Your post is all fluff
Not that simple. We are sitting in a potential goldmine with RadioGel. That is where the value is. That is why I am here. And if/when we submit the IDE there are hundreds if not thousands of new investors that will jump in here and send share price on a rocket upwards.
Glad you are happy with all of the IsoPet work being done. As of now, nobody on this board and the company has not shown me 1 single piece of evidence as to why a shareholder should be happy with all the effort being poured into IsoPet.
Some investors can't jump up and down when a money losing aspect of the business seems to take up too much of the company's time.
Again...if anyone can convince me that IsoPet is worthwhile right now, I am all ears.
So in other words because we don't jump up and down every time the share price goes up 5% or the company pushes out another Tweet about IsoPet like you and your cheerleading friends you can't stand what we say...that is what it boils down to.
Facts don't care about feelings. I am holding my shares long, but I am frustrated with how long this process is taking and how much time and energy the company is spending on IsoPet. You may disagree...fine! Show me where IsoPet is doing anything positive for the company or shareholders now. Sure, in the past data was used to move human side forward but once they changed the formula the FDA required the rabbit tests.
It loses money...so why are they focused on it? Have they shown anyone a plan for IsoPet to make RDGL profitable? No! Why do you and the others feel so excited with every IsoPet post?
Please make it make sense for the company and for shareholders. I am all ears 👂
And they will not respond because when adults act like children, they call names and run away when confronted. Sad but true.
None of us are bashing the technology, we all know it works and has great potential. We do bash needless cheerleading posts and the company's foolish focus on IsoPet.
It is what it is...🤷🏻♂️
I am also here to make money. #soon
Now your retorts are proven to be worthless. The math speaks for itself as someone else did the calcs. For any new investors here, just note that although many here call us names....we speak facts. Facts the cheerleaders don't like to hear. And mostly, we post these facts in response to nonsensical cheerleading that NEEDS to be countered so the board has some semblance of balance.
Having said all of that we are on the IDE path and we SHOULD get approval eventually...the timeline has been dragging for years and so the share price reflects that fact. Nobody knows when all of our testing will be completed and when the next meeting with the FDA is. Will the next meeting result in more testing or the FDA telling RDGL to submit the IDE? That is the primary question and we ate all in the dark.
No way they can raise that kind of cash now, nor should they. It is simple math - see how many shares at 8 cents they would have to sell to raise even half that - shareholders would be wiped out. Doesn't matter. Nobody will be giving this company real money until IDE is approved.
As long as soon enough is 4-12 months away....
Share price (market) says its the same ol same ol...
Now that would be sweet!
Without diluting is a trick imo...
If that were true the announcement would have had a date for completion of all outstanding action items and they would say they are scheduling the final meeting with the FDA. OR??
I'm waiting to see how low it drops. Who knows, they might dilute shareholders more by the time the next set of fins comes out
Looks to me like some people got their tax returns money and have been buying shares. This will die down and low 5s will return in the coming days and weeks.
Will happen if they announce good news on IDE. If not, no way José
My understanding is the financial audit of ReachOut must be filed with SEC 1st, then the ticker can be changed.
I agree with Skynet...the audit process could take a while longer and I'm sure longer than new shareholders would like. All will be clear over time.
If they don't dilute shareholders too much in this transition, we should be able to make some money here after ticker changes. And the lower the share price goes, the more shares you can get for the same amount of money.
All imo
The longer it takes to change the ticker, the lower the price will drop, imo. I might buy some shares if it drops below 4 cents.
On what planet? If that were true, even a tiny bit, our share price would be 25 cents right now.
Wouldn't that be nice?! I would LOVE that to happen SOON. Time will tell...
He is speculating....on the rosey side of things.
On all of them? At the same time? I doubt it
That response doesn't make sense.
Post IDE submission. This is an FDA play
Appreciate your post! That is all a fair assessment
Luck does play a part. I wasn't aware of the company when Longhorn bought most of his shares at sub 4 cent levels.
You are one of the lucky few who have not only such a sizable position but also, and critically, a very low cost average.
Never said anyone should.
I'll tell you what IS on my mind...cost average 9 cents, current share price 5 cents.
I'm holding onto my shares praying RDGL can get IDE this year.
This...again?! 🤦🏻♂️
Fair
The market is telling all new investors to be cautious if you are going to invest here. The IDE process is taking too long, hence the low share price.
It is fine to listen to all of the cheerleading how great this company and CEO is, but that listening should be in conjunction with looking at the other side. SC8 and myself try to keep some balance on the board.
THE SHARE PRICE SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. For every wonderful post on this board that is factual, there is an equal and opposite fact, sadly many who post (cheerlead) here frequently cannot handle the opposing facts.
Mayo Clinic is involved with RadioGel. John's Hopkins is involved with IsoPet.
He probably is working 24/7...but spends too much time (any) on IsoPet. Focus should 100% be on submitting IDE.
So educate the board on why so many people in this board are excited about IsoPet. So far, it doesn't generate any revenues and costs the company time and money.
Investing here is 100% an FDA play. And the longer it takes to get IDE approval the lower the share price will be. Look at the chart and you will see the truth of what I say.
This is true...all of these recent moves point to extreme confidence by management that they will be successful in getting IDE approval from FDA. Depending on how low share price drops before next positive announcement on IDE, I might buy another couple hundred thousand shares.
I did. It was a great listen. Hopefully this ticker can reach dollar land without a reverse split
I have some problems with him...but he isn't posting old known material ad nauseum on this board.
Exactly...so frustrating to see these repeat posts over and over.
I can see why you expect little to no share price increase with the filing if that is true.
That is possible. But it sounds like the new company not only has revenue but also has profit.
