There is no way of knowing but NXEN has a ton of potential and though we are not getting updates from management every week I do feel they have been consistent about updating us as progress is made.
On another note I was watching Fox Business at market open and they were discussing pot stocks and both analyst said they were buyers. The host asked about the moral side of things and one of the analysts rebutted beautifully essentially saying that with the opioid and other health issues MMJ is able to treat that it would be immoral not to support investment into the field.
In short I think the tides will quickly turn for MMJ in the US now that Sessions is out and with NXEN joining the CSX we will catch a bump from that and I could see another bump this summer if the US review legalization which I believe is likely to happen. With this leadership team and patent pending research NXEN should stand out above most to funds.
hate to say it....Could be Friedman to cover expenses. I'm still buying for now. She will run... I'm glad to have shares out there even though it's this low because when it goes it's going to be locked up to much higher prices.
up to nearly 200k shares now... still accumulating.
Lets hope we get some good news soon. Santa need to bring me a Lambo. jk... but wouldnt' it be nice.
Yeah I transferred to fidelity. ... all i can say is we originally had a disagreement after they told me I could then out of the blue (due to delays on their end told me I couldn't) I was not happy.
So here is what I think happened. The large amount of PP shares were released over the last couple weeks. The run up was someone buying a small amount to move the PPS up then they gained their PP shares as did others... when the share price dipped below 56 cents the market cap was so low that PP shareholders could not continue to transfer their shares in. (I got stuck)... the other day when the share price climbed and closed at 57 cents it raised the market cap high enough to transfer shares. I was able to get mine through the next morning. That said... new amount of PP shares available that were bought at 13 cents. So I suspect someone is taking nice profits right now but because there is not a lot of interest yet there is much more selling pressure than what buying pressure can absorb.
JMO but I with no news I could see this happening a few times until the PP holders who wanted to sell have sold all they desired... then it will go up
Was just getting ready to post this. This will be massive for the MMJ market.
We should see a strong day today with Missouri and Utah legalizing Medical MJ and Michigan legalizing recreational. North Dakota failed to win for recreational.
Today was strong volume. Good stuff ahead.
Since it's not a secret... Slightly delayed but here you go https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NXEN/quote
=) Warren Buffet said buy Equity. That's what I feel we have an opportunity to do here. There will be people paying a dollar and 2 dollars for this in the near future (next round of warrants). We just ran to 1.48 and back. That a 200% gain from here. Just my thoughts.... But I've been loading more for 2 months and still am. I like how things are progressing.
My thought is I can buy more shares now at 50 cents with at least 100% profit or in a month of 2 at Buck that are restricted. Rather have mine now unrestricted and decide if I want to buy more at a dollar and 2 dollars a share over the coming months.
Just my opinion but I do think we could see sustained multi-dollars over the next 6 months. These guys want to add more companies that have patients and more bench strength. I don't see them desiring to stay on the OTC longer than they have to.
Watch this... and thank you someone for the cheapies.
NP... =) We all are accountable to each other. Call me out if I get off topic... it happens.
Lets keep this board focused on NXEN and not other companies PR releases. Or at least explain the value of another companies PR release as it relates to NXEN and it's value.
Zen... Language for the bio pharma world is the same. The report basically means it's pre-clinical trials and that they might be on to something because the people who answered the questionnaire "felt" something "favorable" as it relates to symptoms for their disease. This is very very very early on and though a good update... this does not translate into value add in my opinion.
That said... I have a strong medical and biopharma background and have overseen large scale operations. (Hence why I'm not impressed with the companies new CEO) Their is definitely a coordination however; to at least symptom relief for muscular diseases and medical marijuana. The goal is to have something patient-able. But take it for what it is... there are studies out that say sniffing your farts leads to a longer life.... there is also a strong correlation between breathing and living. Not trying to down play it as it's great news but I don't expect to see a run based on this PR.
Feller did a good job with the article for sure. With the right new and a little strategic PR and this low float I think being stable over 4 bucks is realistic. I'm not going to say that will happen in a few months though.
Yes thats correct. It would need to trade above 4 bucks a share for 90 plus days and it's not cheap but it's well worth it from a regulation stand point. If NXEN lists to the CSE and they have some kind of substantial product update then it's possible they could meet the qualifications to uplist to the NASDAQ or NYSE.
Wouldn't that be nice. Some here wouldn't disappear overnight with the tougher regulations. That said... 4 dollars pps is a lot more than 16 cents.
Understood but CEOs don't handle day to day typically... they are high level relationship and strategy. The COO runs a company from day to day and to execute on the strategic vision. Either way... new CEO is to green for my liking.
Hope they expand and make strategic transitions with that role.
