I definitely believe that news if and when it comes out in the future not right now at least not today because LCLP usually files or releases around 8 am in the mornings but news is bound to happen eventually probably either before or after Nov 20 or on that day and then something will absolutely happen, regardless of whether it is a quick rise or a terrible drop or more of the same. But that's just my opinion.
Oh goodness no, the 8k doesn't say any of that. Those are just assumptions. If a company buys used UPS or Postal Sevice trucks that doesn't mean that company is Going to deliver the US mail or UPS packages. The details of the deal haven't been disclosed. Me and two other guys on this board own that many shares combined. Reminds me of the LCLP mega quadruple marijuana merger that happened a few months back that made LCLP a cannabis powerhouse.
Many unanswered questions. Will LCLP be allowed to use the Vicbox name and logo? Will the Redbox noncompete apply to LCLP? Will LCLP be granted licenses to rent video games and movies by the makers and copyright owners? Are the kiosks older generation machines being put out to pasture by Vidbox to be replaced by more advanced next generation machines. Answers to these questions and more still not yet divulged.
No merger has ever been mentioned in relation to Vidbox Mexico and LCLP, other than by people on this board. A letter of intent to purchase certain assests, yes. Maybe a licensing agreement. Perhaps a franchise. But no merger, extrapolation, interpolation at best.

Mobeego vending machines almost here. I just emailed the ceo, cfo with my suggestion for a great slogan for the machines, Paint them yellow and black and say “Mobeego, the poor man’s Mophie”
LCLP doesn't need any cash to close the kiosks deal. Theyre paying in shares. Read thd filing please. Up to 325 million commin shares. Just the facts, just thd facts.
Sadder and sadder every day. Counting down ...
Too bad, so sad.
I don’t quite understand how the future fortunes of Vidbox have anything to do with LCLP. It wasnt a partnership or a merger that was anniunced but instead it was essentialy that LCLP was going to buy some stuff from Vidbox. Including Up to 4,000 kiosks but that could mean 10 or 20. So even iv Vidbox becomes yhe next Redbox or Netflix how does that help LCLP? Now of course a lot of people have imagined a lot of things but the facts and details are scarce
Something’s definitely happening. I see it now. Shares being bought and sold by the millions.
Not current. 10-k late. Extension expired.
They’ll be selling Mobeego out the fancy vending machines.
Not a merger. No LCLP-Vidbox combo. LCLP just buying assets. Used DVDs and games prolly. Sorry to break it to you. No Netflix guy coming on board at LCLP.

No way! I absolutely do not believe that “certain assets” means used DVDs. Not for 325 million shates.
Biometerics. Retina scans.
I finally get it. LCLP is going to sell weed, MJ, cannabis out of Vidbox Mexico machines, made by NCR, in Canada and Colorado after the mega merger. Brilliant. Think I’ll buy another 50 million shares.
Today may have been selected for filing of the 8k with the intent, in part, to quash all the cannabis rumors around LCLP because today the legal sale and recreational use of MJ started in Canada.
I have been unable to locate any financials on Vidbox Mexico. Anyone find any details about revenue, debt, assets and such of Vidbox Mexico? I’ve read the anecdotal info abiut the company - number of kiosks and the like - but nothing about the financial shape of Vidbox Mexico.
Rudman is a CFO-for-hire who works as a contractor, contract employee and on a temp basis for various corporations. Check her company website.
Victoria D. Rudman
VRG Public Company CFO Services LLC
A plausible explanation for her efforts to keep LCLP current, beyond her $150,000 in compensation (look it up) is that she’s auditioning for prospective clients and employers, showing off her skills etc. As likely a story as any wild-eye merger rumors.
Impatiently waiting for years - no exageration - for some good news on LCLP.
That’s great news about a company tangentially related to LCLP. It’s a going concern and seems like they're about to close their deal. LCLP could be next in line in the tale of the mega multi marijuana merger. 4M

Doing the filings and keeping the company current is the CEO’s job. That’s what she gets paid for. Saying those things are being done for other reasons, with all due respect, is mere conjecture and supposition. We can invent a long list of other reasons why the company might be doing it.
I’ve seen all rhe “DD” about tenuous connectios between LCLP and other companies, read all the filings, and have been watching LCLP and this board for almost 2 years now. Where’s the good news? Where’s the quadruple merger? Who wants a disposable spare battery when you can buy a rechargeable Spare? I suspect a filing soon but just because Rudman is earning a paycheck not because of a merger. But i hope I’m wrong and we get great news, but there’s no direct specific evidence anything is happening.
This merger talk’s been going on for 14 months now, and that’s just on this board. It shouldn’t be that complex of a transaction. LCLP is just s shell at this point. What’s taking so long?
Victoria Rudman sighting!
My friend who lives near her saw Rudman going into Walmart. This deal is getting bigger and better every day.
Another fellow who owns some LCLP emailed this morning saying he thinks Rudman has gotten LCLP current in order to resign her position with LCLP with the company in good stead and then she can go take care of her companies that have products and services. Interesting thoughts.
Definitely not selling my millions of shares until i see a few pennies or a nickel. Then I’m gonna buy me a boat.
Got me some more free shares again this week and some cash profit to spare. Thanks for participating everybody. I bought a whole bunch of shares at around an average price of slightly above .0005 and then sold 90% of those shares at just below .0006, making a nice litlle profit and adding more shares to my 30 million shares and growing hold bucket for sale at the right time.
This merger talk — nothing official from the company and only mere speculation about our CFO/CEO-for-hire Rudman who has 5, coung them 5 jobs - this merger talk has been going on for almost a year. In my opinion Rudman is just doing her job doing the filings and collecting her pay check. All this DD is being conflated into a merger story. Yes CEO/CFO Rudman has 5 jobs.
