Yeah you did REALLY well, and you asked great questions on that webcast. A lot of my future outlook for this company comes down to what happens this month, to find out if we're dealing with a true mission on behalf of MF or just a myth. I hope I can get on my feet as well.

Getting Colorado rental income right now would be spectacular but you're right, we don't know anything about whether or not greenhouses have been built out or whether or not growers are moving in. I saw that picture too and as of now I'm of the same opinion as you.

I'm a little frustrated with today's price action, I thought we'd be up at least 5 or 10 percent. Man we really need some more revenue out of Colorado greenhouses if we expect anyone to take us seriously. That's where the money is at. Not that I'm unhappy with ca premiums being sold, that's actually fantastic news and I'm sure sales will pick up even further when recreational mj is unleashed on the public. But the build outs of the land in Colorado is where we expect all meaningful revenue to come from, revenue in the millions.
It'd be nice to get a shareholder letter from MF or another webinar to keep us updated on exactly where everything is at. He's usually good about that kind of thing. Glta (including you research dd as much as I hate you)
This is just the beginning. Company clearly has a ways to go but nothing ever happens as fast as we want it to. Patience these next 6 months is all we need. We will get our big break.

Good post. I think you hit the nail on the head. What we forget sometimes is how early we are still. Recreational pot isn't t even being sold yet so once recreational marijuana bares the fruit of revenue then we'll see more booms.
I think it's just an open line of credit the company has on hand if they want to jump on an acquisition. It's about the same amount of money they've spent on current assets. The only way I really know how to look at it right now is as a vote of confidence from their banking partners in agriteks business model and potential. It can only be good. The future stock price is gonna depend on what kind of assets they go for with the credit. I'd like for MF to keep building out warehouses but after that bed and breakfast stunt I don't know lol.

I was thinking the same thing with regard to the loan he talked about. And no I don't have an accounting background, I just crunched the numbers for the MOST efficient profit model pertaining to 115 acres using the information under property management in th company website.
But back to the loan, i was also thinking that most banking partners wouldn't just put up $3 million without a feasible plan to carry forward unless the loan was on great terms for the bank and bad terms for us.
I'd like to know what that money is going to be used for, maybe to be used in Canada for the B and B ?

I loved Puerto Rico. But a bed and breakfast in Canada that's "weed friendly"..... come on that's barely even a marijuana play that's more like a hotel play. Why not just start buying land to develop in Canada like he did in Colorado and PR? I don't understand it. I think it's a dumb business move but if the existing assets bare the fruit we projected then I can't complain. Just not something I would do.
As much as I hate to say it, you're completely right. This shit is not what we need right now at all. Motherfucker needs to double down on what we have right now and find out where we belong in this sector. I definitely don't think it's time to get into weed hotels or whatever the fuck this is supposed to be.

Well it was a dramatic trading day but we ended flat LOL. On higher than average volume, the range went from 0.0150-0.0180 which is like 20% volatility. I'm glad we were able to hold a little resistance at the end there but it looks like some of the longs are unfortunately starting to fold.
The only thing keeping me here is my trust in God, my trust in MF, my trust in my research, and the fact that the multiple for gains on this thing is like 50x if assets are commercialized wisely. Obviously my expectations are tempered on that 50x multiple but I would like to see us 2-3x higher than we are right now on the first revenue report.
The man made it work with Mediswipe, he can do it again. He's done very well to dodge any regulation that might cripple the company the way it did mediswipe 2 years ago.
Dilution isn't a huge problem going forward as most of the upcoming convertible notes are small amounts of cash. I don't think we're going to need much cash to monetize the land but we will need is patience . Patience is all we need. GLTA
The frustration is super justified, but look at some of the other mj stocks with CEO's that are even less responsive than MF. Some companies have almost NO NEWS out and are trading higher than we are which is complete bs in my opinion.
That being said I'm sick of getting killed on this thing, the CEO needs to update shareholders when they're getting fleeced like this.

Here's a little advice for you: it takes longer than 1 month for things to to happen in an emerging sector. You were only long for one month, grow some balls if you want to invest and stay off this board now that you sold.
