Keep trying to guess.
Everything Rookie is posting is just copied and pasted from the 104 released a week ago. All that information is is old news. Most everyone here knew the last quarter would not show increased revenue yet. And here's a bulletin for you Rookie....this quarter won't show increasing revenue either. Probably not 1st quarter either since California and Canada legalize in 2018. Things should start turning by 2nd qt 2018 and then dramatically increase. By then it will be too late to buy at a discount. Usually a stock will begin to increase in price about 6 months before the turnaround starts. That puts us somewhere in the late winter - early spring area. Getting closer to that breakout.
When this stock is way up in 2018, make sure you come back for a big piece of humble pie.
"But this company owns land and rents to growers. Growers are not yet authorized to grow marijuana on this land because the state has yet to begin approving these licenses. Makes sense to me. Should turn around 1st half 2018"
Puerto Rico revenue hasn't begun yet either. 2nd half of 2018 should see a huge jump in revenue finally. I've said right along it will be a few quarters yet. I think you are correct though. The stock price will jump about 3 to 6 months before these revenue numbers start to hit so your 1st half of 2018 turn around prediction hopefully hits. We will all look back at Agritek at a penny and kick ourselves.
Now to get back to today's news release...
900 more acres getting developed in 2018!!!! In addition, don't forget, California legalizes marijuana on January 1st 2018 and the whole country of Canada in July 2018. Monster year for Agritek coming in 2018! Let's get that hemp planted!
I thought this part was a major departure from Session's normal view-
"Cohen quoted a recent study and advised, “In states where they’ve got medical marijuana they have 25% less opioid use. It gives people a way to relieve pain without using opioids… So I would hope you’d take a look at that.”
Sessions responded: “We will take a look at it. We will be looking at some rigorous analysis of the marijuana usage and how it plays out. I am not as optimistic as you.”
In case you missed it, Jeff Sessions and his redneck marijuana views was hung out to dry in public testimony today --

I was looking for a possible news release why AGRITEK traded 5 million shares in the last few minutes. Didn't find any pertaining to our company. I did find this news item that hit at 3:36 pm. Maybe affected other marijuana stocks toward the end of the day -
http://philadelphia.cbslocal.com/2017/11/10/how-new-jersey-could-become-a-1-billion-marijuana-state/
It looks like the first market maker out has a 154000 share block asking .0109. That's a steal.
Good point ....Huge marijuana victory...and another slap to Sessions -

pcunited - If Jeff Sessions goes down, you would see Agritek at .03 within a couple weeks and .10 - .20 within 6 months. He was all over the news last night for lying to Congress.
It looks like some outfit is starting coverage of Agritek -

mojo - Thanks for the reply. With 2700+ posts and 30 followers, I tend to believe you. Good to hear 1919 Clinic in San Juan is legit.

mojo - Do you live near San Juan? Can you check that 1919 Clinic mentioned in this news release? Nose around and ask a few questions? That would be a big help here.

News out today sure looks like AGTK is getting prepared for a push into California. Two more months and marijuana is legal in California. Eight more months and marijuana is legal across the whole country of Canada. Our stock has formed a nice base for months now. One of these days we're going to bust out big time.
Right now marijuana is a Schedule 1 drug...same as heroin. Being classified as a Schedule 1 drug prevents any research on whether medical marijuana is helpful. If all of us here (I have already done so) contacts their Senators and Representatives and tell them to get marijuana off the Schedule 1 listing, that would help. Here's how to email congress -

Until this redneck attorney general leaves office, all marijuana stocks are being held hostage.

No
Colorado, Washington, Puerto Rico, and a small foothold in Canada. Here's their website -
http://agritekholdings.com/
No
80 acre site in Colorado. Maybe that's what you're thinking of. this off their website -
Agritek Holdings, Inc. presently owns and operates an 80-acre, approved cannabis farm for the medicinal and recreational sector located in Pueblo, Colorado. Plans for the 80-acre parcel include the cultivation farm to be sub-divided into 5-acre parcels and designed with infrastructure specifically for individual licensed cultivators and manufacturers in Colorado. The Company owns the entire 80-acres as an asset including water and all mineral rights.
Agritek has no land deals in California (yet).
That really is some good news. I've been concerned on what the hurricane did to Agritek's plans in Puerto Rico. A level playing field and what sounds like additional news releases coming from the San Juan business next month. Agritek may slowly be turning the corner finally.
Here's an article on San Juan that goes along with today's news release -

