Tin, I like it...that was funny.
Not that it matters to you, but I commend you on your process and discipline. Preservation of capital is the key. Good luck.
That'll be in the 10Q with the milestone news. Page left intentionally blank. J/k of course. I'd like to know too.
The high 2.59 reached at 8:02. 35 minutes later 1.59. The early move was a gift. Hope some here took advantage of it. The 1st positive we've had in quite some time so lets hope we settle in the buck fiddy range. Seems to be showing support in the 1.40's. That would relieve some of the pressure to the sub 1 downside.
Only if you're frontal facing, with no armor that is.
Its still there for me...
You didn't get the memo? To be announced in the next 10Q... Man, I'm using an umbrella to keep the sarcasm off me. Sorry, some things are clear to me and I forget they aren't so clear to others in a contextless world. Reality is nobody knows about the milestones except those invloved. Counting on it would be, like everything else ADXSish, spec at best. Good luck.
gajj...read post 74626.
To be more accurate... 500K base but 1 mil+/- cash package. His package includes 50% of salary bonus, 150K for diluting, lets see we're at $900K now, + signing bonus, retention bonus (annual?), RSU's and options.
Guess who decides his bonus? Sidransky, last I checked is Chair of the compensation committee, who hired him and has history with him. It a tight little group, still amazing that their activity remains as obscure as it is. Like others, I don't begrudge any compensation justly earned. In fact, couldn't care less. But, this package, with the attendant CV of KB was a smoking Colt Python, coming on the heels of the Lombardo fiasco and the value destruction. Now, we see more clearly why he was hired. A guy that can be counted on to take the $$$, keep his mouth shut, dilute and stay until they kick him out. Note value production not included in above job reqs.

Were getting 100 mil from AMGN for NEO dosing. No worries.
Damn the algos and the whites of their eyes, full speed ahead.
No, that's shorts covering!
Because the market doesn't value this pos at cash, knowing full well mgmt would likely rather go to 0 cash than give it up.
These Bio exexcs have alligator skin and cast iron stomachs. So long as the paychecks keep rolling, they keep going.
I like it... also love the ominously sensuous "Riders on the Storm". On a relevance ratio, not in the Gimme Shelter class, but seems somehow appropriate for the times we're in.
Remember, driving the sp into the ground is good because it gets the fence sitters out and allows the "true" longs to buy all they want. What a golden opportunity! Come on in, the waters just fine, you'll like it. I promise!
I can imagine in the heady days when everything seemed possible with this new tech, $$ in the bank, manufacturing capability being installed, AMGN on the masthead along with other BP's, a political rock star on the BOD, smooth talking dynamic CEO, what a cool train to be riding.
A song for the ages that doesn't get the cred it deserves---------->
Once upon a time there was a tavern
Where we used to raise a glass or two
Remember how we laughed away the hours
And think of all the great things we would do
Those were the days my friend
We thought they'd never end
We'd sing and dance forever and a day
We'd live the life we choose
We'd fight and never lose
For we were young and sure to have our way
La la la la la la
La la la la la la
La la la la La la la la la la
You posted it would NOT be significant covering. Nice one...
I thought it would be significant for the day of the rebalance. Apparently there was a lot of action otherwise. Not really surprised it's down this much. Likely some of the gain will be neutralized by recent news. Still, the players are moving on. So it's good news.
I, for one like the sound of your rhyme with no condescending qualifications.
My ditty below is an homage to the investors that comprise the market.
Buyers and sellers agog with the latest
sometimes act like they are sadists
Punched in the gut time and again
still hangin on by their chinny chin chins
All asking the same , when will it end
and wheres the freakin money I can spend?
A buck for some is an enticing price
For others its likely losing twice
A broken clock right 2 times a day
hands stuck in a forever way, reminds us the casino rules
are timeless, and sometimes harsh for those that play
Nothing will change the facts, save only our wishing
so I leave you with your dreams alive
and a share price going back to five
For your question, its what the company has said and done, not my opinion. I think AXAL is all but done as evidenced by the CEO stating that w/o partnering, all trials and funding is done except for HPV head and neck. And that gambit is in the exploratory stage as far as trials go. Thats a big maybe considering they're running out of money. So, those are the facts, the market agrees with me, and I hope you're hedged to the downside because I see this going sub 1 unless an intervention is pulled off.