I love the expansion and the purchase deal. CEO is very very green and there are much better options out there. Would like to have seen him in a COO role and left Alain as CEO of got a time vetted NASDAQ exec.
Awesome guys and gals... Great info
You nailed it. No reason for the company to risk issues when they have have so much potential and no reason any of these proven executive level leaders to risk their reputation or even jail time for joe blow off the street wanting to know when to flip a few 1000 shares.
I agree to not expect much and nor is it appropriate for this caliber of company (or legal for any company) to share unpublished information. Mark is a good guy, I've interacted with him for over a year now and have appreciated his helpfulness with certain task I needed to complete as a PP investor, while still being professional in all aspects to not disclose unreported information.
Great company here but don't expect youtube videos of their labs and updates on what the secretary had for lunch and who used the bathroom at what time. Only information necessary to be reported will be... this is not your standard OTC company and I don't suspect them to remain on the OTC once they meet uplifting requirements.
Yup. I picked up most of mine in last few months but slowly buying under a dollar while they are available.
Truthfully with having traded for 6 dollars a share not that long ago i could see a run that high and a retrace above 2 bucks with the cse listing. FDA approval for the orphan drug study for chemical warfare treatment could mean double digits simply because the float is locked up already and likely will be until we reach a pps reasonable for the float. i honestly dont expect to see much liquidity until well above 2 bucks a share. those holding are Private Placement and it doesnt make sense to sell the bulk of your shares below your last Warrant. So expect the float to be locked until at least above 2 bucks. JMHO
You know there is so much spread here it's nuts... I would liquidate some shares as I'm well up but the problem is the float is so small that I could never replace them for a cheaper price because the float is so locked up. I don't suspect that we will see much liquidity until after 2 bucks a share. And that's only because the last round of warrants in January is 2 bucks.
The more people know about NXEN and do the D&D on it the better we all are and the better off they will be. Spread the word once your loaded up. It can never be said for sure but I think the Thirty Cents range is gone for good. It seems the next level set is in the Sixty Cent range and as many have already mentioned... that will be gone soon. Based on the spike the top of this new trading band seems to be 1.48 (yet to be confirmed). If we move off the base and then get any news we likely could see another step up to a new trading range. This could easily be a 3x play in then next 3 months conservatively with the Class E warrants valid at 2 dollars in January. It could be much much more than that.
A THC chewing gum stock with a larger float last year hit over 10 dollars a share on just speculation. NXEN already has nearly a year in for applying with FDA for Orphan Drug study and timeline for CSX listing says any day now and I would expect sometime before the end of the year we see a cross list and Study updates.
I think at the very least the Class D and E warrants set a great timeline for the company creating value. If nothing else we know Class D warrants will be issued soon for 1 dollar and class E for 2 dollars in January.
True... I guess just keep stocking up on shares while you can.
I think if my memory serves me right there is only 4 or 5 million shares to register. Still extremely low float
Thats correct... tiny tiny float.
Let's hold off on the speculative predictions. I would love to see it but this is biopharma... things happen slow here. There are plenty of near term catalyst though.
A little more would be that NXEN filed with the FDA this spring for a meeting to discuss orphan drug study status. Their 10k says they already have global manufacturing contracted. And lastly in August they filed to be listed on the CSX so the actual listing should be within the next 30 days or so most likely.
I understand your argument and usually I would expect the same. Here though I dont. To many let downs, missed deadlines and miss directions over the last few years. A very detailed timeline and consistent meeting of that timeline would go a long way over time to prove it's not a temporary thing.
Oh I agree 100%. It's just the company still appears unorganized and unintentional. Talks cheap and they have let a lot of hot air out over the last 2 years. They do have a great leadership team on paper now... but I have a suspicion that new leadership team has been to the best of their ability quietly cleaning up horrendous messes and gross amounts of wasted time.
In time OWCP will recover but they have been pledged with "being taken advantage of" events. One... poor you, I understand... two... I'm sorry but I'm starting to get upset... three and more... what the heck.
There has been a lot of clean up... which is progress but it's not value add to the company or shareholders.
Sell the news... that is what it has been the whole time here. OWCP won't turn around until their is revenue... sadly the leadership (though not this current group) squandered the good will and faith of investors. To many people got burned here and there is no proof the ticker has healed for those to return or for new investors to feel comfortable touching it...
They need phase 2 initiated and to cross list just to start. They also need a pr manager.
Will do when the exchanges update the ticker.
agree... i could see over a dollar by year end but 18 buck is blowing smoke end of 2019 and 2020 18 bucks is possible assuming all goes to plan
No nothing definite. Like everyone else putting pieces of the puzzle together and trying to get as big of a picture as I can. Timeline wish they have had the time to be well underway. One thing is for sure... the leadership team is aggressive and I like that. Big change from the "journey" approach OWCP had been taken.
