QUBT isn't done IMO. Mr Liscouski is the best in the business when it comes to Quantum security.
Quantum computing in it's infancy.
I do agree there will better stocks to flip. But long-term looks great here.
Thank you! I also see the company extinguished 14,585,961 shares in the same filing.
Any idea which ones those were?
Also, I see this:
Is this the last of the notes?
@CCTCInc is pleased to announce that it has bought back and retired the $112,000 convertible note due on June 28th, 2021 prior to any conversion.
— Clean Coal Tech, Inc (@CCTCInc) July 16, 2021
Joke? Looks like City Of Gillette gets the punchline.
Pretty cool! Considering they weren't even tagged..
Word must be getting around :)
@CCTCInc is proud to be part of the technological advancements being made with Wyoming PRB coal. Under the guidance of @GovernorGordon and the team at @EnergyUW @WYOENERGY @lcarter_king the future of PRB coal is strong.

Total joke! If it weren't, they'd probably be buying back convertible notes..
Oh wait

Well isn't that something.. @CCTC

I'm not suggesting they're "involved".
I'm simply stating there's a lot of moving parts outside our control needed for commercialization.
Most of those can be accomplished by local governance and projects surrounding an approximate 3-mile radius to our location. 2 patent-holding "clowns" don't just end up in the center of all of this without reason..
The most substantial available evidence suggests there's a clean-coal operation taking place in the area. One lead by the State and local partners, including the University of Wyoming, ECED, WYiC, ATLAS, ITC and others.
CCTC is working with UW to further develop associated technologies.
CCTC is on ALTAS's property.
ECED lists CCTC as Project Vandebilt on their website.
WYiC is currently bringing infrastructure to the Ft Union area.
And the ITC is working to commercialize biproducts.
This is all taking place while storage wells are in testing.
IMO Something BIG is happening.
BBB. I've read a lot of comments claiming information surrounding the ITC and Fort Union have nothing to do with CCTC unless their name is mentioned within.
IMO those comments are premature.
Take Trailblazer Energy..
Despite funding, this clean-coal project was put on hold due to the lack of value in C02 and biproducts associated with the process (among other things). Arch was to supply the fuel, and believed they would eventually utilize clean-coal technology. In 2009 Arch donated $1.5 million to the University of Wyoming for research on carbon capture.
The Wyoming ITC, Innovation center and Icam are focused on C02 and carbon management/manufacturing.
To say these efforts have nothing to do with CCTC and their ability to reach commercialization, is simply unfounded.
IMO This party is just beginning!
Here's the info on Trailblazer for those interested:
https://www.gem.wiki/Trailblazer_Energy_Center
Yes it is, BBB. It's also nice to hear METC is about to open Icam. Partially on "borrowed technology"
Studying the similarities, there's a good chance CCTC may hold the patents.
We shall see :)
-Effort to transform Powder River Basin into nation's Carbon Valley on at all levels-
My plays in the arena.. REEMF METC CCTC
Wyoming is likely to become a major source of U.S. rare earths and carbon manufacturing/supply.
Major steps will be made over the next several years.
PPS gains will be realized much sooner IMO.
IMO REEMF will beat REMX in annual gains.
REMX holdings is less than 17% U.S.
The U.S. is in a real predicament with REE's and will capture a larger global share once the horse leaves the gate. Wyoming will see the majority of this gain IMO.
Good luck!
IMO We should see more as we close out 2021
I'll post relevant info if/when it comes.
Peace!
Us having different "styles" of conversing can lead to said remarks.
I accept that. IMO you should also.
P.S. And agitator posts things like this:
-Effort on at all levels to transform Powder River Basin into nation's Carbon Valley-
That's a bid. Those are not on the ask.
I agree, Pts
They are running out of time to pump this “settlement” before forced to reveal the details “in kind”..
I’m hoping we see teens prior to things possibly spiraling down the drain.
I’d say PR is likely within 45 days.
I side with Mr Owl. He said nothing about secret info.
People should be a bit more reserved about blindly attacking/accusing others IMO
Yes I did. .05's may be near, but I'm hoping we see teens prior.
Good luck!
.08's Thanks! I hope..
Makes sense, JamesE
Considering Gov Gordon just released his DRIVE initiative..
Speaking of that, we should be approaching Goal 4 step 6 of this strategic DRIVE plan.
Bring on the $$!

Same. But why miss an opportunity for blame?
I think some folks invested more than they could afford here..
Hence the strong daily emotions
This play is FAR from over IMO.
See you all in the winners circle!
#carbonvalley
Why not stayed focused on the patent troll "business model"?
Great time to cash out MRMD though.
IMO
Rare earth elements are grouped into 2 different series.
Thorium (found in PRB coal) is part of the Actinide series.
Considering ATLAS is contracted with WOOD
Maybe the DOE will award us a contract to supply Thorium to TerraPower?
All good questions!
Good luck
Would be nice to see a $50 Million State match on June 7 :)
Carbon Engineering Initiative Outlook
Framework for Private/Public Partnership in Place
• Three technology Companies on-board
• 4 Industrial partners engaged
• Venture Capital and Private Equity Funding around $200 million available
• State Match Required ($50 million)
Advancing 3rd Party Technology Solutions to Bring Promising Already developed technology to Wyoming
• Take Advantage of UW deep understanding of Wyoming coal behavior
• Demonstrate performance (of 3rd Party technology) on Wyoming PRB Coal
• Three (3rd Party) technologies currently being demonstrated on PRB coal.
• Clean Coal Technologies Inc
• Carbon Fuels LLC – DOE Award
• Itea SpA –DOE Award
• Non exclusive technology-transfer Agreements negotiated (two complete and three
more in pipeline)
Wyoming Technology Development Ecosystem
• Supporting Creation of Advanced Carbon Products Innovation Center (ACPIC)
• Identifying Site Locations in Wyoming for commercial industrial development
Indeed you have! I've never spoken to, nor met him.
But there definitely seems to be a connection
I think the use of these funds would require tech validation
Tech transfer(s)
And demonstration of positive returns on investment.
NDA's would likely be part of the commercialization "partnership"
Without digging too deep. Most of these can be seen here:
https://www.uwyo.edu/uw/news/2019/05/uw,-company-collaborate-on-clean-coal-test-facility.html
Also page 18 of this document shows technology-transfer negotiations were/are taking place with CCTI. Also shown is a coincidental $200 Million mention..

I'm holding out most of what I can spare for .08's
But I put some "just in case" $$ in earlier at .15 and a bit more at .12
Good luck!
It's not me saying it.
It may have something to do with this:
Formal agreement signed with Atlas Carbon, Inc. to build the integrated thermo-chemical processing of coal demonstration at their WY industrial site, supported by EPC, Wood

CCTC's mention is primarily on page 16
