No cross trade or T trades today, if I’m looking at it correctly. Something to take note about
It’s extremely sad. And the fact that Kona administration + note holder are fully aware. But yet continue relentlessly screwing over shareholders. The ones who elevated this company to where it was 2 years ago.
Which then acts 2-fold when you consider that shareholders were a huge chunk of income for sales/distribution.
We all knew they’d lower it again. It was just “when”. My point is that it’s proven correct every single time.
If they ease up the dilution, the stock will act favorably.
If you’re an insider here, it’s the easiest money ever. Just sell before they resume dilution — which today was an intraday move.
Right on time. Easy as that, ease the nonstop dilution and things will start to shift for the better
My Christmas wish is that we get CFGN off L2, and dilution on pause if nothing else but a month. People will buy some if that happens. No price target tho!
All it would take to regain confidence from share holders is one simple PR:
‘We have come to terms with our note holder that will result in zero convertible shares being diluted for the next __ (insert time period)’
I’ve seen it done plenty of times, but I doubt Kona even cares enough to try to pull it off
Sadly, I don’t see a floor in sight.
There should be a movie about Kona Gold and the disaster they managed to pull off after they had thousands of people supporting them on a grass roots level. It’s almost a disaster story so unthinkable that our government would be jealous of it
Been the same story for over a year now. I used to be a major believer in this company, but they need to prove they deserve the support. Constant dilution of the shareholders won’t cut it. If I’m correct, RC can dump a lot of shares in the near future as well. The emphasis has been on Lemin over Kona, as evidenced again by this last PR. If they continue to go down that road, we have a bad scenario in play.
I hope I’m wrong. I want to be wrong. But the painting on the wall doesn’t look good
Going to zero. Reverse/split cometh. Shareholders getting taken to the cleaners here. Nonstop dilution = death sentence
Right back at you, Knife. Hope nothing but the best for you and the rest
Appreciate it
How many days in a row can KGKG close below $0.0100 before it has to delist?
Crickets from RC for a month now since that show in Chicago. Must have been a dud
Robert Clark screwed this up in the worst way possible
I wouldn’t want it either. But this screams VATE to me. Management are friends. Companies following similar paths.
Robert Clark can come through and correct the ship. But I’m not sure that’s in his plans.
KGKG was pink sheet previously. They sacrificed their share price for the sole purpose of uplisting. If they go back to pink sheets, then they literally just spent 2-3 years of going backwards truly for nothing.
Then they’ll have to delist, assuming they go below $0.01. Correct?
Screams “reverse split” to me
Yeah, I wasn’t trying to claim they should have made a deal at the show. Although I guess I can see if somebody thought that.
I was just saying how quiet they’ve been. I don’t like it. Been like this for 2 years now. Minimal communication with share holders. Minimal progress.
More dilution today also. Company has been silent since the trade show 3 weeks ago. Unless they’re sitting on a blockbuster announcement, no reason to be optimistic
Exactly. And for smaller companies, this is an inexpensive way to communicate
Can’t see on mobile. What’s the link?
Different sector, but I’ve now got a bigger position in BZWR, and it’s went from sub-penny just less than 2 years ago, to over 20 cents. All because of the CEO being able to execute.
Run a business well, and everybody wins.
Kona should reach out to BZWR asap and use them to help expand profits. Seeing as their mission is to help small companies succeed and profit. Something Kona Gold is struggling with.
You ever get better communication from the company? Wish I could say I’m surprised at how quiet they’ve been during this disaster for shareholders
At least everything else is up. KGKG seems to be the only disaster in the market, at least on my watch list
Might be folding up shop. Hope not; but that’s a horrible sign if they’re not answering calls. Functioning businesses don’t have their personnel hide.
Wouldn’t be surprised if it turns out Robert
Clark is dumping his shares also. Would explain a lot
Nothing but lies and misleading shareholders for the last 2 years
KGKG could be sub-penny by Friday.
#breakoutyear
Don’t blame you. This all falls squarely on the management at Kona
Also, I believe Kona still owns the BSPR ticker. If memory serves me correctly here. If so, they can let Stineman take over the beverages. Then do a spin off with gold leaf, and have it be its own ticker. Just like what they did with VATE
I still believe Robert Clark is going to hand over the company to Stineman in 2022. Would make sense why they’re prioritizing Lemin over Kona (notice their shirts at the convention?). And it’d also be why they don’t care about the shareholders since the Lemin acquisition. They can do exactly what EleVATE did… run the share price into the ground; then do a reverse split. And they can then chance ownership when the split happens. Do it all together. Would be a horrible sequence of events, but nothing that I’m seeing is proving that RC or any of the employees are wanting to really make Kona Gold hemp or HIGHdrate CBD the flagship products going forward. Focus has been on Lemin and Gold Leaf all year.
This is embarrassing. Ownership hasn’t owned up to any of the disasters over the last 2+ years
Share count
Relief seeing the ask lighten up.
If they can limit dilution, we should finally see an uptrend sustain
I’m not sure about that either.
Decided to go ahead and add a nice little chunk of shares yesterday. Figured I’d play the chart here. CFGN has been selling for weeks, has to be close to letting up a bit
Kona needs to reach out to BZWR to help reach and grow their customer base
Does Kona have any distribution in California? They did in 2018-19, but allowed that to dissolve, I believe
Lots of shares to sell. Robert flooded the market with them
