You could submit a white paper to the White House. A white paper is absolutely meaningless to the White House. I'm sure it was "filed."
I was stupid and greedy with ABHI. As soon as the CEO posted the nonsense about his software making a big difference in the world every day for the past 9 years I should have sold immediately. The handwriting was on the wall and I failed (refused) to see it. After a $15K investment I'll lose $11K of it (took some profits at one point and then there's a small write-off in my regular account).
I still watch the other board. I'll only chime in when I think I have something relevant to contribute. I don't watch it all day like I used to but check it once a day. May miss a few posts if you've been asking questions and I've not answered.
I think it's a matter of ignorance and gross negligence which are independent of how bright Kevin may or may not be.
They are almost certainly badly in debt. If you have zero revenue, and expenses, it's hard to be otherwise.
That anyone can call him is not the point. That he will provide information that might not be available otherwise, is. If he provided reassurances to you then he can provide a news release with an update that assures the rest of us, as well, while providing a better grasp of the reality (dire reality) of the situation.
Our naive and regulatory ignorant CEO. Giving details of the content of a yet to be released press statement to one shareholder. Not a good move for someone trying to right a sinking ship.
Or am I misinterpreting your conversation with Kevin?
Hopefully, it is substantive and offers hope for a viable future.
He has been saying that for the past 6 months. Coming through for us. I feel like a lemming.
I own 15M shares and I plan to do nothing on January 31st. I'm willing to see how this plays out. I think Kevin is in way over his head. This was an extraordinary screw-up. Selling for .00001 is like selling at zero. Might as well hold it.
That's a nice sentiment. On what do you base it?
If that software isn't ground breaking then there's a downside to pursuing it. As I said earlier, a company needs to avoid mission creep. Check out Jim Collins' hedgehog concept from the book "Good to Great."

I wonder if coming up with the software dilutes their efforts on HempLife. So many small companies start doing totally different businesses simultaneously and divert precious resources away from their main source of revenue. Hopefully, that will not be the case here. I, too, think that the software will not greatly impact their top and bottom lines given the competition out there but would be happy to be wrong.
If you mean the UC Davis survey it depends on the size of the survey and the amount of data analysis they plan to do. If they decide to release results through a paper that they'd like peer reviewed and published in a journal it takes on the average around 9 months depending on the journal. To a scientist or health care provider the survey won't mean much but it could be convincing to the layman. The purpose of the survey, as you've read, is to see if clinical trials based on the results of the survey are worth pursuing. No other conclusions could likely be made.
$12000
Probably. Selling at .0001 makes no sense so will hold on and see what happens. Will write off to zero at the of the year those shares in my regular account if nothing positive happens.
Thanks. No, hadn't read the review before. It's a little ridiculous to say potency was low when as we know, HempLife makes products of greater potency. And of course the price will go up as potency increases, as it does with any manufacturer. Not a particularly well-thought out review, IMHO, but certainly was overall positive as you said in your earlier post.
By potency they may have meant amount of active ingredient per ml or mg. A product can have high potency and low effectiveness or low potency and high effectiveness. I'm not too sure that potency is particularly meaningful since one can increase the dose of a low potency product.
I know that. His recent press release said that his software has been making a difference, every day, for the past 9 years. There were several years before ABHI that his company, Voosh, was responsible for the marketing and selling of his software. He never would have made the mistake of getting into bed with ABHI had what he was doing been successful.
You don't need to look further than this current mess to know that knowing how to run a business, especially a company that is publicly traded, is not one of his competencies.
Kevin has been unsuccessful in marketing Veloxum for 9 years. I don't expect him to suddenly become a successful businessman. Unfortunately, many of us are about to go down the tubes with him.
I hope Kevin really cares about the shareholders as much as he says he does. There used to be a TV show called "Racket Squad." Detectives would bust people who were running scam operations. The show started with the following voice over - "Be careful. You never know when someone is slapping your back with one hand and picking your pocket with the other."
My sense is that it is not what Kevin is doing. I never had the sense that he was a particularly good business man. First, he had Veloxum for 4 or 5 years prior to getting into bed with ABHI and little to nothing ever happened with the software. Then he makes a decision to team up with the former CEO of ABHI who (along with his family) were awful business people. And here we are. The deal (I guess) with Kaseya seemed to have been a great move but there were never any details provided. The white paper sent to the White House and EPA were always a red herring. That's just not the way one wins business with the government.
