Fireworks on the volume today. Is news coming?
600,000 shares is a positive event in volume. Hope this means good news is coming this month. It's time for the IRB to get started.
Getting ready for the IRB approval. Good volume pop today.
Warning quote from article posted:
"As of today, 26.5 million shares of Novo, or 22.7% of issued shares (16.5% of fully diluted shares), have been sold short. There will be around 23 million shares from the most recent financing becoming free trading just after Labor Day, which will also be the week most of the big money traders and fund managers will be back from their summer vacations. If you already own the stock, prepare yourself for some volatility."
Big traders want to sell and book their profits. This could easily drop well below $2.
I don't worry about the crazy micro trades. This company is going to market one of these days with iBlue then iRed and then iVision and revolutionize endoscopy cancer treatment. When that happens Imagin Medical will get bought out by a major and make me a millionaire.
Patience. Accumulate. IMHO
shell3 how did you find out about the MD&A?
Imagin will revolutionize early cancer detection.
Imagin Medical world class scientists are developing imaging solutions for the early detection of cancer through the use of endoscopes. The Company believes it will radically improve the way physicians detect cancer. Imagin's initial target market is bladder cancer, a major cancer worldwide, but will expand their product line with iVision and iRed. They will enable expansion into multiple endoscopic procedures, i.e., laparoscopic (general and gynecology), colorectal and thoracic
procedures related to cancer and non-cancerous conditions.
Imagin Medical CSE:IME is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a start up business, one having built a truly better 'mousetrap' - a technology that is a far superior product then the standard of care currently employed in an almost US$50bil global endoscope market.

So what are the pump sites you are referring to?
Thanks for this info update SO75. I never would have found this.
NR's aren't done by the ir guy. It's a lady who hasn't been doing a good job of making sure widely read sites like yahoo, bloomberg post their news releases. Yahoo or any other big site hasn't been posting nr's since dec 8 and the lady hasn't been on top of it making sure they do. She needs to get her act together and also stop using paid sites like Stockwatch which no one reads. Yahoo, reuters, bloomberg, etc should be posting the nr's. Imagin needs to be doing a much better job of making sure their news is being posted by the big recognized news agencies.
Also the company didn't send registered investors notice that the trials were postponed to June 1 even if it was for a good reason. I expect to get that information realtime. This company has huge potential if their product does what they claim. Let's hope the trails show good results and don't take until Dec 2018 to show that.
Excellent detailed article on Imagin technology in Ahead of the Herd by Rick Mills. What they have developed and have patents on is definitely a GAME CHANGER in the $46B endoscopy industry.

Also an update from President and CEO Jim Hutchens:

Also the news release about the financing obtained:
Financing Drawdown Facility
Imagin announced, on the 22nd of February, that it has executed a non-binding term sheet with Alumina Partners. The understanding provides for a series of private placement offerings, over a 24 month period, to be conducted between the Company and Alumina Partners.
“We were impressed by the quality and pace of the ongoing clinical research supporting Imagin’s i/Blue system and, unusual for the emerging growth space, by its lofty academic pedigree as well. Jim Hutchens and his team of industry veterans are poised to substantially change the way we approach bladder cancer – the fourth most common cancer among men and by far the most expensive to treat. For a company of their size to credibly even have a chance of contributing to the fight against cancer is nothing short of extraordinary. We at Alumina are proud to support innovators like Imagin Medical, and we look forward to seeing what they accomplish in the year to come.” Adi Nahmani, Managing Member of Alumina Partners
As part of the Alumina Financing Cdn$125,000.00 has been drawn from the facility. Imagin also conducted a Cdn$100,000.00 financing in which the company’s president and two directors invested Cdn$60,000.00.
To sum it all up iblue will be on humans shortly, the company is financed through FDA approval and commercialization and insiders have taken part in financing the company.

Yahoo needs to post news releases. Yahoo Finance hasn't posted a news release since Dec 8. They have missed all the recent excellent news for the past 3 months. That is a popular site and I think would have boosted the stock price if they had posted them.

Strange Scotia sold shares. IMHO this company has immense possibilities. Any idea how many shares they still have, if any?
I'm accumulating more shares because in a year or two I believe Imagin Medical will be selling in the dollars not cents. Just read the latest Corp presentation to see where this is going. Buying.

As a general rule, the most successful man in life is the man who has the best information
Lots happening with Imagin Medical C:IME, thought I would update you.
i/Blue Clinical Trial
Dr. Messing posted on https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT03058705 information about the upcoming research clinical trial at U Rochester “Near Infrared Fluorescence Imaging for Bladder Cancer Detection” (i/Blue is not mentioned by name).
Dr. Messing was filing notification of his proposed study in advance of the IRB approval. The additional reason that it’s posted in advance is to let patients know about the study in case they want to enroll.
This study will give Imagin the data it needs within 3 months of the start date, as shown in the corporate presentation.
It is common practice to follow the patients for at least one year so there’s the full year time frame for the study. Also if you have a short date and you want to do more, then you have to go through everything again.
They will use initial results to further optimize the system. We should be hearing about approval and the trials themselves getting started shortly.

I suspect it foretells the short term direction the stock is going. I agree it will be up 10X in less than a year. No reason for this to be selling this low. When this company goes to production on the iBlue it should break into the several dollar range. And when they introduce the iRed product it could be a sky shot. I only hope they don't sell the company or it gets taken over. I want to enjoy the full potential coming. The entire endoscopy market is $46B. If Imagin is able to gain 3% to 5% market share this stock is going to soar.
Thoughts on 0.1165 trades friday? Several small trades went in the mid 11's when ask price was 0.82. Is that showing us what is coming?
Some very interesting trades today in the mid .11's when the ask price was .82. The very first trade this morning was for 100k shares. Money accumulation has been very strong.
I agree with both of you.
$8M at .08 equals $100M shares. Fully diluted with warrants isn't that what will be eventually issued? If that is correct that is more than double the fully dilluted 78M out now. What will that do to the stock price? I realize it's a positive to get this funding but I'd sure like to know how this will impact the outstanding share count.
