That is awesome PR! It's now or never for Besado and ISBG. America drinks!
Featured Products, there it is!
After a small cap run then comes the crash, thats how I learned it.
TDA works great for OTCs
Welcome to the ISBG board Guts. We need more recruits like you. This could be a risky mission -- selling aphrodisiac tequila -- who would want such a thing? Like half the adult US population. Party on.
I am going to stay at this party until I get lucky and if that doesn't happen I will get drunk. Holding ISBG to see what happens. Besado that.
I followed and retweeted. I wish well to all! Good trading!
Squeeze the shorts. Make 'me hate ISBG
Went in for more at .0095. This went under a penny last December and I have kicked myself for not buying more at that price point. Made up for it today.
Will add again if it goes lower. I do not expect it to stay down here for long. IMO but I wouldn't bet the farm on it. Uncertainty and risk. Come all ye speculators.
I got out today too. About a 45 percent loss.
When I did my DD I saw all the liabilities listed in the filings. I would estimate dilution of about 100,000,000 shares, taking OS to about 250 million. Any opinions on that?
My recollection was that liabilities were in the hundreds of thousands rather than millions. Basically, it did not look good but it wasn't fully a death spiral either.
They got 49 percent of Sannabis in the off season, so it's a wash or better. Uncertainty is in the air and, yes, the lack of filings is starting to undermine PPS.
I look at a lot of cannabis companies. This one looks better than most cannabis companies, way better.
Double Oh seven. Okay. I will buy it when it gets there. I do have to admit that you nailed it at .0111.
I am getting pissed off too. I thought I bought shares in a clean, well managed family business with a future. I was wrong and this nice picket fence family is a pack of white collar thieves.
Rather than negotiate to benefit shareholders, the Winthers sold their product lines to a competitor and negotiated jobs for the boys, Jake and Kyle. Greedy, self dealing, short sighted assholes. I hope their paychecks bounce.
May the cost of litigating this shitty little mess wipe them out financially. That's about the only satisfaction we will see here. The Winthers fouled their own nest and crapped on shareholders in the process.
They deserve to be sued. They can roll from the Magnavape Lawsuit into a shareholder class action. They must like litigation because they are asking for it.
After the lawyers are done, may the Winthers end up eating top ramen for a good long while. Nice retirement present for the parents. Everybody loses. Welcome to real world failure with your mom and dad along for the ride and nobody able to save your dumb asses.
Hey, Ply - do you trust these guys? I don't.
I hope this thing jumps up and run like a scared deer. I will use half the funds for "investment purposes" ... like cocktails, broads and a gambling binge. I will blow the other half on meaningless crap like utility bills and toilet paper.
Give the dead man his coins! ISBG to the rescue.
The waiting is the hardest part.
Tom Petty
Four 911 trades. That is something. Nice upswing ahead.
I am TDA also
I like to go to twitter and interact with their tweets. I made a joke about the sing Beso Me Mucho and they responded that they have rights to use the song. It's a great song.
Once in a while one might find a good time to buy a bad company. I won't dispute it, this is a terrible company managed by unprofessionals.
But still, give me .002 on an inter-day high next week and I will cash out and go buy shares in eco credits, cannabis and green energy. We both know that could happen.
Why would anyone want to hold this POS for more than 10 mins? To make a quick buck.
It's a buy at what it closed at today. This stock is a fantastic speculative play. It's not going to .10 tomorrow, maybe in June.
My thoughts exactly, hold the 7's is a good position for this to move up from. Hold that until the news.
No from me on all three. Maybe they don't make the majority. That would be fine with me.
Did everyone else get their voting information? I will read it all at some point soon.
Meeting on March 29 ... so I can spit about it for two weeks before I vote against it.
Wow. Feb 2017. Good use of corporate funds, ISBG is not broke. Wonder if they had to go to a Coinstar machine to pull the $225 together. Ha!
And we will stay here until the company and its auditors smile upon us
Thank you for that. They were all but shut down during the Chinese coal glut (2013 - 2016). Cannabis was a sort human interest story for them through that time, waiting for coal to resurge, which it has and here we go.
Go dig blue diamonds out of dirt as soon as possible, and I and the market will forgive and forget if the formalities are corrected in due course. We got time, let's do it right. Get this baby set to run.
Translation - they increased the OS and they want something solid and positive to announce to offset downward dog chart.
The bottom here may be in the low trips. It is not looking good. Is this being professionally managed, no. It seems like douche bags engaged in chronic douche-baggery ... oh, pardon me, professional douche bags with boats and ascots, tooling for suckers to buy shares hot off the printing press.
Certainly there are less crappy companies to buy shares in. Fake photos? What else is fake?
This stock is fishy.
NEWC already has, and was first, to obtain a license in Colombia. Cannabis products on store shelves since 2014.
New York Times ... when you read about Colombia changing laws to facilitate the coming hemp and cannabis markets, it's a very good thing for NEWC and they are very much a part of it. Odd to focus on a private, Canadian company and I don't get that.
Sannabis uses single strains to produce consistent medical products. NEWC has an exportable, low THC muscle pain cream ready for any market. Their growers are the indigenous people of their country, same as the article.
I want to try their Sativa full THC product for my arthritis. Seriously. Someday I will. Orphan drug status, if I recall correctly, will be for a low THC product addressing epilepsy. That is attainable.
But it's the blue coal that drives value for NEWC in the short term.
Fleas and cooties and crusty underpants ... Campo!
TKO the 10K NEWC
Feed the beast 666
Obviously
The market is always the final arbiter. PPS drifts lower as we wait for news of progress on multiple fronts.
It's is much cheaper and easier to operate a private business. The freaking regulations and expense of being public is a drain on a small company. I'm just tearing this apart for sport.
Term of art: self dealing
Bernard, like you I watch and invest in these stocks because it is fascinating to unwind the regulations and transactions and motivations. It beats watching TV to a geek like me.
I am also old and decrepit, from years of professional worrying on behalf of others. Now retired.
In Nevada one must prove a fiduciary duty was breached and that the breach caused a loss. It's much easier to prove such a thing if there is some bad action or fraud committed by the fiduciary.
The $1 million sale of IP to Ply was probably a good move, if bankruptcy loomed. The HINKY part that I see is that Kyle and Jake have negotiated new jobs out of this, so they had better do a dang good job of banging the drum to make this a good deal for shareholders too.
It's almost a de facto merger, one done underground to toss the shareholders. That's not a totally clean exit plan.
Clearly they will profit, business as usual aye? A more shareholder beneficial transaction will solve a lot of problems and quell litigation. The Winthers must know that.
If he tips the balance, it could get interesting. John Fife is a shark and I say that with all due professional courtesy.
Still, this looks like a long ride to about .005 a share at this point.
Each time I decide not to buy this stock it gets cheaper, so I look again and decide again not to buy it. How low can this one go?