June 7, 2018
For those with short mems... Absolutely zero is a done deal on any remaining AXAL program. Other than the flat out statement that without partners, nothing more to be invested, HPV pos H&N studies being "explored". Gee, I wonder where this is going...
Advaxis has decided to reduce internal investment in axalimogene filolisbac (AXAL) and will seek partnership opportunities for AXAL in most human papillomavirus (HPV)-associated cancers, including cervical cancer. If the company is unable to secure a partner within a limited period of time, Advaxis will wind down the ongoing PH3 AIM2CERV trial in high-risk locally advanced cervical cancer, and will not conduct the ADVANCE PD-1 combination trial in metastatic cervical cancer, which has not yet been initiated. Advaxis has determined to focus future development efforts for AXAL on HPV-positive head-and-neck cancer through cost-effective clinical studies that are currently being explored.
Data were presented on the ADXS-PSA combination trial with KEYTRUDA® on June 2nd at ASCO 2018. These data, while early, have proven worthy of further evaluation and the company will continue to follow patients for the next six to nine months in order to determine the path forward.
NTGN: Dew said 32 mil shares fully diluted @ 16 is about $500 mil. Thanks for that info. So, EOD 6/28 mc is about $430 mil. We're <80 mil. Thats serious baggage to carry around.
Gotta be at least 1 tune in their catalog to like. Such a prolific output of classics.
Had to have been in the top 2 or 3 most played jukebox tunes in my neck of the woods. Heard Creedence do it live too. Nice to know u weren't invoking a plaque of drunk bullfrogs.
Historic lows don't generally precede good news. Lets hope this is the exception that makes the rule.
FB, no question that everything you mentioned is part of the baggage KB has to write off or use going forward. I hope you're correct on KB being the right guy for the times. I really want to say something, anything really, that is a positive sign going forward, other than the intent to squeeze out another 3 mos of cash. Given the sp and the obvious loss of faith by many investors in this mgmt, I'll say KB better be the guy or its likely the end of the line for many, if not most of the long term investors. Having said that, its bio and it ain't over till its over.
Is that the one about the bullfrog?
Appreciate the further explanation. I hope it helps with your investing decisions.
Oh, the it factor. OK
Cheers
No accounting for bad judgement or the occasional moonshot, maybe an intuitive bet, but to characterize AMGN as under the gun by ADXS is absurd to the extreme. We're talking unproven tech here. One of how many downlines AMGN has in the water? Dozens, 100's? Moreover, saying Blue is right about something before confirming with her buddy the details is fraught with peril.
Well, its definitely sitting lower in the water. The bilge crew are cross trained to keep it afloat as Captain Ken working on long term repair.
Yep, the doldrums are here. Break out the rum, no wind to the sails, might as well drink.
Rising tide raises all ships... I like it.
FB, I could do a better job just starting with cutting expenses by 50%. After that, and knowing the reality of the scenarios, you can bet your sweet ass I'd be moving product, whatever it took to pare the focus to meet the resources available. Lose the entitlement mentality and stage a BOD COUP by bringing in an investor with the nads and the swing to make it happen. How's that for a strategic plan from a civilian? In my view, there is tremendous creative asset being squandered with a lack of focus and discipline. Change the culture for efficiency, improve the outcome, reward those who endure. Get rid of the rest.
But just think how convenient to have the million dollar lawyer Ken signing as attorney in fact on the last Form 4 insider purchase forms. Ofc, Molly will sign them now presumably.
So, whats the market cap of NTGN? Seems I recall Dew posted on it. I know they're hoping to raise 100 mil incl the over allotment.
The baggage from the heady valuation days simply can't be lost on these guys. If so, its over. Assuming it's not the case, I agree with you on the valuation.
My guess, as posted on Russell Day, was a substantial # of shorts covered on the Russell day. By that I meant up to 300k or so given the pre eod 2.8 mil block volume. Up to this last reporting period we were avg 15-30k per day covering, when it did occur. But, I am surprised SI climbed as much as it did in the pre Rebalance period. Just goes to show you, the shorts ain't buying the Berlin show. He's got to put some points on the board.
I'm an optimist. 1.50 should be safe overnight.
