Paying to COMMONS?? I am assuming that is a typo.
I'd be okay with $159.00 [Grin]
Two seconds after I pressed <Enter> it jumped up to $2.98/$3.00.
On TD Ameritrade the bid and ask are both showing $2.85 at the moment.
I'm sure it is an un-needed exercise in caution, but I put in a limit sell order at $65.00 per share. I don't expect the PPS to get anywhere NEAR this number, but on the off chance that the market overreacts wildly, my order is sitting there.
No expectations, but better prepared than not.
Agreed!!
They can't stop a screen print or two.

One thing I am wondering is this. It seemed like in the En Banc opinion, I read that shareholders (NOT just Junior Preferred shareholders) have standing to sue for damages. I read this to mean "new standing".
If I read and understand this properly, does this standing ad NEW value to the shares that is unrelated to any metrics that are typically related to valuations?
I am curious/leery of how the market might respond on Monday. I, of course, would like the PPS to be jerked upward into double digits, but I suspect something different and mildly disappointing. Conventional wisdom says the market thinks short-term (not more than 18 months). I wonder if this will move the PPS the way we hope it does. I'm thinking it might only move us 0.10 to 0.29 per share.
So now we get back on the schedule of a court that ruled against us before, and wait to be heard again, is that correct?
So ... I have heard predictions of $3, $4, $5, and $6 for Monday ... anyone else wanna play The Price Is Right??
Seemed like a tsunami. Thursday the tide slipped out. WAY out, WAAAAAYYY farther than normal. The sellers were walking out on newly exposed sand looking to get rid of their shares. THIS ... is the f@#$%^g tsunami, rushing back in, swallowing up all of Thursday's sellers.
I'm unclear if a company still in conservatorship can exist on the NYSE. If this is allowable, it would be a fun next domino.
Good LORD! If you are right on this, I have RIDICULOUSLY underestimated the up side of the shares I am in possession of.
I MEANT to type ...
I just hope that the first thing I hear tomorrow morning is NOT my head hitting the floor.
But the QUESTION is ... do you jump on $8.00 the first time you see it? Or do you wait for a little more, risking the loss of the $8.00?
