No question that it is in the works...I'm just looking for confirmation that it has been finalized and signed.
There is def a deal in the works
Would be nice to get confirmation that the deal has been consummated.
Thank you
How's the L2 looking?
My take...please take it for it's worth...
GACP has been working with USRM for sometime now, helping with financing and allowing US Stem to do their thing...
When the IND was reinstated, and formally kicked off again, GACP met with US Stem to discuss. After review, it was the right time to double down and provide USRM with additional funds (Up to $5M) to help get this across the finish line.
I'd bet my bottom dollar that if a group approached my company with an offer to dump $5M in the pot, I would get all their questions answered and get the deal done. GACP wouldn't double down if they didn't feel as though it was a healthy investment for their group to make.
End of May for RMAT Verdict at the latest y'all. Smart money makes money. Follow it.
Correct, when the IND was reinstated, the 60 clock was reset. This puts a verdict arrival date around the end of May, but could very well come sooner ie UP TO 60 days.
FDA has been looking at this since Jan 27. They have a good idea of what they're dealing with. Just needed to formally reinstate and kick in to high gear.
Can't argue with that statement. Believe me, I'm with you.
Before that statement they qualified that US Stem Cell is operating within the regulatory time line though. I read that as though they are within the 60 day time frame currently and have been since the IND was reinstated.
Well said! Couldn't agree more!
What these guys are trying to do is not easy, that's why no other company bigger than them has done it already. Patience will be rewarded!
To me, this company is making a concerted effort to be transparent and keep their shareholders in the loop. We now have a understanding of what to expect moving forward and although it may not be the news everyone wanted to hear, it does show that we're still in the running for RMAT and they're doing everything they can to appease the powers at the FDA in a timely manner.
Yes they did, the applied on Jan 27th. However, they had to get the IND reinstated due to the additional information request.
In late March, the FDA requested additional information in order to reinstate our IND (MARVEL trial)—which has been reinstated to active status. Please note that each time more information is requested, the 60-day timeline resets and the FDA is afforded additional regulatory processing time. Currently, U.S. Stem Cell, Inc. is operating within the regulatory timeline and is actively working with the FDA to quickly and effectively fulfill requests for supplementary materials.
So I read this as the 60 day time frame was reset when the FDA reinstated the IND Marvel Trial. I think we have until the end of May. However, they've been looking at this thing since Jan 27th so it very well could be sooner. UP TO 60 days
Exactly, they want this as much if not more than we do. Huge economic driver for their city as well as the State.
Just a little ways out from a closing stand point, but the events that happen between now and then will help us keep climbing.
Based off the 8K released today, it looks like we will be on the hook to see if MMEX closes on the subject site on or before 8/19/2017. I would be shocked if they decide to close early, but if the DD comes back clean and CP's can be waived prior, it could happen. From a real estate point of view, that is free time for them to examine every aspect of the property that they choose. Additionally, due diligence scope is not limited to phase 1, phase 2 (if required), geotechnical analysis, and likely 2 to 3 rounds of review from the governing jurisdiction to approve/comment on pre-lim plans. My guess is the City of Fort Stockton is begging for this to happen and the economic development council will be in full support, so I don't foresee any hiccups there. It will be expedited greatly, as I'm guessing the next biggest project is a Dairy Queen or 7-Eleven up for development.
Additionally, if this is raw farm land, it is highly unlikely that there is any existing contamination unless some farmers buried a bunch of old gas tanks in the middle of the parcel.
Let's see a strong PR or that valuation and we could ride this through the summer and get us to the close date on the property. After that, it's anyone guess what happens, but my money bets its positive.
Very well said. Thank you for this
Investing in USRM for dummies... I love it dude! Although I do think it could take some more time to get the almighty RMAT approval.
Great post!
Welcome back bro! Stretch it out and loosen up. Need your services this week!
Why are we still talking about the blinded patient lawsuits? Completely irrelevant to the RMAT pursuit for Myocell. The lawsuits has been settled.
Not focusing on vision at this point...
Give us something worth talking about as it relates to what we're investing in...RMAT approval for Myocell. That means related to the Heart, not the eyes.
I love everything about this post.
No better way to kick off Easter than with a super bear dick punch! Have a great weekend all! Great day today.
Happy Easter
Very strong team we have here. Quality all around. Can we see a .105+ close today?? How's that L2 looking?
Let's see .010! Then onto the next!
Awesome news! That's a huge vote of confidence
Hmmm...I think I have the most basic E*TRADE cash account. Whatever, it's getting the job done
That's weird. ETrade let me set mine to $10 haha
I think I follow what you're saying...
Regardless, I'm painfully optimistic about this. To the point that I'll take my losses before I give up. Just wanted to gauge the temperature of the board. But point taken, I'll avoid what ifs from now on, even if I feel like they could be a relevant scenario.
My thoughts exactly...just trying to gauge the reaction of the stock price if news of that nature were to be released. All opinions welcome.
I'm not trying to rain on anyone's parade. I've been here for a while and have been/will continue to hold out for news...
Just curious about the climate if somehow we all misinterpreted the info and this thing hit a delay
Playing Devil's Advocate here...if US Stem made a formal announcement that for some reason the clock reset and it could be a max 60 additional days from reactivation, what would y'all think?
Where do the reactivation status come into play here?
@Brent_Whiteside
Just asked for documentation supporting his claim.
Just posted on twitter...anyone have any insight?
$usrm The reactivation news isn't good because to reactivate a 10 year old trial it will take minimum 18 months to sort out two things.
Just emailed Mr. Tomas to see if he could shed any light on the situation at hand. Praying for a response of any kind.
Still Long and Still Strong.
No shame in that. We're all here to make money. Enjoyed your comments about punching bears in the dick when times were good haha.
Still long and still strong $USRM
Nice, I grabbed some more as well. Didn't think we'd see this kind of buying opportunity again but hey, might as well capitalize.
Tell tale sign of what? Genuinely curious. Learning every day here
Nothing is dead. RMAT is alive and well. It's called intraday trading. A few cents in flux is nothing to the long term.
Who gave what 70%??
Flat is one way to look at it.
SOLID would be my choice, but that's just me.
I doubt you can find a stronger investor base in any OTC stock than the folks we have here in USRM.
