I wish I waited before I averaged down this morning. In at .0043, .0042, .0041. But now have to wait for more funds to be released Monday. I now own over 1% of the float though ;)
That's a standard tactic used by MM to make money and accumulate at the same time.
Yeah, I'm not feeling an early announcement. Probably 2-3 weeks out at the earliest. They have to get current, change their ticker, possibly talking to underwriters for r/m re-issuance of stock. These don't happen overnight. Gives me time for more accumulation. Hoping to pick up another 500K shares before announcement. Let the weak ones sell for now.
Let them keep selling. I'm still buying. I'll buy theirs if they want out so early.
They have way more than 11 stores open. Their website lists 15 and its obviously outdated. You have to google "Charlie Graingers now open" to find recent openings that are not listed on their website.
No they don't. That's why I'm going through this funds transfer nightmare.
I doubt that seriously. I still have ample positions open in both Capital One and Robinhood. I'm not that stupid. I also rarely dabble in pennies (which is why I didn't know Cap One doesn't trade certain ones) but when I see a stellar prospect, I do my due diligence and in this case IMHO its worth the investment. This didn't get on my radar by browsing pennystock rooms or boards. It got on my radar through my normal search methods and it was worth checking into.
My biggest mistake was I pulled a quote in my Capital One investing account. Once I saw the quote, I transferred money there first. Once it cleared I went to make the trade and it came back "This stock unavailable to trade" THEN I had to move it again. :(
My problem is My Etrade account was empty so I have to wait until I have some cleared equity in it to do that. Also moving money out of Robinhood takes time also. Some is starting to clear so I'm able to make purchases today and tomorrow but the money from Robinhood will probably be next week.
I'm wondering if there will be a spike tomorrow in anticipation of an announcement Wednesday for National Hotdog Day?
Why does moving funds around take so much time? Still trying to accumulate but my brokers and banks are making this a painful process. I hope I can get it all moved before the announcement. I was able to pick up a few today and I can get more tomorrow but will have to wait another week for the rest. FML
Hell, I'm buying the ask whenever I can. This is too cheap to bid sit!
I want to remind everybody that this is a reverse merger. If you're in for a short term play that's fine. But if you're here for a longer term play you're gonna need a lot of shares. Shell stock holds little value to the new company so you won't be getting much when they exchange out the existing shares with the new shares in the new company. However, I believe, in the that Charlie Graingers' growth strategy will surpass that deficit in the long term.
Due to Greg George's influence in both entities, Emerging Franchises is definitely collaborating with Charlie Graingers. That being said, I now believe the new entity will be concentrating solely on Charlie Graingers brand. Here's a few links to show what they've been up to.

I think you are right. I think they're taking McDonald's franchising tactics and rolling this right out. Just Google "Charlie Graingers news" and you can see they're opening up stores everywhere. This thing is very big and only gonna get bigger.
Here's the conversion from a private company to the start of becoming a public one. http://sosnc.gov/search/regagent/7398918
True. But it's also the only one of everyone involved that is not a LLC.
Wow! I think I found the name of the new company! I think it will be taking Charlie Graingers name. Look at the date of incorporation!

Here's why I think the new Holding company will include UFood Grill: http://www.ufoodgrill.com/ufood-leadership/
I need more shares. I'm trying to accumulate 1M before this pops. Some for short term, Some for medium term, and some for long.
I was just having fun. There is no way to determine market cap as yet since this will be a holding company apparently created by Sal. Will he be including his other endeavors under this company? If so, we have to look beyond to include Ufood Grill and others.
SHAK price $35.08 locations 127
FOGO price $13.45 locations 47
KONA price $2.65 locations 45
JAX price $11.20 locations 44
UHLN price $.0043 locations future 350+
Any questions?
What UHLN website? I keep hitting http://www.ushighland.com/ and all I getis a parked domain. And this one is registered to a John Fitzpatrick.
Not to bust anyone's bubble but consider this. Everyone is looking at Greg George and Sal Rincione but no one is looking at the new CEO. Apparently the new CEO, Everett Marion Dickson, started a company named FLASR Inc (FLSR) among many others. He alluded to big news and the company heading in a new direction. (sound familiar?) While that never happened, he diluted the company beyond belief. He was also the entire board of directors of FLASR Inc. He also "resigned" from raping shareholders at FLASR when he took over UHLN. Not saying that this won't go anywhere but now the other side of the story is out where people can continue with their DD.

Yeah, Greg George posted it on his FB page yesterday.

I'm thinking UHLN will not become Charlie Graingers. I think UHLN will evolve into Emerging Franchises. That seems like a more viable path if they say this is the first of many acquisitions. Given that Greg George formally announced the launch of Emerging Franchises yesterday on his FB page.
Just waiting for funds to clear so I can get on board! Please stay low this week or at most the 30-45 days til filing. I want to get as much as I can!
