It could very well be. I'm new on this ticker so I'm doing my DD as required. I didn't think about that. Thanks!
Be careful with the SS. Authorized Shares are 150,000,000 but according to the most recent 8K, Mr. Liangjian Peng, through a Stock Purchase Agreement, received 3 Million Preferred shares controlling shares with voting rights and conversion of 1:1000 common shares of the company stock.
That's 3,000,000,000 shares after conversion. They'll have to raise the AS at some time to accommodate this.
Not saying this will happen in the near future since I'm sure he's not converting his preferred shares any time soon.
Not bashing, just pointing this out. I'm holding shares also.
And I have a Grateful Dead T shirt. Doesn't mean I'm a member of the band.
Okay, market is closed. I'm back to hear the comical commentary from the glowing one. Give it your best!
Wrong, I trade on margin. Just not otc. So yes, there are DCGD traders with margin accounts. Maybe you should stick with your RH account.
BTW, I never short.
Hopefully that would be the case with DCGD too!
It pretty much points to Shelley Guidarelli who dumped.
6 million shares came off restriction.
She's the only one who owned an even 6 million shares.
She was the controlling shareholder of the Norman Kay Development Inc before the company became Discovery Gold Ghana Limited, Then Discovery Gold Corporation, and now GRN Holding.
She now wanted out since her company changed hands three times since then.
Edit: Not exactly changed hands , more like a few name changes since most of the principle members were still involved. Just to clarify.
Very well stated! Excellent post!
You're welcome
Washington state law states that if he wants to take GRN Funds LLC public, he had to form a separate Corporation which he did with GRN Holding Corporation
After doing this, he applied to change the name and ticker for DCGD into GRN Holding

Just a short recap on what's at stake here:
https://www.thebitcoinwhispers.com/p/dcgd-is-now-5b-reverse-merger-and-heres.html
Sure, read the Q. Where is it? Can't read it if it's not out yet SR.
I actually agree with you there. I've been in and out of this since pre-merger. I made money on that as I got out the day before the merger then flipped a few times. Then I mostly sat out but kept my eye on it. I jumped back in last week.
I think he's going to start showing revenues so I can weather the RS this time around. I wasn't in for the last one.
Or Steve panics and implements the RS because he intentionally dragged his feet.
SR must be curled up in bed stroking his K like a little pet, oblivious to the carnage going on outside his four walls.
What gets me is that Steve said he has the final K in hand. Then why not file it already instead of the "next few days"? Sort of counter productive for an already late filing. But Steve is staying true to form dragging things out while the pps plumments.
C'mon Steve! There's no "right" time to file. It's already late. How about some damage control and put it out there already.
Or maybe he was waiting for that nasty little note that's converting today as we speak. Yes Steve, we know about the one that's due today.
I'm ready. Bring it on!
You don't have to. Trust the pump and get out before it dumps.
I'm buying .0004's. I know it's risky but hoping it has one more pump left before R/S.
He's just speculating
Funny you use that analogy. IRL I am, in fact, a carnie! LOL
But yet, people are still selling.
Think about it. At today's prices, $2500.00 buys 1% of the current OS. Not a lot if half the people here had the money they say they have. That's 100 people that can theoretically lock up the OS.
Think about it....
Correction:
In my OP I was careful to say "traders". In my subsequent post I used "invest" because I was quoting a saying.
I was very careful to say traders, not investors. There's a big difference there.
They say "no pain, no gain". Or "don't invest money that you can't afford to lose".
At these prices, I'll take a chance. I already own over 1% of the OS and am acquiring more. If it bounces I don't want to have to chase and can then sell at my leisure.
Sure market determines price but they can't do it blindfolded. The K and then the Q will remove that blindfold.
This is a dumpster fire but not from dilution. With no guidance in place (non-disclosure) along with the threat of the R/S, traders are trying to time the bottom. With each tick down, the loss % grows so the traders sell to preserve capital. Each new trader repeats this process. It's my opinion that the dilution is minimal.
Once we get guidance from the K and Q, we'll see a nice bounce where I will quietly exit in the direction of the bank.
It'll move when the fins come out and they become current. I'm not sticking around for the R/S. I'll be satisfied on the next pump. Carry on.
We perceive time differently. I know I'm not going to get rich overnight. I just follow the charts and filings. I'm patient and can wait. The price is right and I won't have to chase when it runs.
