They said the same thing about Nipton. I'll believe it when I see it. SHHHHHHH LOL.
It's literally in their most recent financial report. Go on and take a look, I'll wait. LOL.
What does that have to do with American Green losing posting almost $500k in losses last quarter?
It's very true, this company has a history of scamming investors. Play this as a pump and dump, but don't fall in love with the stock.
American Green has over $11 million in outstanding debentures and interest.
Even with the revenue from the grow facility, American Green posted a loss of almost half a million last quarter.
IN. A. SINGLE. QUARTER.
Let's not forget this is also the same company that wasted $7.5 million of shareholder money on a podunk unincorporated town called Nipton in the California desert on the promise to turn it into a marijuana mecca. A year later they sold it for a loss, and shareholders are STILL footing the bill on the debenture notes. $2.2 million note issued, one of the biggest so far, it's why they had to do a reverse split because it tanked the stock down to triple zeroes.
Take American Green headlines with a grain of salt. They've been "boasting" increased revenues for years now but have repeatedly posted losses every quarter. There's something like $40 million in accumulated deficit.
Market cap means squat when they issue shares at 50% off the 52-week low. There's literally billions of shares waiting to be converted to pay off only hundreds of thousands of dollars of debt in INTEREST alone.
Not hard to see this is a diluted share selling scam company! Only good for a pump and dump that we're seeing now.
Take a look at their most recent financial report and see just how many debenture notes are out there. Any bump up in price, noteholders scramble to sell further diluting the stock.
There's literally billions of shares waiting to be converted. It's how American Green pays for everything! Shares are issued at 50% off the 52-week low...
3.29 BILLION shares outstanding
Watch this tank as American Green dumps hundreds of millions of shares onto the bid.
Toxic debt will kill this stock, you've been warned!
$PGLO - low float, looks like some news coming
Charts show this thing has some substantial upward momentum in the near future

hodl diamond hands
Got in at 0.1, not letting go for pennies.
This is insane!!!
3.2 BILLION shares outstanding
Reverse split coming again!
The float is locked
Absolutely incredible
Moving on to their next hair-brained scheme - pet treats!
Wonder how Chris Martin feels about this?
Gooooo!
Look at that price drop, dilution is killing this stock.
What a dumpfest
Low O/S, volume locked in
Of course American Green sells shares. Just look at all the debenture notes they issue that convert to common shares.
LOL!
Billions of shares converted since the reverse split just to pay off the interest on their spiraling debt. What a scam!
Go go go!
The reverse split allowed American Green to print more shares, didn't help shareholders at all. SCAM!
Those Vegas trade shows are probably just a way for ERBB executives to write-off a business expense on a trip to Vegas on shareholder dime
Nipton was a bust
Can't believe they wasted millions of shareholder dollars on that scam venture. Weed town? LOL!
Scam still luring in new suckers every day
ERBB has a history of diluting its stock into the triple zeroes. We haven't seen the bottom yet lol.
Right? This company just dilutes and dilutes then reverse splits, all the old investors leave in frustration while new ones get suckered in to the next hair-brain scheme.
Just look at what happened with Nipton!
Do people really want their face in a database for buying marijuana? Why does American Green keep flip flopping on their machines?
Seriously, I wouldn't trust this diluted penny scam company anywhere near my personal data.
Dilution is killing this stock like always. Another reverse split by the end of the year? Already billions of shares...