We'll see what happens. I always thought that going long ABHI was putting your chips on the table and hoping the ball lands on red 42. That thought now seems to have been confirmed.
I think it's time for me to make use of the that feature you told me about. I have zero patience for people who post BS. Thanks for confirming what I was thinking.
$UBQU
That's great. Glad to hear it's helped relieve that person's pain. I think the key going forward will be UBUQ's management of the business. Right now their crypto software seems to be vaporware. It would be nice to get more information as to a release date. Nice website but we need the real deal.
You know this for a fact or are you stating your hope in a way to get others to believe what you're saying?
Getting an email every other day or a phone call about a discount is a bit much. It also means that people will never pay retail because a discount is sure to be coming. Not sure what their strategy is with frequent discounts and notifications. I'm not annoyed but I can see where people could start feeling that way. And, are they not selling enough product so need to offer all these discounts?
Agreed. It climbs by having more buyers than sellers. As I said, when there are many buyers, i.e., great demand, people will pony up and pay more for the stock. When there's a stock I really want and the difference between the bid and ask is small and I'm not buying a gazillion shares I'll just take the offer. But when possible, I will do my best to get a stock at as low a price as possible. The stock doesn't need my help if the company performs well financially. It will go up by multiples, regardless.
Have I missed a large move in a stock because I didn't want to take the offer? You bet. That's the chance I take but most often it has worked to my advantage to try to sit on the bid and wait for a seller to come to me.
$UBQU!
I respectfully disagree. I've traded 25% of my shares over the past few weeks and made a third of my initial investment back. The remaining shares (75% of the initial investment) stay put. Buy low sell high. That works for me as an overall approach to the market.
"bid sitting" is the way to make money in the market, especially with these very low-priced stocks. If there are enough bids some of those people will eventually hit the ask. I'll leave it to them to do that.
The problem with edibles is that the incipients (the stuff that holds the edible product together) can change the efficacy of the active ingredient, in this case CBD. Doesn't mean it will but it can.
Let me revise my last post, since it's too late to do it now:
For 5 years prior to association with ABHI Veloxum was available on the market. My initial point and question which some people beat me over the head for remains. I won't pursue this because I agree it adds unneeded negativity. Hopefully, Kevin has learned his lesson on how to market and sell his software so that he'll have (and we'll have) extraordinary success going forward.
I used the other BOGO free deal at Christmas for liquid and gel caps. The current BOGO deal was for gel caps only and I have months of those but wanted more liquid. The best deal for me at the moment was to use $25 off $38 worth of liquid. This is probably my third or fourth order from them.
For 6 years prior to association with ABHI Veloxum was available on the market. "Our solution, Veloxum, has been proving this every day for nine years." What happened with Veloxum between 2008 - 2014 given that it was proving its effectiveness every day? Where? To what extent?
Placed a new order for CBD oil and 24 minutes later received my priority mail tracking number. Amazing service. I had received a $25 coupon toward a future order after spending $250 with them. Nice.
I'm sitting pretty good with my current share count! However, I keep buying CBD liquid and gel caps thereby continuing to make my contribution to revs and earnings.

Because I thought there were years before that relationship where Kevin could have marketed Veloxum software on his own.
He had his own company for years before, I believe.
"Our solution, Veloxum, has been proving this every day for years."
So after 9 years of proof, zero revs and no customers? Yes, I know, the lawsuit. But what has Kevin been doing all these years to promote his software that now will suddenly transform the world?
Kind of bothers me, sitting here with 15M shares. Hopefully, someone (other than 1234zxcv) has a positive and compelling answer.
Was going to ask Barbara what the weather was like in North Dakota where the call originated, but after a millisecond realized she was not going to be a good conversationalist. Excellent outreach, though.
I take it you haven't read the last 30 posts on this board because if you had there'd be no way you would have written what you just wrote. To provide me with some sense of hope for humanity, tell me you haven't read those posts.
Have you written to UBQU management? You have zero chance of creating change by posting to this board. You tried and that's a good thing, but after a while one starts annoying the people whose support you want. You're at that point.
How many more times are you going to make the same complaint to people who can do nothing about it? It's a waste of bandwidth and makes people navigate through repetitive useless posts.
