1 P/E.
Depends on the next fin. Goodman knows more than we do. All of his compensation is tied to the stock performance..and we are aligned to him one to one. If he is cutting us..he is cutting himself.
If the stock price at the rs is .005 x 150 = .75 cents.
Blowout 10q will push it up high enough to make an exchange.
Needs to follow up with some news
What is important is the performance of the company. The lowering of the AS is key to me. It means IMO that he is accelerating listing on an exchange.. awesome signal IMO.
Remember it lowers their shares as well. So what is good for them is good for us. I hope.
Many are going to bail today so there may be some opportunity to buy on the dip.
Why all the piss and vinegar? The company posting a profit.
Lots of companies jumping on the hand sanitizer.
Looks like the economy is going to reopen. As long as everyone wears a mask no reason not to get back to near normal.
Share count looks good and the product has a niche market angle. Have some balls in investing. Sure it could go south but it could also go north.
Good products.. starts there. They have decent fins. Why would he not follow through?
Didn't think it is that bad. Seems like they have a lot going on.
Form T premarket buys. Good I believe.
I googled form T: Investor sometimes can tell if a Form T transaction is by a buyer or seller by looking at the price the trades were entered at. If entered at the lower end of the day's range and the shares were under pressure, it's likely a seller. If entered at the high end of the range, and shares were surging, it's likely from a buyer.
I checked the ihub trades log today and found about 3/4 million shares bought just before the bell around.005. Most likely a buyer.
Not sure if it means anything at all but I like to learn things and found this interesting.
Seeing a big increase in traffic in my town today. Demand has to be going up.
Thanks. Made a nice chunk on Kona Gold but I like this one now. That Tejas store deal sounds good.
I think they put out something every 2 weeks or so.
Yes. But the conversions went to Goodman. He has over a billion shares. He could return 900 million shares to treasury and the share price would rise accordingly. that is good for meeting guidelines for a major exchange.
Next conference call this will be my question.
I agree. The management gave themselves so many shares that it dilutes us. It doesn't make much sense for them. Less overall shares is better them and for all of us.
I guess their plan is to acquire some new properties with the cash they have and that additional revenues and profit grows it into the shares.
No I'm not aware so I thank you for the explanation.
Hopefully my investment here works out.
if the Gilead news is as good as it seems then we will be back to normal a lot faster..and oil demand will rise accordingly.
CNBC just reported that Netflix streaming has almost doubled during the stay at home of Coronavirus. Not pumping but it stands to reason that online gaming has increased as well.
Sold out on the spike during premarket. Took my loss and go on to the next one. ATOS has a wonderful idea with the endoxifin but I doubt it ever comes to fruition. Been at it for a while and I just don't see the market clamoring for it.
Good luck with the coronavirus..but combining drugs again..same plot as with the breast cancer story.
Wish every one luck.
Bought in. The Rutgers saliva corona test could change evdrything for the better. Demand may spike if the economy kicks back faster.
The company seems to put out a pr every week or sometimes 2. I understand your enthusiasm for this company. I share it and am locked and loaded up.
But you are overdoing it. Just saying.
Of course the pps will go down a little. Seasoned investors will see it isn't running so they will bid sit to try and get in lower. I think that is whats happening at this juncture. Hope Goodman puts out the sales numbers soon. He has been putting out the q's in about 40 days..which is pretty dang good compared to most companies.
Doing a lot of things right from what I see.
Rog
Thanks
Hmm. I read it to say that they were looking to acquire some businesses to have under their umbrella..and that they had the cash to do it without financing. The broadcasted poker games was one. Am I reading it right?
Nothing better than organic growth. I am all for acquisitions if you can get them at a very low price. And just as important is not having to finance them.
Very exciting times. Just told my son about it and he is looking into it. I am locked and loaded.
If the company is flowing lots of cash a reverse split helps..not hurt the stockholders. But thanks for taking the adverse side..that makes markets!
Good PR IMO. Still confident of adding 40 more in April and also still taking applications for even more licensees.
Accretive..I looked it up..means gradual external growth. Says to me he isn't just sitting around. Has the means and momentum to get in on some other lucrative areas as well.
Looking to grow the business into the share structure..well on the way.
Can't find it there either.
What iws the title of the article..could not find it on the first 4 pages.
Go Gators!
They most likely will pr when the 40 new customers are up and running.
I would love for them to put out monthly revenue numbers.
Wow. That is awesome that they were able to avoid a big problem. We need to talk to them. Still though the people coming in could be a problem spreading it again.
They just had the ceo of MGM on CNBC. They have reopened Macau but won't reopen in the USA or anywhere else through April.
I debated with myself of buying the entire 5 milly. So I just nibbled.
I went ahead and bought 100,000 more.
Yes. The revenue arc is incredible. Just added 24 and 40 expected in April with "significant " revenue increases over that.
The only thing I see that gives pause is the number of shares. But over the weekend we were talking and it seems the people receiving the options are the programmers and coders who are developing and troubleshooting the proprietary platforms.
So the stock options are accounted as cost of goods sold. The options vest over 3 years so the consultants must stay for 3 years to get fully vested. Also they have huge incentive to make the company huge..there take depends on it.