Well, we're down to .0102 now so I would say in roughly 3...2...1...
I agree. I don't think we see big revenue numbers for 3 or 4 quarters yet. California and Canada will be the big players in 2018. Good thing AGTK isn't growing marijuana yet in California -
http://www.thecannabist.co/2017/10/12/california-fires-marijuana-growers/89964/
Those fires are terrible but may make our 80,000 acre Colorado site even more valuable once it gets fully developed.
Yomomma - Yeah...we're all frustrated. They need to release one piece of news with some pork in it (as in $$$$). However, they really have filed on time the past 3 quarters. I really think they are headed in the right direction but it will take time. We also need a change in Attorney General. Right now Jeff Sessions is holding all marijuana stocks hostage.
This was posted as part of this morning's news release -
"Agritek Holdings, Inc. presently owns or manages property in Colorado, Washington State, Puerto Rico and Canada and has licenses with permitted facilities in California approved for cultivation as well as manufacturing capabilities."
I follow this company as close as anyone. I know they bought a nutrition store in California but this is the first I've heard of "permitted facilities in California approved for cultivation as well as manufacturing capabilities"
Can anyone shed some light on this? Did I miss a news release on California? Is this a future blockbuster news release?
I remember back a few months when they released some news and in that release was a tidbit about a move into Washington State that nobody was aware of. A couple weeks later they released the news.
If this is a direct move into California, AGTK is going to take off one of these days and there will be no stopping.
Any help here is appreciated.
Hard to say...maybe .0105-.011 range. Market makers can play silly games today on a semi holiday (Columbus Day) low volume day. Once it starts to climb, it will happen very fast. Click on that 5 year (5Y) chart (on the right) and you can see almost a straight line up to $1 a few years ago...and that started around the level we are at right now.
Goodbuddy - I'm as positive long term as anyone here and anticipate a great upward move soon off this base we have built over the past several months. That said, we need to be accurate in posting. Your comment on the WoahStork agreement (#1) is over a year old. It may still bring results but I haven't heard of any to date. I highly doubt the lawsuit (#3) will bring any revenue. Many of us long holders hope your #2 pans out.
We are past the time where our CEO needs to update shareholders on #1 Puerto Rico #2 80,000 acre development #3 Canada property # 4 Washington state land agreement, other potential revenue such as this old WoahStork agreement.
Yes I'm frustrated but adding to positions while still at a bit over a penny.
Slow volume week. Market Makers did their best to drop it and pick up cheap shares. The selling now has dried up and they can't hold it at .013 much longer.
Slowly the views on marijuana are changing -

Odd day for sure. Up 36% on no news and little more than average daily volume. It may well have been that record first month revenue that Nevada reported earlier today. I can't imagine what California revenue will look like in 2018 when marijuana is legalized in their state.
AGTK did release this news two weeks ago on their first foothold in California. Maybe a delayed reaction -
Agritek Holdings, Inc. Announces Acquisition Of Performance Nutrition California Retail Location With eBay And Amazon Online Stores Adding In Excess Of $500,000 In Additional Gross Revenue And Product Sales For Company
Published: Sept 20, 2017 8:30 a.m. ET
LOS ANGELES, CA, Sep 20, 2017 (Marketwired via COMTEX) -- LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Sep 20, 2017) - Agritek Holdings, Inc. (otcqb:AGTK) www.AgritekHoldings.com, a fully integrated, active real estate investor for the medicinal sector and branding consultant today announced that the Company has executed an Asset Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of Performance Nutrition Center, located in South Orange County, California. The Asset Purchase Agreement includes a high traffic bricks and mortar retail location within Laguna Hills, California, exclusive supplement product lines, online eBay and Amazon stores and a continuous years of product revenues as a track record of at least five-hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) in sales approaching $600,000 in product sales for 2017.
"Our reasoning for this recent asset purchase and acquisition of an established 15 year nutrition and supplement company with a strong retail location and high traffic online stores with eBay and Amazon was two-fold. First, an additional revenue stream of close to $600,000 in product sales within the supplement and wellness space will greatly increase our balance sheet as it relates to inventory and product sale based revenue. Second, a long time established relationship with online store fronts including arguably the largest online partners in the world Amazon and eBay creates an incredible opportunity as a gateway for launch of our new wellness products and brands. The online store www.peakperformancesupps.com is in conjunction with eBay store "performancesupps" and Amazon store of the same name. With an established retail location since 2001, and built in consumer base, these new retail and online e-commerce assets soon to be within Agritek Holdings provides a much anticipated subsidiary for immediate and meaningful revenue and channel for the proprietary wellness products within the legal jurisdiction of California" stated B. Michael Friedman, CEO of Agritek Holdings Inc.
Didn't you learn your lesson a few weeks back when you got burned?
AGTK would probably be up on today's news were it not for the hurricane. A store front in California where marijuana will be legalized in January is a nice foothold beginning. Established revenue plus possible sales of medical marijuana I like this part from the CEO (note the words LEGAL JURISDICTION) -
" With an established retail location since 2001, and built in consumer base, these new retail and online e-commerce assets soon to be within Agritek Holdings provides a much anticipated subsidiary for immediate and meaningful revenue and channel for the proprietary wellness products within the legal jurisdiction of California" stated B. Michael Friedman, CEO of Agritek Holdings Inc."
You need to follow NITE on the "ASK". On the day you see Nite asking high two's or low three's (after the open) when we are still at this level is the day to mortgage the farm and buy. IMO
