"breadcrumbs sent through an investor to help share recover" seemed like he was implying that I was trying to pump the price per share when in actuality I was looking to share good information. My agenda is the truthful flow of information where everyone can make their home informed decisions.
I hope you know that I sought answers from the company on my own volition in order to understand what is going on. I then thought I would share the information here since it is very clear to me how little most investors appear to respectfully and professionally dialogue with the company. At no point was the goal to try and rebound the PPS. I will consider keeping the information next time and let the uninformed boo birds continue their smear campaign against your investment.
I would agree with this. The purpose of my update was to convey that there is work going on, and it seems to me that it is significant. Again, no indications of timing. Be encouraged... or not, idc.
The main details they cannot share for insider trading purposes, and we should all respect that. Timing is too intimate of a detail to be able to share.
I believe they did run into a manufacturing delay that was out of their control and unpredictable. I distribute a manufactured product, so I understand, that crap happens. Every time I am working on a major project, we have a manufacturing 'problem' or 'delay'.
I would expect that once this production manufacturing launch is complete, we are going to be surprised. There has been so much banging on Hartman and company over the last couple of months, that I think we have lost all respect for planning and execution.
The silence + the level of planning that appears to be ongoing get me excited that big things are coming.
OK, first, thank you to the good folks at BIEI for engaging with me today and for helping me better understand what is going on!
My questions revolved around DISTRIBUTORS, PRODUCTION, & MARKETING/ADVERTISING, and all answers seemed to key on the production manufacturing launch.
-PB has signed up a few small distributors outside of PA and will be working to sign up more as we complete our production manufacturing launch.
-The details of the production manufacturing launch are not available to be shared, but the production manufacturing launch will be considered complete when the first volume run of products, to BIEI specs, in our dedicated packaging, is in BIEI possession and ready for distribution.
-The hole punch at the top of the packaging was discussed and considered, but the final configuration is not available currently.
-A PR concerning the production manufacturing launch as well as "several other long awaited updates" is planned, but will not happen until the production manufacturing launch is complete.
-Major changes are coming to marketing, advertising, and sales networks and will coincide with the production manufacturing launch.
Draw your own conclusions, but I am expecting great things as soon as this production manufacturing launch is complete. I am still a solid believer in this company and look forward to the BIG things that I think are in the works.
I have had good communication from BIEI today. Details later when I can line it out effectively.
These are good words.
Who is unloading today and why? Hmmm...
What was her name? Hehe
Good distribution numbers and international distribution interest... I like the sound of that.
Pirate/Atom,
I'll attempt to answer on Doc's behalf... because I do not believe he was the only one...
Are the longs disappointed where we are? YES. Has the momentum dissipated? YES. There was clear momentum for a while that BIEI was going to break out much like OWC. The possibility was real. Since about April 10, the news has been slow and the stock has tumbled.
Without the news/excitement, and with all the negative opinion about the fall of this stock, there's hardly a reason to hang out on the hub all day. Volume has dried up for the time being, there is no news to sort through, etc...
Has anything changed? Not really. The product is still moving, the financing is in place. Some may have gotten out. Others, who believe they have good DD may be holding for the long play.
Simply put, there is no reason to hang out here right now. I suspect you will see the familiar faces return when news arrives, or when quarterly results are released, whichever comes first.

I have seen these shared before, so I decided to compile them. Maybe for pinning or sharing. I had actually only seen 2 reviews, and found a third on a google search.
One trick pony.
I've been in this for the long term play. I'm not expecting anything but the same from Hartman. Go $BIEI.
Coupla folks wanted to make sure we finished green haha.
GREEN DAY.

I've only been playing on this field since Feb. This is exactly what I have felt the last few weeks on the decline, and why I have added. It feels like the calm before the storm. I'm on the edge of my seat waiting to explode when it happens.
I'd welcome this!
I guess my point is that I do not see how they are relevant to any 'deal'. They were as stop-gap measure to a problem. They are not normally a supplier/manufacturer of BIEI goods. Even the newly added products were not being made by them. IMO, they have no role in our supply chain.
I inquired about Isodiol and was told that they are a competitor/manufacturer and their relationship was only that and likely temporary. I would read nothing more into that.
Insider Financial seems to have a good pulse on this, and today's results appear no different.
Insider Financial Conclusion:
Well timed paint, haha!
I cant wait until all those shares plop onto the ask. Boy howdy.
2 million on the bid, holy moly.
Insider Financial Conclusion:
We get to see about 1% of what is going on yet the critics act like we get to see 99%.
I like the potential here.
Huge if true. Ready to slap that ask.
Hold CS&S accountable for their mistake? I'm good with that, and that would be Hartman's job.
Blame Hartman for a yet to be disclosed reason? Gives me a case of the chuckles.
I prefer the facts line up before I make those kinds of judgements.
Who do you think writes these SEC documents? It's not Hartman.
Refreshing to have some similar points of view around here.
Couple of reviews added this month to the patch page including the blogger review. I had not seen those on there.

No shares from the S-1 were sold. Hmmm.
Think so.
The more I look at it, further on page 6 it shows the same amount as the initial investment into the JV.
I'm going to need an accountant to help me understand this financial statement....
On very next page (6), reported as Equity in profit of joint venture investment $2,058.
Is that a Liability/Asset thing that it has to =?
Please clarify the agreement in the JV that discloses how often and by what method profits are dispersed. Who is the owner of the bank account? Who keeps the books? Are the books kept separate from PB? How is PBPMS recorded in PB's books?
If we cannot answer these kinds of questions, I'm not sure I can agree with your sentiments.
PBPMS is a JV man. Devil is in the details, not these replies.
Asking questions is legit, how else do you learn? We know the profits are split. How often does PBPMS pay PB? How does the money change hands? Wire or check?
In my business, I'm in a handshake partnership agreement with a friendly distributor in another state. I cannot just call up and get money. It takes me time to get the money, including 4 business days to receive the check in the mail.
I don't know the JV arrangement, and I have sought answers from PB. Until I understand more, I'm not jumping to any conclusions.
Not sure what's so offensive about that...
PBPMS sold you the patch, not PB. We have yet to determine how PBPMS shares profits with PB.
Everything else in the 10-Q makes sense and has pretty well been reported/discussed.
